The hell customer service I have ever seen in my life. i had placed an order in December for which i was writing mails from last five months after registering complaint here i finally got a solution i got the credit but now i am unable to use that credit.

Rs. 1000/- for three sandals were paid off on the 12th of april.

Generated three tickets and got responses for one saying they take a month to deliver. Nothing since then. Money lost, time lost and what is left is just disappointment.
I hope someone looks into this so that no one else has to suffer this way.

I had made a purchased 2 product in October 2015 and returned it due to size issues I am still struggling with the credit slip.. despite of several mails the CSR doesn't reply or solve your problem at once u have to chase n chase... ita almost 7 mont i am still doing a follow up for credit slip one of it was cleared now waiting for the second one i have send almost 6-7 mails but not a single reply.....
