I have ordered a dress and couple of pairs of footware. I received dress after 2 months. It's been already 3 months i didn't receive 2nd order. Sss so irresponsible towards customers concerns. I believe no shopping sites takes 3 months to deliver the order. No customer support number available. I don't even know how can government allow these kind of online stores to run.

    Ipzggpkq order number - had applied for exchange. I had requested a size 38 but was sent the same size 37 back to me. I had requested a size up for exchange. They literally picked up the order for exchange. And now they do not refund tthe amount or even exchange the product
    Order reference gtkdzzsxp - placed on 03/18/2019 i need this product to be replaced with a size 38. I have complainted every time i'm ordering.
    The company literally doesn't entertain tickets that are reopened by the customers.
    Do i get a refund or the proper sizeof the shoe? The pick up was done on 2.04.19 by the company for the product.
    Please do the necessary changes as soon as possible. Hopefully you guys don't mess up this time. I am tired of complaining about this company.

      I had placed an order exchange on 17th April and my order was picked up on 20th April but i had got no receipt or message or mail from SSS that they've received my products. Yesterday i got a mail stating that my order pickup was canceled.
      My order has already been picked up by your person but there's no information about it.
      Please look up into this matter and let me know. I want my exchanged order. I've already paid for it.

          I purchased two wedges, in which one of them looks fine, but the other one with the name "purely purkey wedges" are very different from what is shown in the pictures. The material is extremely cheap. They do not even looks like what is shown in the pictures. I want to exchange my product with another one or kindly refund my product. This looks pathetic and the material is very poor and uncomfortable. Reply me ASAP! Or call. I have uploaded the pictures. Reply soon.

            I ordered two wedges, and out of those two, one has a very poor quality and are in a bad condition too. They don't pick up the calls. And now I want one of the wedges to be returned, but they are saying I can just exchange it with other size. I just don't want those wedges. The quality is just pathetic. Ask them to exchange it with some other product, else return me my money back. I don't want the same wedges back. They are not at all what is shown in the pictures. They look pathetic. Exchange with something else or just refund my money as soon as possible. Such a cheap material.

              Hello,

              I have been in utter disappointment with this online shopping website as earlier as well i posted a complaint of them to which they refunded me partially assuring smooth delivery of the other partial package.

              Now, that i cannot exchange the exhanged product, they have delivered me a totally different product of which i am attaching images and screenshots of the bill.

              As a solution, i want the street style store to accept the return of the wrong items they have delivered after the exchange process and refund me my bucks into the original mode of payment.

              I will be reaching more legal grounds of my problem is not resolved.

                This issue is not at all resolved and let me clear one thing, its being one and a half month and I have not that order till now. Pathetic service and ridiculous customer service by SSS. Deliver my order as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint in police.

                  I purchased some cloths online on street style store, one order prepaid on 25march2019 &second cod on 19.04.2019, cod order delivered today and i found difference in products shown by you and received by me and also they are looking used and dirty. These are not the same colour i choose and the white top has some dirt on it and also that is looking like used. They don't have replacement policy for two products. Now i am fed up with this company, i want to return all them immediately. And i don't have any information regarding prepaid order. I want my whole money back immediately. Total amount is 523 (Prepaid)+ 1727 (Cod that i paid today). Please help me asap. Thanks in advance

                      It's been more than two months and still no word about the order. Online payment of more than 1k already done.
                      Either refund or delivery of product by friday is required.

                            Order #2741468. I made order for two heel one of them is good but the other one that is classic crossed black heels - size : 39 is different from what shown in the images. I have attached the images of what delivered to me and what shown in your website. Also the quality is very cheap and very poor, pair also look different.in the images in your website brown colour sole is not visible from side but it is visible in what i got.                               It has been more than two months since my order was placed. I ordered garments and footwear together. The order was split and the garments were delivered, but there is no sign of the footwear till now. The whole payment of Rs. 2500 was accepted online. They are neither delivering the products nor providing me with the refund. Serious actions should be taken against this.

                                I got a mail that said my order was out for delivery. i waited all day at my residence for a call or someone to show up at the door. after waiting all day, my order tracker showed that ' concerned person unavailable for delivery'

                                      I have ordered 3 pair of shoes on 12th march 2019 and its been more than 1 month not received my order yet. I made online payment of rs 1677/- in advance for the same. The customer care doesn't respond despite several attempts from my side to contact them. All i get is a computer generated invoice that says that my order has been pushed to priority dispatch and an estimated delivery date which is extended by 3-4 days every time i call. I am fed up now. I don't want your product. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I placed order on 3rd march and din get my products nor refund.. Never buy anything from this site.. They said mpney will ne refunded in 3 to 7 days and its 8th day nothing happened.. I want to tell everyone that never buy anything from this site.. They only need your money... I think they are never going to give my money back.. Please help me.. I dont even have a customer care no or atleast a mail id to contact them.. This is the only way
