I had placed my order on the 23rd of March. A month has passed by, and I am yet to receive the goods I ordered. I had emailed them regarding this, and they asked me to wait for some time. I had logged a ticket on their website, too. When I last checked, they had closed my ticket without resolving my issue. And now, they are not replying to my emails. No contact number has been listed on their site. I need to get my money back.
