Hi,

This is the most unprofessional eCom web site I have ever experienced.I had returned two orders as the size were not fit for me and request for the replacement on the following dates which was not delivered yet.I have written multiple mails as well but after two response they stopped responding.This should be blocked completely so that no body else should be cheated like this, They should be penalized.

Hi,

Is the consumer forum really works.If yes can you please look into the matter. Now these people have cancelled the order #830465 which was committed by SSS Resolver group to deliver the product on exchange of the product I returned.They are not ready to refund the amount and not even exchanging the product.

    I have ordered a dress worth 699, and i did online payment for that. But its about to be one month, there is no response from their side. I send several mails but there is no reply. They say that the product will delivered in 3-21 days. But dont answer email if you ever ask for the process. As they dont even have any contact number, only email is a single option to contact.

      I have couple of complaints regarding my order.
      I have ordered one shoe pair and a dress. Recieved Shoes, but the quality is pathetic. They are not even worth rs 50. Second, they dont have refund policy, the the yare delivery such a poor quality in return.
      I have raised for exchange and in return, havent recieved any notification of pickup or anything.

      Regarding my second order, Its more than 10 days and I am still waiting for the dress. Is this is what we are expecting in return of money we are spending.

      I seriously wanna file a complaint against this fraud company.

      Please take action ASAP or I am going to take this to next higher level.

      i have used this web site for shopping in month of Jan 2016. at first wrong product deliver to me and company has issued is credit note. kindly refer below mentioned snap shot

      Snap shot 01 : credit note is accumulate which i have note received that product at all.

      Snap shot 03 : None of the product is received by Me

      on 30 may one of your executive has asked for product description and size for final .still today neither a current status or order received. ( refer email history for details).

      now this credit note is about to expired still not redeem .Company has used my money for last 6 month without any interest and done mental harassment to me. I will taking to Consumer forum

      Yes the company is completely a fraud. No one is taking the responsibility and these people are just sitting there to count moneys in return of nothing. I am completely going to bring this fraud in light.

      These people think that they can save them selves by not replying to the mails.

      Its been more than 20 days and I still didn't received anything about my products. I am damn sure that they are not going to deliver any product and they will just keep on continuing this fraud by making fool out o[censored]s.

      I am not going to spare such bull and they are going to get a tough time.

        I have paid rs 999 on "www.streetstylestore.com" for order of 3 pair of shoes on may 15th, 2015. But i didn't get any. They claimed to deliver the product in 21 days but it's been 23 days that the product is not even shipped yet.

        They are not even canceling my order nor delivering it. I have wrote many times to their customer care but no needful reply received from their side.

        Worst online store ever. Please don't buy anything from their site. If you want to try then please don't make online payment rather pay rs50 extra on cod.

          I ordered footwear on http://streetstylestore.com/ worth rs. 999/-.
          I received order after 12 days of order, but due to defect in product return the same to sss. Then on 16th of may i got credit note on my mail id but i was not able to use that, getting error massage (Attached in image) while trying to place an order.
          I complaint that to provided helpdesk mail id and and get a response from their side that: please choose the items in your cart and we place the order on your behalf. I did the same but after that not get any response. I marked several follow-up mails on [protected]@streetstylestore.com mail id but no one is responding and the number i found on web is also fake one.
          Kindly help me to get either my money back or get product.

                I have ordered 2: pairs of footwear under the category get 2 for RS 999 and I'm unsatisfied with one of the product but the other is good.
                I would like to exchange one of the footwear with another new footwear because the product quality is unsatisfying and I have received a defect piece and also the product does nt match with the chili color of the picture on the site

                  I had placed an order for 3 sandals under "3 for 999" category on April 22nd 2016. I received the products in around two weeks. I raised a return request for all the three products as they were of worst and cheap quality with improper size. The pick up was done for those 3. First of all I didnt get my credit note of Rs 999 for long time. After sending multiple emails to the helpdesk, they gave a credit note of Rs 999 and asked me to order another 3 products from the same "3 for 999" category.

                  Now when I try to order the 3 sandals from "3 for 999" category, the total comes as Rs 1498. So i need to apply my credit note of Rs999 along with the voucher SAVE498. But everytime I try to do so it gives error as:
                  "This voucher is not combinable with an other voucher already in your cart".

                  I have been sending multiple emails to their helpdesk from almost last 2 weeks, but they are not bothered to respond at all. There is no number to contact them on call also. My 999 rs are stuck with this unreliable website.
                  Highly disappointed with the service. I want my money back.

                  Why are they selling the products if they cant even address customers issues. They are simply fooling around here and robbing people of their money and then not responding back.

                  I see many complaints against this website on "consumercomplaints.in". Some seriously strict action should be taken against this website and they should be sued for cheating the customer.

                    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes under the buy 3 for 999/- offer. One of the shoe sole broke after just two uses. I had them replace the shoe and give me a refund voucher. However, I'm unable to complete the transaction.

                    It takes them more than a month to deliver the shoes, then they give us sub standard shoes and even their refund/payment portal doesn't work the way it should. Total waste of time.

                          I returned the above mentioned order due to pathetic quality and in return was provided a credit slip for my returned order only via mail. There is no credit slip shown in the SSS account. I trusted the mail I got from Street Style Store. Sad and disappointed to tell that the CODE that the company sent via mail as the credit slip is not working at all even though 4 months are not completed yet. I feel robbed by STREET STYLE STORE. I want my money back. Pathetic service by SSS.

                            I have placed my order on 13th April 2016. I haven't received the product yet.

                            I have sent almost 15 emails but they only send a auto generated email with no concrete information. This is very unprofessional behavior of firm. Also no phone number available to contact.
                            Email communication is also not prompt.

                            Also they are not refunding my money even after asking for it for so many times.

                            I just need my money back.

                            We shipped your order and courier company marked the status on your order as " return to origin ". May be you were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

                            The order id is 633015 .

                            Also my order was not COD, payment was already made.

                            Also in the my orders list, I can see the status as "Priority Dispatch". but i am not able to understand your definition of Priority as its been 54 days after i placed order.

                                I had placed a dress on 19/04/2016 at 7.33 pm.
                                I haven't rcv my product nd they don't refund my money yet. I have sent many emails And complaints but still i hvn't rcv my parcel. I simply want my money back.otherwise i'll go to the consumer court as soon as possible.i m no more intrstd in ur product.I didn't receive a tracking number till date which means, the order has not been dispatched yet .In every mail and complaint they just respond with the same email.Still awaiting the ordered which has been over a month.plz refund my money. my order id is 645448

                                  Hi, My order number is 686373. I have order three sandals worth 1000 a month back and have not received the order till now. The tracking details are also not yet activated. There is no information regarding anything from the company. I have mailed the company regarding this. There is no contact number for customer complaints on the website so that we can call them up. The numbers i got from internet are either switched off, not reachable or not being answered. Please help me with this and help me get either my delivery or money back.

                                    Description: i have ordered 2 pair of shoes which costs 999(Ordered from my friend shilpa patil's sss account) .One was correct in size and one was not, so i returned one pair of shoe and asked them to replace it with the new shoe which is of one size bigger. Delivery guy came and took back my shoes and gave the replace receipt. Then after so many days i received a mail saying that size is not available.
                                    Later i ordered a dress it costs 799 on the above mentioned date but till now i didn't get any updates on this. Even i didn't get my payed money(500 ru) back.

                                    Please do needfull.

                                      This complaint is regard order no 682477 placed on 9th may for Rs 1499 payment already made online.its 1 month and order has been delivered.i have made previous complain to consumer forum Id no 1299389 on 1st June. 1 more week has passed and in their site order is showing as priority dispatch but no tracking no has been provided which means the order has not been despatched yet. I appeal to consumer forum for 1499 amount to be returned to me. I had called them today and Mr Santosh picked up the phone and said he will call me back after discussing with his senior about money refund but I have not received any call. I believe this is a fraudulent site who take customers money and do not deliver products. I appeal to consumer forum to block this site and refund my money. I warn people not to purchase anything from this fraudulent site
