I had placed my order on 15 june 2019. I was given an estimated delivery date of 6 july 2019. On 4 july, they split my order, without asking me and cancelled one part of my order, without bothering to check with me or anything, and said there were issues with the raw material. Then, began my long journey of begging them for my order. At the end of july, they split my order again, and shipped one pair of shoe, after following up every day. There is still one more pair of shoes pending at their end, and they will not give me any information about it. Nobody answers their customer service phone. And the support tickets i raise gets robotic answers, which have no information at all. I am fed up and tired. What kind of company takes this long to deliver a product. It is 55 days today and there is still no sign of it!
