Not sure why Sun Direct HD is charging 13,250 (customer care rep. stated that charge was increased from 3250 to 13250 confirmed twice.) for Star Cricket HD and ESPN HD Other network like Airtel charges Rs. 150 and Tata Sky charge only RS. 50. some one has to fire them and put a case for cheating the consumers. Note. They didnot telecast the World Cup football in HD but charged me RS 3000. No compensation given....

I am a resident of K Apparajupeta (Village), Rajampeta. I have a minor dish adjustment and software updation problem that Sun direct is nor resolving for the more than 2 months till now !!! I am highly unsatisfied.

The local dealer from whom I ahve bought the Sun Direct DTH is not responding to the compliants. They are busy with their business and not interested in Customer Support/ responding to customer compliants.

Connection is not working
