I had returned a pair of slippers 2 weeks ago as i received the wrong pair. After multiple tries to contact them i filed a complain here and finally got a call back from the store and the return was picked up. Its been 2 weeks since, and i haven't got a confirmation mail nor have i received the actual product that i ordered for. I would strictly like a refund if i'm not going to receive the product within this week. Its the first time i have ordered and already so many issues. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered an item from the site and made payments online a month ago and they haven't made the delivery yet. I tried sending queries to sss team but all in vain, i haven't got the ordered products. And i tried tracking but tracking information is not displayed.
This is a worst experience for a customer when making online payments.
So can you please help me find a resolution?

I ordred a white kurti from SSS ...size wasnt fit for me so i placed exchange order...exchange has been picked up but there is no information regarding further process...i tried so hard to contact SSS but no response come from there side...i am tired or writing mails and comments here and there...what should i do now...please dont shop anything from SSS...i m attaching the pick up receipt here

I ordered a white kurti dress from streetstylestore... And i paid it online for this. Size was not fit to me... So i place exchange request... Then my order has been picked up for exchange... But there is no information updated regarding further process... I tried to call so many times... Sss doesnt respond anything... I think this site is fake... Please help me out

It's been more than 20 days that I have placed my order since then there has not been any shipping information as they hav not shipped my order yet ..they still say preparation is in progress when it's about to be a month.
I emailed them to ship my order asap as it's an urgency but they just reply with automatic generated email ..their customer service sucks and gets on my nerves .
If it's already been more than 20 days and they haven't shipped my order I don't know when I will get my order..
Please look into the matter and deliver my order as i need it badly .

I have placed an order (Ord no 2912351) from street style store on 2nd july. Its been two months i have not received the order. I have made multiple calls to customer support, also raised queries from the official site. Not a single mail i received from them. Tracking information is also not displayed. Customer executives never picks up the call

Worst shopping site ever!!!

I had placed an order on 11th aug and had made the payment online. Mine was a big order and hence they bifurcated the order into 5 deliveries. I have received 2 and yet to receive 3 deliveries. The order nos. Are - 2988650,
2987891, 3004830. I have been trying to contact them since the past 1 week to know about the pending orders and their delivery dates. The tracking system on their website is absolutely useless! Their call centre number is always busy and no one bothers to attend to consumer complaints. The tracking number given on one of the orders is invalid. I can't even track the package with this number on the carrier they mention is delivering the order. I will be travelling soon and will have no idea how they will deliver my orders. I don't even get the delivery person's contact details to know the delivery. Absolutely pathetic service! They've taken the money and now there is simply no response from the team! I am looking on serving a legal notice on them for deceiving customers like this.

Hi i received an update from streetstylestore.com, after the complaint i placed with you that the status of replacement have been updated but after that i dint get any update as to when i will get the replacement, as i had placed an replacement request since they don hv refund option, its been picked after almost 10 days back and am still waiting fr the replacement, since the shoe i had received was small in size

Pickup of my order already done 3-4 days back but till now i have not received the credit voucher for same. Kindly arrange the credit voucher as soon as possible as i want to order the items
Also i got a mail that my pickup is failed but it is already done on tuesday even in your website it is showing as failed. Kindly recheck from your end again

I had ordered the world is mine black - size : 36 from them and got it delivered too, but it was small in size and since they do not refund i had placed an request for exchange which they agree, they came and picked up the shoe, but its been a week i still haven't heard from them, about sending me a size bigger, nor they are updating anything to me, i have the receipt that it's been picked up too. Customer care no numbers are there in the site to get in touch with them.

I have placed a order (#2970632) from sss on 1st aug 2019. Till date i have no information on whether the product is at warehouse, or shipped.
Its been 20+ days, and o don't know the status of my product for which i had already paid.
The contact no on their website is fake, and they do not respond to any of the emails.
Very disappointed.

I have order three items on 1oth of July and already paid for them. I have received confirmation mail that shows order is confirmed. But it's taking too long I have ordered almost 1 month and 10 days ago. When i called the customer care for solve my problem they doesn't received my calls and everyday they used to extend the date of delivery but I want my order before 25th of August anyhow. Please let me know about my order status and send it to me as soon as possible.

I have placed exchange request and sent the item and didn't receive the correct item yet. Its been 1 month and there is no contact number also and daily sending emails but i can see only that i will receive but when. I[censored] can't delivery plz refund and this is order 2885793. I have order the dress on 25-07-19 i have confirmation mail nd it shows that order will gonna deliver on 15-08-19 i called the customer care nd they doesn't received the calls also nd everyday i call them dialed my order i'd nd everyday it increases the date of delivery but i want that before 22nd anyhow nd today i also called cc nd they tells that order will gonna deliver on 21nd aug but i haven't received my shipped nd dispatch mail also this is so disguisting. They are playing with us nd i want to cancel my order nd now it doesn't show the cancel option also nd even i can't track my order also. Plz deliver it asap before 22nd... Plz solve this issue plz.. I have mailed them many times but they doesn't resolve the prblm...

I initiated a replacement for size and another issue token since I received the wrong product. Since these are 2 separate tokens can I return them both at the same time ??. I have been trying to contact you on the given support number, but there's no response at all. This is such a fraud and scam. Very disappointed. Will never recommend or buy again from this store. Hope this issue is resolved and I get my money's worth.

I had ordered 3 footwears about two and a half months ago. I received the order after a month. Unfortunately, one footwear size was small, so i made an exchange request. The pick up was scheduled after 15 days that too when i complained. Now, it's again a month and i have not received the exchanged footwear. This is really humiliating. If the footwear cannot be sent, then please refund my money back as the order was prepaid.

I had placed my order on 15 june 2019. I was given an estimated delivery date of 6 july 2019. On 4 july, they split my order, without asking me and cancelled one part of my order, without bothering to check with me or anything, and said there were issues with the raw material. Then, began my long journey of begging them for my order. At the end of july, they split my order again, and shipped one pair of shoe, after following up every day. There is still one more pair of shoes pending at their end, and they will not give me any information about it. Nobody answers their customer service phone. And the support tickets i raise gets robotic answers, which have no information at all. I am fed up and tired. What kind of company takes this long to deliver a product. It is 55 days today and there is still no sign of it!

I had placed a prepaid order from "sss" in the month of april 2019, i got the shipment in june however due to size issue i had to return and ask for exchange.

It has been 2 full months but till now there is no update from their side and neither has my order been delivered!!! There is no customer support helpline number to call and check, the only way to communicate is through tickets on their website. But the extremely useless and robotic agents keep saying due to high demand my order has been delayed. Please tell me am i supposed to wear these sandals in winter?!?!??!

Such horrible services and delivery timelines in today's day and age where other e-com websites are dispatching orders within 24 hours.
