[Resolved] Street Style Store — Non-delivery of product after payment. Cancelling order without my consent | |||
I ordered a combo of three shoes worth Rs. 999/- on 4th Oct, 2014 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through my debit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (see attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not deliverd the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com I asked them about my product and same day I got a mail from them say the order was cancelled. They cancelled the order without giving me any reason and even without my consent. Also, I have not been refunded the amount paid by me which is Rs. 999/-. Has anybody got back their amount? I'm facing the same issue. Ordered for Rs. 2, 500 and no order was placed even though I was charged. This is pathetic.

I can see the list is long and people keep on getting added to the list. Mine is similar issue: today is 2 Mar, placed my order on 10 Feb. No phone number, nothing to track. We should have looked to such cues beforehand rather than after making the purchase. I am getting a feeling that I may also not get my shoes and end up loosing my money Rs 899. I did not check about the company because my friend got really good pairs of shoes that too on time. But I am considering to do a second check for every other such store.
And no rating because they don't worth it. Would write here if with a stroke of good luck I happen to get my order that too in good shape.

I have trying to get in touch with SSS since forever. My continuous mails are being ignored. My frequent calls are not being answered. I need to replace one pair of shoes (due to size issue) and return another one. After initial promises of doing so they have gone MIA. I am so frustrated.
I've order pair of foot wears today that is 15th march cost 899 bucks and I did payment through my debit card but I didn't get any summary update regarding the product. Please tell me how to get my money back? They are liars, cheating on us and making fool to everyone, this company should be close asap to avoid such issues.
I have made the order of three sandals @ 999 [Docket no. DELSSSP104329] and done payment online only. But after 2 months got delivery of only one sandal. Remaining 2 sandals are still not delivered. I need refund of my rest 2 sandals.

I am glad i got to know it earlier...had i not research deeper i would have fallen prey to this.
I am scared now. I have placed an order on 13-Mar and paid online through debit card and till now I haven't even received any status in that, I think my money has been wasted. Can anyone please tell me some contact number or some way so that I can get my money back?? I don't want shoes now as people mentioned in comments... Some one please help if you have any contact details or any way to get my money back... The only mail i have received from them is attached.

I too had ordered three pairs of shoes from them on 14 feb 2015 but still not received them. They took the payment of Rs 1500 but ha vent received any sort of refund or the product from them. What should I do?? I even tried this number but no response...
Friends, same problem is faced by me too. I work for a reputed publication Danik Jagran, I have filed complain to Consumer Affairs, Delhi.. They said will look after it and will try to refund each and every onces money back. Lets be together any show these frauds that we can teach them a good lesson.
