I had ordered 3 clothes for 999 and two shoes for 500 with order number number of 2915145 and 2927224 respectively.
The clothes delivered weren't of my size and neither the shoes thus i had requested exchange of both the orders but even after chasing on mails nothing is working.
The shoes have been collected from my place yet no credit note has been issued and on the other side the clothes are still lying in my wardrobe even after constant reminder to you get it collected.
To sum it up i have invested rs 2097 without using any of the products and still waiting for the credit note since a month, thereby i request sss to refund my amount and take the remaining items from my place.

I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes out which two i have reviewed and 1 i sent out for exchange, but 3rd pair i have not received its been a v long time now and the status is payment accepted thats it. I tried to contact many times but no response from your side. Pls look into this asap. And i have already paid for the order but im unable to see its status.

I have ordered these boots and they didn't fit me.. so I submitted for a return exchange for a smaller size. No one came to pick up the product and moreover there is no support I can contact to directly. What kind of service is this.. I've been trying to reach them for a week now. I really need to either have a shorter size or my money back.

I ordered 3 tops on 8th july 2019, paid in advance and been assured of dispatch in 21 days but still have not got my product. It's been almost a month now. The initial estimated delivery date was shown as 29th july but as the date approached, the status of order did not change and still showed as "payment accepted". I called the customer care and got 3rd august as my delivery date for products. Since then, the delivery date is pushed by a day, everyday. After today's call the delivery date is intimated as 8th of august. The cc representative never picks up the call, all the responses are automated and all my attempts to reach the website or get an assured delivery date has been futile. I've raised query on my order on the website umpteen times only to be disappointed because they never reply. Please help on this issue as it is highly unprofessional to keep the customer unaware of the order status. The order status on the website is attached for reference.

I have wastung my time. Calling., sending emails to irrelevant mail. Ids, cause there is none available. I only get a bot who is incompetent to solve my query.
I have already waited enough... Get into its cause. And teach the site and owner to do things systematically.
They have been around a while now.. Must know how to value customers.

Your unprofessional site says that your order will be dispatched with 21 days and then you ll get your tracking details.21 days have been over and i havent got any notification about my orders. I did a huge mistake by prepaying for my order. My order number is 2920578. I want a refund or my order to be delivered now. I cant wait anymore. I am never going to order from this site again. I placed an order of rs 1365 for 3 clothing items on 2nd july 19, delivery was supposed to be with in 3 to 21 days. I didnt receive it by then. When raised a query they asked for 10 more days.

I have ordered before with them, it was always late but this time its too late. Last time i bought a shoes order #2674734, they were delivered late - could were them once and they were torn.

I need the early delivery as i wanted the items for an occasion or i would like the refund.

I had ordered multiple thirsts from sss online website on 2nd july its been more than 20 days that i have not received the tops. The order reference no is fzjvqftzr and oxmzihswu. I had placed 2 orders but i have not received any confirmation nor tracking details for the same. I was supposed to get the products by 23rd july but now when i call them they are saying 29th july. Customer care is pathetic also no one attends the call... No one even replies on email too... Please can yo uhelp

I have dropped a pick up request for my footwears. Order no- #2913976. The delivery boy has already picked up my order on 15th july 2019 and has given me a pickup receipt for the same.. But today i got a mail from SSS that your pick up request has been cancelled..
Kindly go into the matter and provide me a exchange or credit note for the same as soon as possible..

I have ordered 4 flats worth ₹1624/- back in 05/08/19 and I have not received yet I tried to track it with order id but it says that order is not found. Help me to receive my order as soon as possible. I have been waiting for a long time like 2 months have already passed. This is not normal. Ipzggpkq order number - had applied for exchange. I had requested a size 38 but was sent the same size 37 back to me. I had requested a size up for exchange. They literally picked up the order for exchange. And now they do not refund tthe amount or even exchange the product

I ordered 3 shoes for 999 from your website. But they are totally different from the pictures and they look pathetic. I want refund for my purchase or else i will take it up to consumer court. I have already raise exchange request for the shoes but i want refund only. Your customer service is not even answering my calls. This is fraud. I purchased one items from streetstylestore. The order no is 2909542 they reached to me on time but there is a size issue in the products so i placed an exchange request for both the orders the one order picked up on 9.07.19 but till today (18.07.19) i haven't received any of the confirmation on the same.

I have forwarded the request for the same to the website but they are also not showing any initiative. Even they are not replying on my mails.

So kindly take some action on this.

I have ordered 3 footwears from sss, the order came about one month later and i had paid for it in advance. After that one size was not matching as per my expectations and i put a replace request, it is been 3-4 days that i have not received any reply on my request via call or email. If that would also take another 1 month and then another 1 month to deliver my replacement, it would be the worst site i have ever visited.
