Hello. I ordered a shoes through this website. But its not that exact that i excepted and the size is smaller. I asked for bigger size but they gave me small one. So i want to rerurn it. But when i went to the website to see the return policy i didnot able to find any option on website to return. And also its saying that return in 7 days. So i am excepting a reply regarding this.

    Hi!

    I just placed an order on streetstylestore.com and it said that there was an error after i checked out but my money got deducted and there is no new order showing on the "my orders" section.

    I called the phone number provided but it led me to another site which is definitely not streetstylestore.com.

    I would like my problem to be solved and please do help!

      I ordered 3 items which included three different kinds of sandals on 6th june and received them yesterday. But after opening the box i found out that 2 out of 3 items were totally different from what i ordered. The quality of all 3 of them is too cheap. Firstly you people delivered the items after one month and that too are completely worse. How can you people amend my order on your own. I want to return my entire order as i am totally dissatisfied. And i want refund as i am no longer interested in shopping with you people anymore. Kindly resolve my problem.

        I had ordered a pair of boots on 23rd of june and still i have not got the delivery of the order. I have already paid the money through debit card. They have not even sent the delivery date. If i didn't get my order delivered within 2 to 3 days i will give a police complaint stating that this is a fraud company and close their business forever. I want my order status.

          Its been 70+ days and my product is still not delivered. There is no number where i can call and compliant its just an ivr message.

          I have ordered 3 items and i am not able to track the order at all. How many more days do i have to wait? Where competition is so high with competitors like myntra & amazon are delivering products in lest than 4 days you have taken more than 2 months.

            I've had orderd the content : peasent black heels
            Order ID #2865337 when I ordered it I had got the small size i.e Euro 39 then I exchanged it and asked them for a bigger size i.e Euro 41 but they didn't delivered yet it's been a month and still they didn't had delivered me the desired exchange size pair nor they refunded my money back. I had shopped first time from street style store and I think it was a waste to buy from here.

            I had ordered order no: #2865337 a pair of heel from street style store and after a two weeks i got the product which didn't fit and so i exchanged and they took my money and the wrong size pair of heels with them but didn't return me my exchange pair of heels back of my size this company is fraud never purchase from street style store. Please report this site.

            Order ID #2865337, replacement order ID #2902310, Stop making lame and fake excuses by telling me cat and bull stories and as far as streetstylestore has reached me I had got fake nd fraud calls on my number saying my order will not be delivered and asking me my bank account details. If the exchange product has not yet received to the warehouse then it is not my problem. I have the pickup receipt and I want my exchanged pair of heels to be delivered as soon as possible Of you don't trust the customers and make lame excuses that it really bad if you can't do the justice for you're own work what can you do for you're customers.

            I have ordered heels from this site such a pathetic site after 1 month also haven't received any order they are just making us fool we should take some legal action against this site

              Such a fraud company it is..I had made an order of near about 5000/- since past two months...still I haven’t received my order. Every now and then I would have to ask them about my product status either via email or lodging a request in their own ‘fake’ website but no reply...evn if they reply it would be after 2-3 days taking their own sweet time and that too creepy replies like “ once we get your order shipped, you will get a confirmation mail” then “ once your item is getting dispatched we will give you a confirmation mail”. Heck with their mails or replies...no proper answer..and when nothing is there to tell, they have mailed like “we regret for the inconvenience but the manufacturing items are not there to make your product”...I was ok fine but at least give my money back no problem...this company is like “our products are worthy to wait”...for two months? As if their product is coming from Atlanta..
              Am literally fed up with sending them 100’s of mails asking for refund but they are not giving it back... I request to resolve my case asap

              Definitely I’ll mark it as ‘Resolved’ once it practically gets resolved.

              I just really thank this website for making StreetStyleStore employees call me to resolve this issue so quickly. I mean am so shocked, the company which doesn’t even have a proper contact number to reach, they once in a fine morning made a call. Just cause I put my real complaint along with their own communications as a proof, I think somewhere it was helpful for you people as well.
              Thank you soooo much for opening this platform where effected consumers could open up their views and thought about any fraudulent company existing. At least reading all these, the consumers will become more aware whether to do online shopping or not!

              According to this fraudulent company, they had a revert saying within 2-3 working days they would arrange the pick up of Strawberry Swing Brown Shoes, but have not arranged anything till now..below is the newest mail I got asking again for 200/-. I couldn’t understand, it’s not my fault why they haven’t delivered the product on time..since it’s happening cause of their own fault, they have to pay me extra infact for wasting more than two months of my time and money. Upon everything, my continuous bugging them with mails like; “where’s my product?”, “Why it’s not been delivered yet?”, “what’s the status of my order?”. Unnecessarily they are dragging it. Kindly ask them to refund my money back as early as possible. Am not gonna pay them a single penny more. This is brutal company which is shamelessly squeezing the customers. This sort of company must not exist anywhere.

              Hi team it’s been more than “7” days as per this fraudulent company SSS communicated via mail. And nothing has been credited back to my account. Please don’t believe in their false commitments they might have told you as well. Humble request to strictly ask them pay my money back for the earlier order & the recently picked (back from my home) order as well. One for white sneakers and the other for strawberry string brown shoes.

              Pls look into the attachments below. This creepy fraudsters has not credited my amount after so many days. Attached herewith is the amount I paid which they have to pay me back and their communication via mail. That have already picked the Strawberry Swing Brown shoes but hasn’t updated as ‘product collected’ when I checked their website. It’s been more than two weeks that they have initiated the amount it seems and from past two weeks their 4-5 working days aren’t over. Liars of the century!
              Pls look into this case and help me to sort it out as easily as possible.

              You people cannot even resolve this small issue then why you have shamelessly opened this so called site? It’s been more than two weeks that it’s not resolved.
              Again they are asking me to pay more money (Rs.200) to pick their own product it seems...look how useless they are! I just asked them to arrange a pick up of their own product which they couldn’t deliver on time and I had informed them very clearly since it was urgent I already bought it from a nearby mall. Today they have mailed me the attachment below.
              Pls help to get my money back asap.

              It’s very disappointing that a platform which you have given is of no use. It’s now like the same response I got from that fraudulent company as well. Mailing you, keeping you posted, updating you every now and then but this site is also same. No reply, no revert, no update. We, common public comes with a hope in this CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN website to get a support and instead you aren’t reverting or answering except for once.
              Unfortunately consemetcomplaints.in is of no use. Rather than helping general public you are not at all bothered whether the issue has been solved or not.
              Very regrettable situation to hope that you’ll be helping the customers.

                  I placed my order on 24th may 2019 and it's veen a month now but my package isn't delivered yet. Whenever i make a call on the number provided by the website i am being told that my product is in priority dispatch and will be delivered shortly. Even when asked to reorder the items, i did the same. The company says that the products will be delivered after 3-21 days. It's more than a month now. What is this unprofessionalism?

                    I had ordered on 31st may 2019 for 3 foot wears and had made the payment via debit card.
                    I am waiting for my order but there is no information about it.

                    Very poor service by sss. Even the products that i ordered are now showing as out of stock.

                    I don't know what is taking them so long to deliver the order. If they keep on providing such service, i am afraid there will be no customers for their company.

                              The Quality of the products is very cheap.

                              The help & Support team is PATHETIC.

                              Website never works when it comes to Submitting a Ticket or Reporting an Issue.

                              Refunds are not there moreover when it comes to Exchanging of damaged products the don't respond on time so that the exchange period of 15 days gets over.

                              I have placed 2 orders thorough StreetStyleStore and I have some complaints which after so many calls & emails are not being resolved.

                              1. Order #2775093 & 2834867:

                              I ordered 2 pair of shoes out of which was a defected product so I requested for exchange and received the replacement but again the product was a damaged one.

                              So requested them to change and replace it but instead they accuse of saying we haven't received any the images of product and Then after sending it again they say That the product is used.

                              Of course it seemed used and it was damaged that is the reason I was returning.

                              2. Order #2775054 :

                              I received the wrong size 41 and immediately I requested for Exchange but no response was there and my exchange request wasn't taken. Moreover, the date my order got delivered is also wrongly updated.The team didn't responded on time and hence they say the only within 15 Days the process can be Initiated

                                Submitting a complaint without any expectations of it getting resolved and I receiving my packages finally. this is the situation that is happening every time I'm ordering something new from your site. order no. 2815511 had the same message (delay for 10-12 days) and its more than 1 month now. order no. 2853441 comes in queue now.
                                you guys should stop running this site, if you're not able to deliver your customers.
                                i have shopped from various other online shopping sites many a times, but have never seen such an irresponsible customer service before.
                                your irresponsibility crosses the limit now. i wonder if you've started doing some fake business.

                                I placed an order #2887874 through credit voucher. I had a voucher amount of 1599 and i placed this order of inr 1100 but the remaining amount is not reflecting in my account under voucher. Kindly check as i need to place an order again.. the remaining amount of credit is not reflecting in my account.

                                    The website says that we exchange the product if the customer is not satisfied but it doesn't contain any option for the process of exchange. Please help because I want to return a product and buy something else with those rewards you return.

                                      I have placed order and I got products 2 among them are really good but one item black wedges from order #2854453 the heel of wedges are too high so I want to return and order another one.                                       It's been more than a month regarding this issue and I can see only credit but where is my replacement order. I am raising requests daily but there is no response from you people no customer care number nothing. Provide either refund or send replacement item ASAP. Please contact me right now. This is going beyond and I can't keep on raising requests daily
