The delivery was supposed to be in 21 days. But i didn't get any notifications regarding my delivery yet. I tried to contact the team, but the contact number is invalid. I raised querry in website for about 10 times, but there was no response. I mailed to the official mail id regarding this, still no response. There is no option to track my order, to know the expected delivery date, or even no contact information.

I have wastung my time. Calling., sending emails to irrelevant mail. Ids, cause there is none available. I only get a bot who is incompetent to solve my query.
I have already waited enough... Get into its cause. And teach the site and owner to do things systematically.
They have been around a while now.. Must know how to value customers.

Your unprofessional site says that your order will be dispatched with 21 days and then you ll get your tracking details.21 days have been over and i havent got any notification about my orders. I did a huge mistake by prepaying for my order. My order number is 2920578. I want a refund or my order to be delivered now. I cant wait anymore. I am never going to order from this site again. I placed an order of rs 1365 for 3 clothing items on 2nd july 19, delivery was supposed to be with in 3 to 21 days. I didnt receive it by then. When raised a query they asked for 10 more days.
I ask for order update but the only status i see is "payment accepted"

I have ordered before with them, it was always late but this time its too late. Last time i bought a shoes order #2674734, they were delivered late - could were them once and they were torn.

I need the early delivery as i wanted the items for an occasion or i would like the refund.

I had ordered multiple thirsts from sss online website on 2nd july its been more than 20 days that i have not received the tops. The order reference no is fzjvqftzr and oxmzihswu. I had placed 2 orders but i have not received any confirmation nor tracking details for the same. I was supposed to get the products by 23rd july but now when i call them they are saying 29th july. Customer care is pathetic also no one attends the call... No one even replies on email too... Please can yo uhelp

I have dropped a pick up request for my footwears. Order no- #2913976. The delivery boy has already picked up my order on 15th july 2019 and has given me a pickup receipt for the same.. But today i got a mail from SSS that your pick up request has been cancelled..
Kindly go into the matter and provide me a exchange or credit note for the same as soon as possible..

I have ordered 4 flats worth ₹1624/- back in 05/08/19 and I have not received yet I tried to track it with order id but it says that order is not found. Help me to receive my order as soon as possible. I have been waiting for a long time like 2 months have already passed. This is not normal. If the company has any problem and could not send it you should at least inform me so that I can manage myself and can make another order. Please inform me soon as I need that flats so urgently.

Ipzggpkq order number - had applied for exchange. I had requested a size 38 but was sent the same size 37 back to me. I had requested a size up for exchange. They literally picked up the order for exchange. And now they do not refund tthe amount or even exchange the product

The company literally doesn't entertain tickets that are reopened by the customers.

I ordered 3 shoes for 999 from your website. But they are totally different from the pictures and they look pathetic. I want refund for my purchase or else i will take it up to consumer court. I purchased one items from streetstylestore. The order no is 2909542 they reached to me on time but there is a size issue in the products so i placed an exchange request for both the orders the one order picked up on 9.07.19 but till today (18.07.19) i haven't received any of the confirmation on the same.

I have forwarded the request for the same to the website but they are also not showing any initiative. Even they are not replying on my mails.

I have ordered 3 footwears from sss, the order came about one month later and i had paid for it in advance. After that one size was not matching as per my expectations and i put a replace request, it is been 3-4 days that i have not received any reply on my request via call or email. If that would also take another 1 month and then another 1 month to deliver my replacement, it would be the worst site i have ever visited. I had placed order of contrast sequin tee black and grey & white stripes shorts along with 5 pairs of shoes on july 14th of july, 2019 and i was suppose to receive the order by 6th of july, 2019. Payment was already doen for the same.

I had ordered 2 tops and 1 hoodie on the offer buy 3 for 999. It has been a month, i ve not received the order. I could provide the details of the order. The order details are provided in the image that is attached to the form. The delivery date was july 2nd which was already a month late. I ve not received the order till date. So kindly take action on this as the amount has already been deducted. Kindly look into it and revert.

Street style store (Sss) seems to be a fraud shopping site. I had placed an order on june 2nd 2019 and have already paid in full via debit card but the order still hasn't been dispatched. The site says the order will take maximum of 21 days to deliver and incase it does not then contact their support link. Tried to do that as well but it's not at all helpful. An automated email response was received saying we are looking into your order and it's worth the wait. Their customer care number also seems to be fake as i have tried calling n number of times but the customer executive is never available and no one receives the call. It gets disconnected after ringing for a minute or so. This is highly disappointing. I am never going to order again from this fake site and will try to pass this message to as many people as i can. Not sure if i will ever receive the order but this site surely have created a very bad reputation for itself. I request people to not get tempted by the online shopping sites like these and even if you do order please do cash on delivery. Atleast your money will be safe. Lesson learnt.

I had to wait for a month to get my order and still my order has not been delivered... I have ordered it on 06/08/2019.. Its 06/07/2019 today... Wheres my order? This is so insane... You make people annoyed like hell... I need my order to get delivered in another 2 days if not i am gonna take serious action on the website...
