Street Style Store — Regarding - delivery of an ordered product - refund or deliver

We have ordered two pairs of foot wear from Street style store . as per the delivery timelines the product should have been received by us till now but there is no information regarding a product dispatch.
inspite of so many email followups we haven't received any reply from customer care.
also the number is not valid which is mentioned on their website.

My order reference is QZKDZJXDO and the order was placed on 13th Jan 2016.

Please response to my email. I want the product to be delivered within 3 days or else refund my money.

after mailing them i received this email :

I cant understand what they meant by ticket. Pls shut this website as it is only duping people

Thanks for your reply. Atleast I heard something from you guys. I need my ordered footwear before 16th, as I am going out of station after that. If it is not possible for you guys, then start the refund process. I need the money back in this case.
