[Resolved]  Streetstylestore — Products are defective and damaged. I want refund back to my debit card.

Again I want to raise one issue for Street Style Store.

On 10th July 2016 I have ordered 5 items ( 4 footwear & 1 dress ) as I have to somehow use my credit note.

Yesterday I have received all footwears. 2 of them are damaged and rest two are defective piece.
All footwears were looking different from there appearances on site.

After all this, I just want my money to get refund in my debit card.
I don't want any more credit note.

I can't handle this site any more.

This is really very unprofessional to ignore customer's concern.

I would like to inform you that we have only size change option in exchange policy but you received the defective products and it was a mistake from our end and I am already going against the company policies and issuing you the credit note.

I am unable to provide you a refund in your bank account as it is not possible for me to go beyond the company policies.

Please confirm the same I will arrange the reverse pick up of the products and issue you the credit note.

Hi team,

I agree for credit note now. I want credit note for 4 of my sandals as the ones with size issues are not of good quality so I need to return them as well.
Order the pickup on weekend(Saturday or Sunday) and provide credit note as soon as possible.
I want to return all 4 footwears and want credit note for all 4 of them.

I had also ordered one dress along with these sandals, I haven't received that dress. When can I expect that to come?

I hope this time you won't have any problem with my query.

And I just hope that this time when I place an order using credit note, I will not face any such issue.

Please make it fast as possible.

Hi Disha,

I have arranged the reverse pick up of the products and it will be done in 2-3 working days.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note will be issued to you.
