I ordered 3 pairs of shoes under the 3 for 999 flats offer on 4th of spetember, 2019.. Haven't recieved my order yet.. They never pick up the phone neither they respond to my mail..
So disgusting it is.. My irder is prepaid.. I really don't what are they upto.. Order reference... I need my order anyhow.. They are so irresponsible regarding their customers.. Would never ever shop from this site again.. I literally feel like slapping the ceo.. Just get me my order as soon as possible#3022808

    I order the 3 dresses but i the one dress was missing and fabric was also not so good so i return it.. After lots of trouble finally the courie guy take back the return order then they ask me for my account details for the money return but its been 1 week now and my money is still not refunded.. Please help me to get back my money am facing lots of problem i complaint about that bt what all of sudden all mails were not taking my mail and shows error..

        I selected few items in my cart, moved towards placing the order where no expected delivery date was visible still processed further and successfully completed payment using google pay payment method for ccavenue billing desk.
        I have received an email with order number and net payment details but no email received for successful payment where as my money has been deducted from my bank account.
        Contacted ccavenue for payment verification but they respond that contact to the streetstylestore merchandise.
        Also my streetstylestore account is not showing any order being placed under my account. Tried to contact streetstylestore customer service but nothing happened.

            Trying to get in touch with customer care but this portal does not have proper customer care support. Its been more than 21 days since i have placed my order with style street store and there is no communication from street style store. I have made the payment for the order.
            There should be proper regulation of such web based portal who are making money by looting public.

              I had ordered size 38 for the black criss cross heels as per the above oreder no. And now that is one size big for me and it does not fit well. I want one size smaller but it is nit availabe on the site.
              Every time i call your support they say all customer executives are busy. I never able to get through.
              There is no option to exchange the product with other products or get cash back or get store credits.

              How do i get an exchange???

              Will i have to be stuck with the wrong size and fit of the product because you dont have a smaller size available and because of worthless policies?

              Either you replace the product with a smaller size (Size 37) or give me a refund of my amount.

              Need immediate action to be taken on this. I am escalating this matter to your nodal officer.

                            I placed an order for 3 items in my cart for rs.1680 via my paytm wallet on[protected]. Ref No: [protected].
                            The payment was successfully completed and i received a message from paytm for successful transaction but order has not been generated. The items are still being displayed in my cart. Please generate the order soon.

                              Case #560944 - i'm missing an item from my order, what can i do?
                              I've sent multiple emails followed up on the cases but didn't get a response yet. I tried calling customer support but the call gets automatically disconnected after waiting for 3mins. Can someone please help me?

                              Really like you - size : m contrast binding collar blouse brown - size : m ruffle trim dress (Grey)- size : m i had placed the order for these three dresses. Ruffle trim dress (Grey)- size : m went out of stock and was available again then i placed the order but invoice has only two items listed.                                 I had ordered three shoes for 333 offers. - out of which only one product is correct and rest 2 are wrong. Wrong item & sizes have been given to me. U guys dont receive calls. Neither any alternative option is there. I have placed the returned also for 2 items, but it is more than 10 days nobody bothers to contact nor comes to collect the faulty products. Why u guys r running a business like this? Is this a policed way to earn money from the customers? I want this problem to be solved immediately.

                                1. Ordered 1 yellow kolapuri sandle size 35, u guys gave a wrong shoes and also the wrong size instead of my item.
                                2. And one 38 sized brown shoes ordered, instead of that u gave me size 34 of the same item.

                                For your assistance i have attached the photos. Please go through it and look at the mess u guys have done.

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we Re-arrange the pickup of the products ( Daylight walks Flats, Work the Bloom Flats Brown ) The pick-up will take "2-3" working days, once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection.

                                Hi,

                                I will not mark this issue as "Resolved" because its still not been solved and its almost 25 days, I am yet to receive my products.Honestly this is the worst online app that u people are running and i ' m so unfortunate to be associated with u guys.Pls help me with a date when can I get my products.From 6th of August to 9th of october m waiting for my shoes, and do u guys think we don't have any other work but to make u poke every time for my stuffs which i have already paid for???

                                  Ordered two months back and still not received products. Payment was also made. Made multiple follow ups but got only automated response which was useless. There is no customer care telephone number. Looks like fraud company that is cheating customers. Pls provide solution on how to get refund immediately.

                                    I ordered products from streetstylestore on aug 21st. Estimated delivery is 3-21 days atleast i didnt get any update regarding my order, im going out of station so i want to change my delivery address.. Please let me know how cam i change my delivery address... So can recieve them without issues... Kindly accept my complaint.. And give me ipdate regarding my order..

                                      I placed an order for 3 items in my cart, the payment is successfully completed and i have received an email for successful transaction but order is not generated. The items are still being displayed in my cart. Please generate the order soon.
                                      Also, when i am calling the custom care number they are asking me to enter a registered number but after entering the number it is not being identified. I also wrote an email, but haven't received any response till now.

                                        I had returned a pair of slippers 2 weeks ago as i received the wrong pair. After multiple tries to contact them i filed a complain here and finally got a call back from the store and the return was picked up. Its been 2 weeks since, and i haven't got a confirmation mail nor have i received the actual product that i ordered for. I would strictly like a refund if i'm not going to receive the product within this week. Its the first time i have ordered and already so many issues. Never ordering from here again.
