I had order 3 pairs of shoes on 9th March 2016, and till date I was waiting for my delivery.
I was in constant talks with the customer care, and also I was informed that they had put my order in the 'urgent' cateogary.
Today, to my surprise I recieved a mail telling me that my order was cancelled; because the 'customer was not reachable'; I did not recieve any call or mail or message regarding the arrival of my order; then on what basis can they classify me as not reachable?!?
Today is 12th April, and I'm still waiting for my order!
This is very surprising as well as disappointing to see such a customer service. No one answers the Customer Care calls.

I don't understand when people can't serve their customers then why have they opened an e-commerce website!

I ordered shoes from street style store 2 months back. First it was delivered very late (after around 45 days) and then when I received it, I found that the quality of the product was so poor that there was no way in which I can keep it. So I requested for return and I received a mail that the product will be picked up in 1-4 business days. It is already more than 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. And the worst part is that they do not pick calls on their customer helpline number. I just want my money back and I would recommend everyone to never shop from street style store again. In case, this complaint is viewed by officials from street style store, my order number is #535609. Please initiate the return asap.

Stop fooling people with your nonsense product . When i try to contact the customer care it comes user busy, for what sake you people r running this website ? Streetstylestore — My credit slip

Such bad quality of shoes this store has. I returned 2 pair of bellys. I got a credit slip, but now when i am ordering (beacause i am stuck here with no other option as they dont refund money they only give us a credit slip) i am not able to use my credit slip also.
Please help asap.

Hi

Concern is not about 3- 21 days delivering the product which I have ordered. It is about the trust. Let me go with the details why I do not trust the brand anymore.

I placed order and it was showing me it will be delivering in 3-21 days. It's been 7 days I have not received any updates from your side then I registered a complaint about it on this forum then very next moment I received a call from private number which was showing "unknown number" and could not see any number. They knew all the details of my order like ordered product, order price, order date, by which medium I did transaction on your website, etc. Then they asked me for account details, ATM card number, card pin, etc. They gave one website by saying that we do all the transaction through it, website is www.myrefund.in and also told the password of that website to login.

This is annoying and not trust worthy call which I received and it looks like totally fake website and totally fake things happening.

Also contact number is not working which you have given it on your website, contact no.:[protected]. Also not heard back from you guys and not even reply from you of my mail to you.

Now my only concern is to refund my money in my account ASAP or else I can escalate this issue ahead to concern department of consumer court.

This is the frustrating site to order something, i ordered the slippers on 9 of march but they are not deivered yet . i am dropping a mail again and again but no response. once i received mail from some karan bhatia but after that no reply.
you guyz are taking 21 days to deliver . Today is 11 april, Such a waste of time to order . i will definelty suggest to my friends, collegues to not to shop from your side at all.

I am leaving tomorrow, now there is no need to deliver the product now. Please enjoy with your products yourself because no one is going to buy the products with this disappoinment services.

Is always busy .Please deliver the order as soon as possible. I am really sorry to say but the service provided by you is not at all up to the expectations.This much delay in delivery of products is not expected, since the limit you guys have stated is 21 days

I have ordered 3 pair footwear and a dress as per the order no mentioned above from street style store website. On receiving the items i made my wife to try them. But on opening the parcel i found out that the items which i have ordered as they looked on website was not the same quality color shade when i recieved them .Moreover when my wife wore one of the footwear the soul of the shoe gave away the very same day. On this i requested for return/exchange. After this the delievery boy came and took away the parcel without giving receipt and mentioned your return request is the proof o[censored]r return. Since then i hve been mailing streetstylestore people but all in vain. It has caused lot of harassment and disappointment to me as it was the gift i ought it for my wife which has not met her satisfaction.The prblem today is that they doont even reply to my mails.

Desirable solution :
I want the company to give me explanation and compensation for the disappointment it has caused both me n my wife, especially me. And i want them to return my money with the delayed payment interest.

we had ordered a shoe . when we got it, it was not comfortable to wear due to size mistake. so requested for return of product and refund the money. The delivery person took the product back and gave a pickup slip and told that they will call tell tell about refund money. By then we were waiting for the refund of money...we dint get any email or message about refunding.. order no is 615121

I received my order after a long wait.I am not happy with the product so I asked for an exchange.They told me that it will be initiated within 24 hours but now they are not responding. I ust want to know do I need to post it to their return address or they will come and pick it up.

I did a horrible mistake by ordering a dress from this site.mujhe wo dress 21 march ko deliverd ho gye th and i don't like that product so i can do the replacement process. i have a mail from this site but today is 8 april.no one courier agent will come to pick my order and they mail me i have purchsse new product and our courier agent will come at your address and pick ur product and dispatch new proxuct at that same time but aaj tak koi nh aya hai i have sending so many mails and always replied same message me .that much time will take ..infact other sites are too gud to compare from this site . but this SSS service is too slow. but thats over i can't hear any ecxuses last 21 days se meri dress packed hai but no one can come to pick up those dress. i don't have trust to this site. i just want to my new product at the same time. cz repalcmng me ye sab ho raha hai. other sites are best ..

I had ordered 2 dresses which were dispatch in 2 different shipments.
I did not like the quality and wanted to exchange.

Order numbers for both shipments are 517786 and 495900. Both of them got picked up from my place. But only one shows as returned in my order history, the status of second is still shipped.

I HAVE WRITTEN OVER 20 EMAILS TO THE HELPDESK ONLY TO RECIEVE PART REPLIES FIRST COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT ABOUT THE SECOND SHIPMENT AND NOW NO REPLY.

I have paid the money for 2 shipments, the replacement order for one is placed but dint get shipped yet(its almost a month) and the second return is still being ignored. I have the return slip for the same and have sent it to SSS in yet another email that is ignored and unanswered.

Will someone from the customer care atleast respond?

I am unable to track the the order or any information, the time given was 21 days and still there is a no information about the delivery . I tried to call the store and no. Is always busy .Please deliver the order in 2 or 3 days or refund balance

I have ordered for footwear through COD ...after the product was delivered as i opened it was a wrong item. So i requested the SSS website for an exchange and their employee came and took the wrong item...its been a week neither the right item nor the money was given...if the product cannot be delivered why to put up the online website...waste of money of innocent people.. There no customer service number...the hekpdesk site is also fake...the whole website is fraud

I had placed an order on March 19, 2016 for two pairs of shoes. I have been continuously following up for the dispatch of the order but nobody's replying to the mails. The status is shown as product ready for dispatch since March 27 but the same is yet to be dispatched. Pls refund my money at the earliest as I don't the products any more. Street style store is a fraud n just shows products on its site. They don't have the actual products to be sent to the customers.

I ordered a dress with sss and when i received it after a wait of two long months the dress which I got was of so poor quality and fabric that i could never ever thought of. I had ordered boots from this site. As the size wasn't appropriate i had requested for return. Pickup was done, but i haven't received my bigger sized boots yet.I had paid through COD (Nor i have any amount returned for it, neither boots) . I want to know by what date i will receive my boots and where i can track my item.
PS: i doubt that this is a fraud company, and i regret my decision of purchasing from this site.
