I have had a very bad experience dealing with this online retailer.

Their shoes / sneakers & formal brogue shoes were absolutely low in quality. Not as per image shown online. They took almost a month to deliver the products after delivery & they only offer a size change in return when product is not as promised online.

Their customer care number ever not reachable. I have had to write to them on facebook after not receiving an reply on email & their website contact number being out of service.

For refunds they take forever to reply via email.

Absolute waste of time & money. The amount of time iv spent getting them to respond & checking on my order status, is way more annoying as compared to the money spent.

The only good thing they had delivered was a skater dress, which is decent quality & looked like the image on their website.

The bag was an absolute disappointment & so were the shoes.

The voucher given of my money spent already on bad goods, doesn't work.
Its just such a waste of time!

    First time placed the order on 12th September 2015 for Rs 2198 and was promised delivery in 21 working days.I did not receive my order. I mailed them at their help desk after which subsequent mails were sent and they even raised a complaint ticket but at the end on 12th January 2016 they said that they will cancel my order because the products which I ordered were out of stock so they and that they would give me Exchange credits, after receiving the exchange credits again I again placed the the order with those Exchange credits, on 21st April 2016, and have again not received my order. I again mailed them in order to know the status of my order on 12th May 2016 and received a reply from them stating that its in process. But till date I haven't received my order

      This is in ref to my earlier complaint made to consumer forum complaint Id 1299389 where I had made the same complaint but no action taken.i had purchased an apparel from an online site streetstylestore.com for 1499 and made payment online on 9th May 2016, it has been 1 month and there is no response from their end . The order no is 682477 and marked as priority dispatch in their site and I got a reply from resolver saying that warehouse has been intimidated for early dispatch, since then I have not got any tracking Id which means the order has still not been despatched.i have concerns about the existence and genuinity of the firm, I think this is a fraud sit where they take customers money and do not deliver product, I have punched online before also however not faced this issue ever. I Appel to consumer forum to block this site and appeal return of my money Rs 1499 immediately as the product will never get delivered.i will also warn consumers not to purchase anything from this fraudulent site.i called them and a person called Santosh picked and said he will calls me back in 5 mins after discussing with his seniors or money re refund but i have not got a any all back from them.

            I had returned back a product for which I paid 999 and received a credit coupon details via email on March 10, 2016 by an associate named Arvind. The validity in the coupon read for 4 months. Now when I am using the coupon it shows invalid, neither does my account shows any history of purchase/return or voucher/credit in account. I want a solution so that I can use my coupon in time. I wrote an email too but no response. A timely response is required, please help

              This is the most unprofessional eCom web site I have ever experienced.I had returned two orders as the size were not fit for me and request for the replacement on the following dates which was not delivered yet.I have written multiple mails as well but after two response they stopped responding.This should be blocked completely so that no body else should be cheated like this, They should be penalized.

Now these people have cancelled the order #830465 which was committed by SSS Resolver group to deliver the product on exchange of the product I returned.They are not ready to refund the amount and not even exchanging the product.

                I have ordered a dress worth 699, and i did online payment for that. But its about to be one month, there is no response from their side. I send several mails but there is no reply. They say that the product will delivered in 3-21 days. But dont answer email if you ever ask for the process. As they dont even have any contact number, only email is a single option to contact.

                  I have couple of complaints regarding my order.
                  I have ordered one shoe pair and a dress. Recieved Shoes, but the quality is pathetic. They are not even worth rs 50. Second, they dont have refund policy, the the yare delivery such a poor quality in return.
                  I have raised for exchange and in return, havent recieved any notification of pickup or anything.

                  Regarding my second order, Its more than 10 days and I am still waiting for the dress. Is this is what we are expecting in return of money we are spending.

                  I seriously wanna file a complaint against this fraud company.

                  Please take action ASAP or I am going to take this to next higher level.

                  After sending several reminder customer care support is least bother to send even courtesy reply to Customer

                  i have used this web site for shopping in month of Jan 2016. at first wrong product deliver to me and company has issued is credit note. kindly refer below mentioned snap shot

                  Snap shot 01 : credit note is accumulate which i have note received that product at all.

                  on 30 may one of your executive has asked for product description and size for final .still today neither a current status or order received. ( refer email history for details).

                  now this credit note is about to expired still not redeem .Company has used my money for last 6 month without any interest and done mental harassment to me. I will taking to Consumer forum

                  Yes the company is completely a fraud. No one is taking the responsibility and these people are just sitting there to count moneys in return of nothing. I am completely going to bring this fraud in light.

                  These people think that they can save them selves by not replying to the mails.

                    I have paid rs 999 on "www.streetstylestore.com" for order of 3 pair of shoes on may 15th, 2015. But i didn't get any. They claimed to deliver the product in 21 days but it's been 23 days that the product is not even shipped yet.

                    They are not even canceling my order nor delivering it. I have wrote many times to their customer care but no needful reply received from their side.

                    Worst online store ever. Please don't buy anything from their site. If you want to try then please don't make online payment rather pay rs50 extra on cod.

                      I ordered a side bag and a pair of shoes from street style store on 12 may 2016 and after i placed order they had sent the bag in a week but i have not received the pair of shoes yet. The order number for the pair of shoes is 688481. the emails to know the status of the order was sent by me so many times but i did not get any reply from them initially and then on one day they replied that it will take a particular time i.i 3-21 days and as of now the period of particular time is also over. Now if my complaint is not resolved by this means i have to forcefully go to Consumer Court to initiate the proceedings and teach a lesson to such companies who blocks the hard-earned money of consumers.

                      I have ordered two tops on 2nd December but still I have not got my delivery date.                       i ordered a boots and paid for them two months back and waited patiently. after a month i had sent an email to inquire as to why my order haven't been delivered yet and also there was no delivery status to track it. And then i had received a mail stating that it will be top priority and i was relieved by that. But even after a month there was still no updates about the order nor tracking. I have emailed again but it's the same reply of 'top priority'. It's quite frustrating and i need the boots before the month of december. It's quite unprofessional and this would be a good website for testing one's patience instead of anticipating about the shoes.

                        I ordered footwear on http://streetstylestore.com/ worth rs. 999/-.
                        I received order after 12 days of order, but due to defect in product return the same to sss. Then on 16th of may i got credit note on my mail id but i was not able to use that, getting error massage (Attached in image) while trying to place an order.
                        I complaint that to provided helpdesk mail id and and get a response from their side that: please choose the items in your cart and we place the order on your behalf. I did the same but after that not get any response. I marked several follow-up mails on [protected]@streetstylestore.com mail id but no one is responding and the number i found on web is also fake one.
                        Kindly help me to get either my money back or get product.

                                I had placed an order for 3 sandals under "3 for 999" category on April 22nd 2016. I received the products in around two weeks. I raised a return request for all the three products as they were of worst and cheap quality with improper size. The pick up was done for those 3. First of all I didnt get my credit note of Rs 999 for long time. After sending multiple emails to the helpdesk, they gave a credit note of Rs 999 and asked me to order another 3 products from the same "3 for 999" category.

                                Now when I try to order the 3 sandals from "3 for 999" category, the total comes as Rs 1498. So i need to apply my credit note of Rs999 along with the voucher SAVE498. But everytime I try to do so it gives error as:
                                "This voucher is not combinable with an other voucher already in your cart".

                                I have been sending multiple emails to their helpdesk from almost last 2 weeks, but they are not bothered to respond at all. There is no number to contact them on call also. My 999 rs are stuck with this unreliable website.
                                Highly disappointed with the service. I want my money back.

                                Why are they selling the products if they cant even address customers issues. They are simply fooling around here and robbing people of their money and then not responding back.

                                I see many complaints against this website on "consumercomplaints.in". Some seriously strict action should be taken against this website and they should be sued for cheating the customer.

                                  I ordered 3 pairs of shoes under the buy 3 for 999/- offer. One of the shoe sole broke after just two uses. I had them replace the shoe and give me a refund voucher. However, I'm unable to complete the transaction.

                                  It takes them more than a month to deliver the shoes, then they give us sub standard shoes and even their refund/payment portal doesn't work the way it should. Total waste of time.

                                        I returned the above mentioned order due to pathetic quality and in return was provided a credit slip for my returned order only via mail. There is no credit slip shown in the SSS account. I trusted the mail I got from Street Style Store. Sad and disappointed to tell that the CODE that the company sent via mail as the credit slip is not working at all even though 4 months are not completed yet. I feel robbed by STREET STYLE STORE. I want my money back. Pathetic service by SSS.
