Product exchange is like impossible thing with Street style store...not able to contact with customer..and if get connect issue will not get resolved..i m having product to be get exchanged from 2 months ..still there is no response...

I placed an order of worth 1198 INR and made the payment via debit card.
The money has been deducted from my card .
I have received two emails regarding this order. The first one stated that order has been confirmed but didn't have any invoice.
The subsequent email stated that the transaction was unsuccessful and order was not confirmed but money transfer was already done.
Please give me information about the status of my order.
