I have placed an order on 29 june 2016 (order number #773867) and i am still waiting for updates about mu order. its a prepaid order and i nave no communication on whats going on with it.

I have written to [protected]@streetstylestore.com for updates, in return i received an email confirming my inquiry ticket and a response within 24 hours. its 3 days already and i have not received any response. the phone number mentioned on the website[protected] a. m to 6 pm), is completely useless as it never gets connected.

It is such a shame to have such a poor customer service. if i do not receive a response from sss asap, i am sure going to take a legal action against them.

Further to my earlier complaint : Rimjim Deka (https://in.linkedin.com/in/rimjim-deka[protected] is the CEO and Founder at SSS. I am sorry but this start up will face really serious legal issues if my query is not resolved.

You people cannot take customers for granted and just escape the inaccuracy in your work.
Does that men i will receive my order on or before 21st July. I have ordered for some reason and for someone else, Please make sure the order is delivered on time.

SSS resolver, I am pretty patient as my money is stuck with you guys. You better be careful of your service. 14 days have already passed since i have ordered. And other than your not convincing replies, i have heard nothing. You just have 7 more days to deliver my order.

Make sure its delivered. All your replies to all the 1035 complaints are the same. Sadly a lot of them unresolved. You are spreading a bad name for yourself and i shall take the honor to make it worse for you. So please send me the product in 7 days.

This means that we will ship your order in next 1-2 working days.

SSS, I shop online from all the leading online stores in India and the professionalism they follow in their services are way to high from what you do, FYI the product cannot be tracked with just the useless information you have displayed on the screen.

You will have to provide with the tracking number, courier service name and the date of delivery. This is the minimum information I are looking for. This will help me to be there to collect the product. Because you have the most wierd policies.
SSS, No response to a query which will screw you. I need a reversion on this today.

Your order has been dispatched from our end on 07/13/2016 and will take maximum of 3 to 4 days as this is the time taken by courier companies to deliver.

The courier company used is RQuickExpress ( never heard of), i can check the status which is very basic from the link you have given. There are no contact details of the courier service, the home page asks for some login details but does not display anything. I have not received any email or SMS from SSS about my product expected delivery date.

I want to know from you what if i am unavailable at the address at the time of product delivery. How will i come to know about it ? I cannot wait all the time at the address expecting the courier guy to appear any moment. Because as always everything is a stupid mystery. Also FYI your website only has refund policy which is quite stupid again. There is nothing mentioned about the product delivery policy.

SSS, have you made up your mind that you are going to give your customers a very tough time and make sure that they don't ever order from you again.

2. the courier service provider you choose looks super bogus.

You have to tell me, how will i know that my product is our for delivery and who is the courier agent along with his contact details who will deliver the product. So that i can keep the agent informed about my availability.

I as a customer am following all the ethical ways of communication that will make sure my product that i have bought paying you in advance is there with me, but a shame on you as a service provider. The customer has to run behind you asking for updates. My only wish is SSS should shut down as soon as possible.

SSS, i have rescheduled my product delivery to Monday as i am out of town when your courier guy called. One last thing you can do is make sure they deliver on Monday and i have communicated the same when the courier guy called. I asked for an SMS confirmation form them but i guess it was too much of an expectation from some one like them.
I am sure you are not thinking that your job is over... I have not yet received my order and a response form you to my message...

i have received my order finally, after making sure that i will get it.
But for sure i am not ordering again. You have to change your service level, if you want people to buy stuff from you.
