I had placed an order on 11th aug and had made the payment online. Mine was a big order and hence they bifurcated the order into 5 deliveries. I have received 2 and yet to receive 3 deliveries. The order nos. Are - 2988650,
2987891, 3004830. I have been trying to contact them since the past 1 week to know about the pending orders and their delivery dates. The tracking system on their website is absolutely useless! Their call centre number is always busy and no one bothers to attend to consumer complaints. The tracking number given on one of the orders is invalid. I can't even track the package with this number on the carrier they mention is delivering the order. I will be travelling soon and will have no idea how they will deliver my orders. I don't even get the delivery person's contact details to know the delivery. Absolutely pathetic service! They've taken the money and now there is simply no response from the team! I am looking on serving a legal notice on them for deceiving customers like this.

Thanks for your response. Please note that unless order #2988650 is delivered by tomorrow morning, the package would be returned as i am travelling. Further, to get the returned order back will be another tedious task! I can see that order #2987891 has been marked for priority dispatch. Again, i do not know when this will be delivered! Your guys were quick and responsive before.. i don't know what really happened to the once efficient system of yours.

    Hi i received an update from streetstylestore.com, after the complaint i placed with you that the status of replacement have been updated but after that i dint get any update as to when i will get the replacement, as i had placed an replacement request since they don hv refund option, its been picked after almost 10 days back and am still waiting fr the replacement, since the shoe i had received was small in size

        Pickup of my order already done 3-4 days back but till now i have not received the credit voucher for same. Kindly arrange the credit voucher as soon as possible as i want to order the items
        Also i got a mail that my pickup is failed but it is already done on tuesday even in your website it is showing as failed. Kindly recheck from your end again

          I had ordered the world is mine black - size : 36 from them and got it delivered too, but it was small in size and since they do not refund i had placed an request for exchange which they agree, they came and picked up the shoe, but its been a week i still haven't heard from them, about sending me a size bigger, nor they are updating anything to me, i have the receipt that it's been picked up too. Customer care no numbers are there in the site to get in touch with them.

            Its been 20+ days, and o don't know the status of my product for which i had already paid.

              I have order three items on 1oth of July and already paid for them. I have received confirmation mail that shows order is confirmed. When i called the customer care for solve my problem they doesn't received my calls and everyday they used to extend the date of delivery but I want my order before 25th of August anyhow.                   I placed an order mote than a month ago
                  Order Reference UMXUWBJCE - placed on 07/5/2019
                  they have been asking them - and what they say is they will ship from the days i have been asking
                  i am totally fed up neither they are returning my my money neither dispatching my order.
                  The high knee boots fitting is horrible..I need an option to exchange the product! It says I can only exchange the size. Kindly replace my shoe with another product. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm going to post this review online and won't recommend this site to anybody.

                    I initiated a replacement for size and another issue token since I received the wrong product. Since these are 2 separate tokens can I return them both at the same time ??. I have been trying to contact you on the given support number, but there's no response at all. This is such a fraud and scam. Very disappointed. Will never recommend or buy again from this store. Hope this issue is resolved and I get my money's worth.

                    I have not received any emails or SMS about the return and the delivery of my actual product, I would strictly like my refund if I don't receive the package within the next week. I will definitely not be shopping from street style store ever again. First time and I already have so many issues. So disappointed and dissatisfied

                      I had ordered 3 footwears about two and a half months ago. I received the order after a month. Unfortunately, one footwear size was small, so i made an exchange request. The pick up was scheduled after 15 days that too when i complained. Now, it's again a month and i have not received the exchanged footwear. This is really humiliating. If the footwear cannot be sent, then please refund my money back as the order was prepaid.

                          I had placed my order on 15 june 2019. I was given an estimated delivery date of 6 july 2019. On 4 july, they split my order, without asking me and cancelled one part of my order, without bothering to check with me or anything, and said there were issues with the raw material. Then, began my long journey of begging them for my order. At the end of july, they split my order again, and shipped one pair of shoe, after following up every day. There is still one more pair of shoes pending at their end, and they will not give me any information about it. Nobody answers their customer service phone. And the support tickets i raise gets robotic answers, which have no information at all. I am fed up and tired. What kind of company takes this long to deliver a product. It is 55 days today and there is still no sign of it!

                            I had placed a prepaid order from "sss" in the month of april 2019, i got the shipment in june however due to size issue i had to return and ask for exchange.

                            It has been 2 full months but till now there is no update from their side and neither has my order been delivered!!! There is no customer support helpline number to call and check, the only way to communicate is through tickets on their website. But the extremely useless and robotic agents keep saying due to high demand my order has been delayed. Please tell me am i supposed to wear these sandals in winter?!?!??!

                            Such horrible services and delivery timelines in today's day and age where other e-com websites are dispatching orders within 24 hours.

                              I had ordered 3 clothes for 999 and two shoes for 500 with order number number of 2915145 and 2927224 respectively.
                              The clothes delivered weren't of my size and neither the shoes thus i had requested exchange of both the orders but even after chasing on mails nothing is working.
                              The shoes have been collected from my place yet no credit note has been issued and on the other side the clothes are still lying in my wardrobe even after constant reminder to you get it collected.
                              To sum it up i have invested rs 2097 without using any of the products and still waiting for the credit note since a month, thereby i request sss to refund my amount and take the remaining items from my place.

                              I had asked for a size change in one of my product and also the product was a bit damaged. They issued a credit note too but I can't use that while ordering again because it shows credit note already used when I haven't used it. It shows in my account but I can't apply it while checking out in the absence of other coupon code too

                                  I have ordered these boots and they didn't fit me.. so I submitted for a return exchange for a smaller size. No one came to pick up the product and moreover there is no support I can contact to directly. What kind of service is this.. I've been trying to reach them for a week now. I really need to either have a shorter size or my money back.

                                  I had ordered boots from the sit. They didn't fit Mr and were a size bigger. So I thought I could return and get my refund and order for a different pair of shoes from the same site. But alas. The return policy is as weak as the delivery system. I applied for a size exchange. It has been more than a week and no one has made any contact to pick it up. The pick up guy said he'd come back but he hasn't .. I can't get a hold of him and even though it's an online shopping site, there is no contact support. No one to talk to.. now I have my money and my product stuck with street style store. They haven't helped me in any case. I really need support on this one.

                                      Order no: #2907113 i have ordered 3 pairs of footwears on 21st june 2019 through sss and have made the payment online through ccavenue and the amount is also deducted. The delivery was supposed to be in 21 days. But i didn't get any notifications regarding my delivery yet. I tried to contact the team, but the contact number is invalid. I raised querry in website for about 10 times, but there was no response. I mailed to the official mail id regarding this, still no response. There is no option to track my order, to know the expected delivery date, or even no contact information.
