I placed my order for 2for 999 offer On 10th July. But till date o didn't go t my products. I feel like cheated n fooled. Stupid of me to pay in advance since cod was not available for my pin code. Whenever o mail them they have a fix template which they copy paste to everyone I think.

THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE site for SHOES. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Even I had issues with SSS, after receiving my order I found that the color of the shoes is entirely different from what they showed in the website(thoses pictures were taken from aliexpress.com, I found out later), I had send a few messages to their help desk but no reply.Nobody is picking up the phone too.

I placed an order for Boardroom Worthy Shoes on SSS, but what I received is a completely different product, more of a bad replica of shown image.Now when I asked them to do a refund, they have this policy of no refund so my money is stuck too. I have started to have a feeling that they are fraud, but I have no solution how to get this fixed.

Streetstylestore is a pathetic place to buy your shoes from as they are not at all reliable. I am also facing the same problem and am looking to at least exchange the shoes, if not return them for a refund. I hope that people read these reviews before placing an order with them.

The same issue happened with me. I ordered 2 shoes for Rs. 999, sent them 3 follow-up emails but didn't hear back. I stay in Delhi so will try to go to the store soon along with the bill and ask about my shoes. This is pathetic. If I knew how to complain about the website I would have lodged a case against them for cheating.

How to get my money back from the cheaters, they delivered me wrong size shoes and after lot of complains they took it back but after that they never responded not even refunded my money.

I can see the list is long and people keep on getting added to the list. Mine is similar issue: today is 2 Mar, placed my order on 10 Feb. No phone number, nothing to track. We should have looked to such cues beforehand rather than after making the purchase. I am getting a feeling that I may also not get my shoes and end up loosing my money Rs 899. I did not check about the company because my friend got really good pairs of shoes that too on time. But I am considering to do a second check for every other such store.

And no rating because they don't worth it. Would write here if with a stroke of good luck I happen to get my order that too in good shape.

I have trying to get in touch with SSS since forever. My continuous mails are being ignored. My frequent calls are not being answered. I need to replace one pair of shoes (due to size issue) and return another one. After initial promises of doing so they have gone MIA. I am so frustrated.

I too had ordered three pairs of shoes from them on 14 feb 2015 but still not received them. They took the payment of Rs 1500 but ha vent received any sort of refund or the product from them. What should I do?? I even tried this number but no response...

Friends, same problem is faced by me too. I work for a reputed publication Danik Jagran, I have filed complain to Consumer Affairs, Delhi.. They said will look after it and will try to refund each and every onces money back. Lets be together any show these frauds that we can teach them a good lesson.

SSS has taken money off my card almost 45 days ago but I haven't received my products. Neither do they have a contact number, nor do they respond to my emails even after several responses. My money is stuck and I have no clue what to do. Can someone help/suggest

SSS is such a bad place for online shopping. i have made order for three pairs around one month ago. Luckily the order delivered at my place after 20 days.One shoe was is in bad condition, the strap was displaced and one size was small. When i wish to exchange them they are not replying any of my mails..they are just bullying people . i think we all should send legal notice to them.

This place has got to be the worst online shopping portal to date. I think a bunch of people decided to rip off innocent shoppers like us who make the best use of a good deal.. and why shouldn't we.. that's why they're there.
1. The shoes look absolutely nothing like what comes in the box.
2. The quality of he material is probably why the shoes are that measly priced.
3. It takes forever to have the damn things delivered.. A month IF you're lucky.
4. From what fellow shoppers have said.. pre paying on a card would be the mother of all stupid things because those who have, have never ever received their shoes.
5. Paying COD isn't the grass being greener on the other side too because of points 1, 2 and 3.
6. They have absolutely no appropriate means of communicating either through the tele or replying to mails prudently.
7. Because I was probably the only fortunate soul to have received a call from their end post having sent a slew of scathing mails having mentioned how ridiculous and tattered and torn the shoes I ordered for looked like when they came; their apparent CS REP had the gore and the audacity to speak so unprofessionally and so casually.. I mean really?!?!?!?!? I don't even want to acknowledge how uncouth the conversation and irreverently the representative spoke to me because acknowledging it is a mark on my own dignity.

Moral of the story: I would never mis lead nor mis guide people, this comes from the better part of me, and my experience bears testimony to the fact that YOU SHOULD NOT SHOP FOR SHOES with SSS.

Oh and the rep told me that he wasn't gonna refund or exchange for anything unless I was willing for them to take the shoes and then apparently they would do the needful. A friend of mine gave back the 3 shoes she ordered and it's been months now. No refund!! No exchange!! No nothing!!! The SSS rep actually told me that he was gonna show me the apparent one good comment a blogger gave SSS as opposed to the million bad ones which I sadly saw too late. I actually wouldn't even post this had it not been for the god awful conversation!! God riddance!! Anyone want a brand new crappy pair of shoes for free??? Cause I don't even want em in my house!!

Street Style Store is just the poorest service I have ever seen. I would recommend you all out there not to order any stuff from this website. I ordered one sandal on 22nd May and still waiting for it. Not-delivered so far.

You call them millions of time but the number is always busy.

i ordered some shoes n a bag from SSS and paid by credit card (foolish of me ) . Anyway, the order was placed on 25th May 2015 and delivered on 19th June (i.e. y'day). I had to go through the same thing that u all have mentioned in your comments. So decided to visit their store in Shalimar Bagh (Street Style Store, 206-Bhagwati Sadan Building, Plot No 8, BH Block Market, Near Nainital Bank, Shalimar Bagh Delhi - 110088, India.) I requested my friend to visit the store (as i stay in Mumbai) but was pretty much sure that he is not going to find the store at location mentioned on SSS website. But to my surprise the store does exist with all the staff n blahh blahh. So my friend requested them to update on the status of my order. They said, it has been mentioned in the website that order can take anywhere b/w 3 to 21 days. Btw, my friend visited the store on 17th June (23 days after the placement of order). So, it is pretty normal and also they received unexpectedly high number of orders thus the delay. Also, the person whose number is given on the website has left the organisation and therefore no reply from his/her side. They promised (in person to my friend) to deliver my order within 2-3 working days and sent me series of email apologising for the delay, updating on the status. My friend also complaint about how bad their services is, no contact whatsoever with the client. They shared the new contact details, plz go ahead and call these people ([protected] ; [protected]@streetstylestore.com ).

Anyway, I received my order y'day only and frankly speaking not at all happy with the quality of any of the products (shoes and bag) . But, Thank God !! I got the order.

So, moral of the story I am not going to shop from this store ever in life again.

Ps: I along with few other people (disappointed costumers of SSS) even thought of filing a complaint in consumer court against these people inefficient work ethics.

I ordered 3 footwear from SSS and all the products were lose and the fitting was pathetic. I raised a return request long back and they took almost a week to come up with a solution. Then I sent them a mail that my address has changed for which they never reverted back and they sent the pick up person to the old address that too without informing me in advance. I tried contacting them but the number is always busy and they are not replying to may mails. They are very shameless and keep fooling customers.

i thought its me who has done such blunder... making the advance payment & now its been more than 21 days I have not received the Order. Just called them at the Landline number[protected] & she is saying the same will be dispatched today. I have faced the same issue with SSS. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in June and till now I have no notification for the same. One was by COD and other paid by debit card. They don't answer my emails when I registered a complaint against cancellation and return of my money. The phone number is either always busy or switched off. I must say "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED". Kindly let me know if anyone of you finds a way to get your money back. I would advice all to do not get tempted by the stuff they show online. These guys are big time cheater.. they cancelled one of my order without even informing me and not refunding the money. I have sent them tons of email but no response. The quality of their shoes are really horrible. I used it three to four times and it is gone now... Highly unprofessional, unethical.. Please don't order from SSS..

Really very very bad service by SSS. I hate it, everything is delay with this company and they don't even bothered. No reply for mails, no cal back and also every time busy numbers. Need to take some actions for this. Fully disappointed.

I have ordered combo of flats from SSS, but the product is not delivered yet. The website is designed in such a way that anybody will get tempt to buy because of the offers. But do not go for offers your money may be on stake. The company has very bad delivery system & they are not even bothered about it.
These makes me think that company is just fake & loots money from people.I have tried like hundreds of time to contact them but no reply & the phone number mentioned on there website is not reachable.

The pictures of the shoes they display and the actual product delivered do not match at all. I believe that they post pictures from the various sources from Internet and then try to manufacture the product and they end up making a very cheap copy of the actual product.
They should actually put the picture of the product they make and not befool the customers.

I ordered 3 pair of footwears from this website and still they only provided me two footwear and of wrong sizez again and again...and still did not received the rest one...this time they charged me 200 rupees for delivery why should i pay for their mistake...i want my refund or my three footwear in size i want asap...otherwise i will file a complain in consumer forum.these people are so pathetic.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVCE...!!

i have placed an order on 16th of August 2015. And till now no signs of shippment. its been almost 70 days.

no response to the call or e-maol. Once in blue moon i get a reply that orders are more, the product you ordered in demand, we will try to ship.

if you cannot fulfil the orders why hell are you take orders... retun my money.

i woudn't hv worried if it was CASH ON DELIVERY... its my preparid order worth Rs.2500.

This company needs to be sued!! I am facing the same exact thing. I ordered 3 pairs for 999 and the quality was pathetic, the shoes weren't as per what was shown on the website, etc. So, I wrote to them asking them for a refund, to which they said they have no refund policy. However, they said they will exchange the product.

They sent a courier person to take back my shoes (without asking me for it). I sent the shoes back via courier since they promised me an exchange over mail. After I sent back my shoes, I wrote to them for the exchange and ever since then they aren't responding to mails and no one ever answers the phone!

We all need to come together and sue this company. I wonder how many people they have cheated like this!!

Street style store.com the worst site I ever visited .I have ordered boots rs999 they didn't provide me tracking id n not even customers support system .its been 8days I already paid through my debit card .bt no response frm their side.I think its jst a betrayal n such site can take away trust from online shopping .I want you to ban such site

It's a pathetic site .Do not order anything from this site . I accidentally ordered 3 shoes for which i sent them mail saying i want only 1. To which they replied yes they would make changes .Later i know i received all 4 shoes . later i told them about what had happened so they themselves sent a pickup guy to collect the parcel, , whereas i kept on sending them mails asking to first answer my query and send me a contact number but no one replied.
So the pickup guy shows up at my doorstep asking for the parcel and i returned it in its original packaging(didn't even open the box ).
And he says you would get a refund for it.
After that they mailed me saying i wouldn't get refund instead i will have to buy something in its place for the same amount.
All this for the mistake committed by them while processing the wrong order.

Now i have returned the shoes, , i haven't gotten my money back nor are they replying to my emails and also i checked on their site thinking i will just buy something
But they don't have anything online now, , all their products are sold out
And nobody's even replying and the call is not even connecting.

Don't know what to do but will complain against them if they don't reply soon

Hi, I ordered my shoes on 29th August 2015 and today is 05th Nov 2015. The store hasn't responded to any emails sent. No phone number is working. This site is a complete fraud. I haven't received any update, nor am I getting a refund.
Can anybody help as to what should be done for this.

Straight and simple.

I placed an order for a dress on Oct 12th. A week and half later I dropped them a mail asking them for the status of my order. I received an extremely condescending response on the same day stating that the standard delivery timeline is 3 to 21 days and that I should wait.

On the 22nd day I dropped them a mail reminding them that they have exceeded the timeline and I haven't received either my order or the shipment confirmation yet. I didn't receive any response to that.

I sent 2 more follow-up mails, but I guess neither of them was deserving enough to elicit a response from them. Meanwhile, I tried calling at the landline number mentioned on their site several times. As expected, it used to ring forever and would hang up automatically.

I feel like getting hold of these bas***ds and give them a hulk-style thrashing. Can anyone guide me on how can I lodge a complain and screw their happiness?

Street Style store is pathetic. I had placed an order on 13th Oct'15 but haven't got any update on delivery. As per their policy their delivery period is of 3-21 days. Its been more than 21 days and no revert. The payment was made through debit card. I feel that my money is stuck and have left all the hopes of getting my order.


I have tried to reach them multiple times through emails, phone but no one is available.

Please protect yourself from placing an order on such fake websites and do inform your friends as well.

There are some fast train which are running in peak hours are 9 coach, this is creating problem to commuters. For e.g

1- 18:46 from churchgate is 9 coach trains, here the timing between 2 borivali fast trains is 16 mintus.

sss — DISPARITY IN CHARGING MAINTENANCE

The apatment association of the apartment that we stay in has fixed seperate rates of montly maintainence for owners and teneants.
Whereas the owners (self occupied apartments) have to pay Rs.1100 per month, the tenants (occupants of let out apartments) have to pay Rs.1700 per month ie 1.5 times of normal monthly maintenance Bill. This, when the area of apartments are the same.
I wonder if the association is empowered to make such a distinction based on type of occupancy and fix seperate rates accordingly.
Could you pls. throw some light on this? What action could be taken against such a policy by the association?
