I have taken sun dth connection on 8.2.2011 and i have preferred for hindi pack within the next day i requested the concerned manager to change the pack to telugu as all channels which are useful to us are not coming but till now they have not done anything and daily i am speaking to call centers as well as the concerned no action is taken i request you to do the needful immediately otherwise cancel the same and i vl go for another one.     We have shifted our house from Begumpet to Kukatpally. Our Card Number is [protected]R. We have already informed the sundirect customer care and they said we would get it fixed in two days...

    But now it had been more than 10 days that its not yet fixed.
    Request number is [protected].
    Even today if we enquire about fixation of dish, the person in customer care answers "IN TWO DAYS - WILL GET THE CONNECTION"

    We are now waiting for that mentioned TWO DAYS said by your people to come.

    Believing the customer care people words, we had paid for world cup channel subscription too. But the money paid is also waste.

    Feeling Sorry to say that Too dissatisfied with the service of your people.

    Please do the needful to customers in time.

    Or this will lead to more cancellation..........

      Not sure why Sun Direct HD is charging 13,250 (customer care rep. stated that charge was increased from 3250 to 13250 confirmed twice.) for Star Cricket HD and ESPN HD Other network like Airtel charges Rs. 150 and Tata Sky charge only RS. 50. some one has to fire them and put a case for cheating the consumers. Note. They didnot telecast the World Cup football in HD but charged me RS 3000. No compensation given.

      This is sheer highway robbery.Will anybody pay so much to see HD TV for just 39 days. I had lot of hopes on Sun TV and took their HD connection and now realise how people are duped by the Tamil companies. My curses will bear fruit and soon the MESAT satellite will conk out. The that will be the end of SUN DIRECT.

        COMPLAINT IN BRIEF:SUN DIRECT has gone for new satellite services for which dish antenna of customers to be alinged in new direction as per the requirement,till then no service will be available(non of the channels will be available).

        despite of so many request no representatine has called up or come to chagne the direction of antenna which would take least possible time.

        i agree with the complaint filed .its horrible service from sun dth.maybe they are not interested in small money any more .Marans would be interested only in amounts like they made in the 2G scam.dAYANIDHI MARAN THINKS THAT HE IS NO PART OF IT.But people know that it was he who is the architect of the whole thing from the beginning.Tata has also come out with allegations against him.

            I had bought the SUN Direct TV Product, receipt number 1300 from SUN DIRECT Dealer Company(AV Associates, Pattom, Trivandrum) on 12th May 2010. This is information to you that the product is defective due to their satellite position change and my numerous verbal complaints to their personnel have yielded no results.

            None of their number will not work! Only call center person will pick the phone! As you know they have same answer to you every time.

            I have never been let down by SUN DTH in the past four months

              I am totally fed up and I am not sure how still people are trusting Sun direct as a good DTH provider. I can understand that there are some issues in Satellite but sundirect technicians are not bothered about rectifying the problems. I contacted customer care several times and the only reason I used to get is " Your compliant is registered and our techinician will contact you very soon". I am not sure how long will it take. As a customer I cannot wait for 2 months to get a call from technicians. there is no response to whatever i say or whatever I paid as Service Charges. I am one of the person in our Office who recommended Sun direct to everyone and but I am totally disappointed on how come i recommended such a cheap service to everyone. In simple terms, "I lost my subcription charges and I am cheated by Sun Direct"

                I am a resident of K Apparajupeta (Village), Rajampeta. I have a minor dish adjustment and software updation problem that Sun direct is nor resolving for the more than 2 months till now !!! I am highly unsatisfied.

                The local dealer from whom I ahve bought the Sun Direct DTH is not responding to the compliants. They are busy with their business and not interested in Customer Support/ responding to customer compliants.

                I call them every 2 days/3 days to know the status.. every time customer care gives false promises but nothing happens.
                This is the worst customer care that I have ever faced.

                I urge sun direct to resolve this issue and I need compansation of additional two months with my Existing subscription as they have not responded to my compliant for more than 2 months now and I have already paid for the services in Oct 2010 itself for 10 months subscription.

                  this net work we used since 1 yr, but we are not satisfy this connection, we are very norvese about this service, this sundirect is last 2 months back satilite signal change that time no work, the service man is came and connect the satilite signal and taken 100/- since 1 month back also same process

I have contacted the customer care several times. But the problem is not olved . They have not sent any technician to rectify the problem. As directed in their Web site I tried to contact the nodal officer on PH.No. [protected] several times. But he never answers. Kindly do the need ful to solve my problem and the corporate office kwow the inapt attitude of their customer service and AP nodal officer.

                        Please refer the above smart card no. We have a problem with the dishnet since 2nd of this month and we had logged a complaint
                        on 2nd and from then continuously we are calling up and till today the service is not attended and we are not getting any reply nor
                        was the complaint attended.

                        We are really surprised that the customer service of sun direct is so poor that even after 10 days of complaint there is no revert on
                        it and no body bothered to attend. During installation, everyone were so quick they came and installed in the night even by disturbing
                        us and we did not mind thinking that you have a good customer service. But now when we have a problem with the dishnet, not even
                        problem it is completely not working, not a single person has turned up and in turn they ask us to come to OMR road and lodge a
                        complaint. We are sorry to tell you this. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE POOREST AMONG THE EXISTING PROVIDERS. We have
                        TATA sky also but till today we never ahad any problem and online rectify and assist us even if we face a problem. That is customer
                        service. You should be ashamed of your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Following are the numbers which was given to us to contact and complain
                        even after taking the complaint.

                        Sun DTH announced their consumers to contact the distributors for changing the settings since they have shifted to a new satelite. Unfortunately, for the past few months, the distributors are only promising & not turning up to the house for the correction.
                        Moreover they are now arrogant since the consumers have paid the full year or half year subscription and are at their mercy. The DTH has stopped receiving channels and is useless now.
                        How do I get my subscription refunded from November'2010 onwards?
                        Please help.

                            I have complained about my suntv not working since september to their customer care cell. Everytime i complined they told me that the technician would come sortly and your dish 's setting would be changed by him as their satellite got changed. But that technician never droped in to my place. I am tired to call them up, its almost 100 times i called suntv's customer care, but no reply.                               I am facing problem with SUN direct(card no. [protected]) that not getting any channels because realignment was not done by SUN direct. I have called them more than 20 times and sent more than 10 emails but no response at all. its been more than 3 months still customer care says that they will come and do the realignment of the dish and sometime there is no proper response for our question. they should stop providing service if they cant meet their customer's expectation.

                                Sun dth is the worst dth service in world.whenever we try to call the customer care it will be busy.the online server is also very slow and it can only be opened in internet explorer.Sun dth is the worst customer care.We cannot recharge the cards Immediately.to login the server is very slow.I say people who are thinking to take sun dth just change ur opinion prefer something else.

                                    I have bought a Sun Direct DTH HD connection on Monday - 17 Jan 2011 and they promised to start the service for me within 24 hours.

                                    There installation guy came on Tuesday 17 Jan 2011 - 3 PM and worked until 5 PM to install the Dish on terrace. He was not carrying enough equipment and required my help with the same. He did not have enough extension wire for his drill machine. He was rash, smelly and unhygienic.

                                    After taking up 2 hours when he started the set top box, it didn't boot. After trying for another half an hour he took away the box saying that he needed to replace/update it. I asked him to reinstall my previous working Tata Sky DTH which he removed, he refused and simply went away.

                                    Now today, Wednesday - 19 Jan 2011, the same guy came in at 2:45 and installed the box. The box started up now but now they say that they cannot activate the box. There is some fault in the connectivity/server at Sun Direct HD.

                                    Its been almost 48 hours since I purchased the connection and my Cable is still scrambled. The guy didn't even restart the Tata Sky Cable. I asked the vendor Veedoms to return my money but now I am receiving calls from Sun people asking the problem and reiterating to me that they are uncertain when the service can actually be started.

                                    Indian consumer is most abused person on this earth thanks to third grade vendors of service in India. I did not face amy trouble with my Tata Sky connection ever. I regret purchasing the Sun Connection.

                                      I AM CUSTOMER OF SUN DIRECT DTH MY CARD NO. IS [protected], on 14.01.2011 i have activated (add on package) National Geography channel, but this channel i am receiving in English Language and one other language which i can't understand, i want this language in Hindi, then i call to customer care of SUN Direct for this issue but they are telling that you can't get this channel in Hindi language, i Inquired with other whether they are getting in Hindi language or not all the cables and all the other DTH is giving in Hindi Language, and again i call to Customer care but they are not giving proper answer they just saying this sentence "sorry you can't get this channel in hindi language" they are not giving any reason for this. if all others in my city getting in Hindi language then why i can't get? and my money also get loss. bcz my family can't understand english. Sun direct service is very very poor, earlier also i faced many problem, with this i request you take action against this DTH.

                                      my name Pradip Datta a coustomar of sun direct DTH card no [protected], sun direct not give me service till 3 month, I request to your coustomar unit they are not rasponding. In this circumostances I request you to see this problem and try to sortout within 24 hours,

                                        I'm from mysore. In your advertisement u hav mentioned that there wil not be any service charges for changing signal but the serviceman who was about to render the service charging service charges which is not acceptable by me as far as your advertisement in concerned. We havent requested you to change the signal but its your responsibility to have a query with all those customers who have subscribed to your product. You should access the things technically as you do in case of recharging the subscription. I really dont feel your service is good for existing customers. you wil provide offers only for new customers.
