[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Order management and tracking

I had ordered footwear on the first of March it's the 25th now and I lodged so many complainers already. Funnily three days ago I got a call that your order is in priority dispatch and you will receive a URL to track your order and receive it by the end of the week. Its the end of the week now and I haven't yet received my order neither have did I get that URL to track my order. Can someone respond to me from the store? My order reference number is 1350090

Your shipment has been dispatched from our end on 03/23/2017 and will take maximum of 3 to 4 days as this is the time taken by courier companies to deliver.

Hi,

The mails sent to SSS are endless since December 2016 for a product quality issue (order ID 1157105). After about 3 months, i had received the below email from the team:-

On a good note, don't worry about your first exchange, its on us. We will do it for free. The second exchange is chargeable with the amount of 200INR.

In order to avoid the exchange all together, you can mail us the details of your size and any other query before you decide to place the order. We will help you though this to avoid any exchanges at all.

And about the return policy, we do not allow any refund on our orders. Yes, we do give a credit voucher that can be used within certain time period.

Further, I checked the link provided but it again asks to change the size (i don't like the product and don't want it in any size). I emailed the team again and asked them to initiate the pickup and send me the voucher of 1299/-, i shall redeem it for something else if they cannot refund the amount. I had sent them the pictures of the product as well (no value for money). Till date neither have i received a call for the pickup of the product nor have i received the voucher of same amount (first exchange).

Keeping in mind the above complaint and my struggle to contact the team, i had ordered only 1 product after that and haven't received that even (more than a month now). Please can anyone from the SSS team look into the issue and can send me the voucher. I have emailed the team today as well.

I was oder on 30/12/2017(ref : 2001630) with the name of ritesh and e-mail id : lisapani.[protected]@gmail.com and after reciving the oder i was placed for replacement (ref no :2036319)due to size issue but till now i am not getting my product but in website it is showing deliverd how is it possible? are you cheeting with me ? without giving my oder how its possible? please check image

I had ordered a combo of 2 tops for 526rs on 20th july 2018 and the estimated date of delivery shown was 10th august 2018. Today is 21st august 2018 and even after so many emails, calls there is no significant response and the date is being postponed again and again i.e., first from 10th aug to 13th then 18th then 22 then 24 aug every time when the date comes near the date is postponed. I enquired many a times but still my product does not have generated its order id or tracking number. Its not been dispatched yet. This was my first time from this site that i had ordered and payment is done and i am really disappointed from this inconvenience.
