Hello,
I have been in utter disappointment with this online shopping website as earlier as well i posted a complaint of them to which they refunded me partially assuring smooth delivery of the other partial package.
Now, that i cannot exchange the exhanged product, they have delivered me a totally different product of which i am attaching images and screenshots of the bill.
As a solution, i want the street style store to accept the return of the wrong items they have delivered after the exchange process and refund me my bucks into the original mode of payment.
I will be reaching more legal grounds of my problem is not resolved.

As the pickup has been done successfully, you guys should atleast give a confirmation email for the same and atleast ensure your customers about the refund to been done soon.
