Street Style Store — Order return pick up not made and refund amount not done for about 2 months

I had ordered a product which was of different size for which i requested a replacement. it had been 2 months but after many emails and requests i received a replacement which was a different product (skirt instead of kurti). I raised many tickets and mailed many times for refund. but they simply close the tickets without taking any action. i want to file a severe complaint against this worst shopping website which treats its customers very badly. i want my refund amount.
order no.: 576004 ( replaced product for which i want want my refund, this was a different product)

Hai, they asked me to send them back the return product though courier and they told they will refund that amount too. i dint receive any call back. I had already sent the product 1 week back but still i dint receive any mails from them. this is very very bad to make a customer wait for 3 months. please resolve this problem at the earliest.
