[Resolved] Streetstylestore — Products are defective and damaged. I want refund back to my debit card.

Again I want to raise one issue for Street Style Store.

On 10th July 2016 I have ordered 5 items ( 4 footwear & 1 dress ) as I have to somehow use my credit note.

Yesterday I have received all footwears. 2 of them are damaged and rest two are defective piece.
All footwears were looking different from there appearances on site.

After all this, I just want my money to get refund in my debit card.
I don't want any more credit note.

I can't handle this site any more.

Surprised to see that you guys resolve issues! when will i get my money back!? i just wanted to exchange but i guess i should also get my money back now!!! worst website and pathetic customer service

Please find attached images.
Sandal with off white color has detached bow.
Black and off white heels has one of its bow twisted /angled unsymmetrically.
And other two have size issues though I ordered all sandals of same size.
Now I want to return all the products as I am not at all satisfied with them. This has happened earlier too. And this time I don't want any cash back or credit note. I want my money to be credited in my mode of payment which is my debit card.
Kindly cooperate and revert.

This is the third time when I am facing issue with your products.
Additionally, other two sandals have size issues though I ordered all sandals of same size.
So I won't be able to use anyone of them.

Is it in ur company policy to deliver damaged products?

First of all, please let me know why are you saying again and again for return of 2 products only even after I said that rest two have size issue.?

Secondly, u apologize last time as well that this will not happen again in future but it does.

Thirdly, I told you number of times that I want my money back to my debit card account whether it is in compliance with your company policies or not. It doesn't matter to me a bit.

I want my money back to my account.
Refund it as soon as possible else I have to escalate this concern to higher level.

Now please don't apologies anymore, if you care for your customer so initiate refund process as soon as possible.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 48 hours.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse replacement order will be made as per your new size.

And regarding you 2 defective products I will issue you the credit note.

You guys should help and support your customer.
Don't make as feel bad to be part of your service.
Atleast sometime your team should help your customer beyond your limit to gain their trust.
As I would like to tell you that verbal advertisement of is very powerful then anything in this world.
I have placed order 3 times from your site and received pathetic service.
Atleast you should help me one time.
