I have ordered 3 tops from your store but i haven't received my order and now its showing reattempt delivery.plz tell me now what i should do. can you plz tell me when i will recieve my order?? it's very urgent

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we have gone through your order #4597333 and the status shows that the parcel has been returned to origin. Let us explain this to you.

We shipped your order and the courier company marked the status on your order as " return to origin ". Maybe you might be there that the courier company did not reach out to you. Kindly place the new order.

Please mark this case as "Resolved" if you find that the query is resolved from our end.

I have placed an order on 9/5/22 but the address is given of my college where currently I'm not present and my college closes by 8pm and that's why when the delivery boy came to deliver order they did not receive and my delivery status got cancelled and now it's showing re attemp order. What should I do?
Also I have already made the payment if also my order did not delivered, will I get my payment back?

I've ordered my product last 13may and they didn't deliver yet. In fact there's nothing showing where's my product, arey they shipped or not,

I ordered two tops from sss. One of them were supposed to be delivered on 30.08.2023 but it is not delivered yet nor have I recieved any call or anything but it is showing as re attempt delivery
