My name is Prasanth. R.S. My smart card number with SunDirect DTH for the connection i have taken is [protected].

SUNDIRECT services were moved to a new satellie owing to which the Dish need to be realigned to receive the signals so that we could view the channels.But i have been calling the concerned dealer over a period of 2 months but in vein.The dealer never picks up the phone. Being tired of this, i contacted the Call centre & raised a ticket (1-[protected]) for realignment & a ticket 1-[protected] against the Dealer.By the time the services were moved to a new satellite & i have stopped receiving any channels. During this period I will be contacting the Call centre to get an update every now & then . Each time i was told that the case has been forwarded to Technicians. Finally i have asked to escalate the issue on Jan 8th. The escalation # provided by the Call centre too never picks up the call. The issue has not been resolved till now.

Dear Sir,

I have a DTH connection from Sun Direct. Inorder to get channels, Recently message appeared to realign the dish which is free of cost(dish re alignment message appearing on TV screen). I had contacted Sun Direct Customer care at[protected] and registered a request no 1-[protected] on 23 Nov 2010. Sun direct has not yet responded till date even though I had made many followup calls. Every time they used to tell that "we will do it as soon as possible". For the Last one month I could not get any service from Sun Direct.

I had also contacted their loacl representative Mr. Rajesh Dani on mobile no [protected] through SMS.

Sir,
My Sun Direct consumer id no. is R [protected] . I have been regularly lodging my complaints with Sun Direct Customer Care Unit for the last two months for realignment of my Cable according to their Stelite change frequency but I have been provided only assurance that within 2/3 days their technician would visit and set the things according to new frequency. I am now giving up Sun Direct Cable DTH Services and connecting to some other compmany. Because their is now Channel for the last 1 month on my TV

    I am using Sun Direct DTH for the past 1.5 years. Recently I had a problem of pictures not coming in the TV. So, I launched a complaint with their Customer care[protected] on 04-01-11. They told that the problem will be solved in 48 Hrs. Nothing happened during this time. Again called and this time told that this will be solved within 24 Hrs. Again nothing happened. Called again and told to wait for 3 Hrs. Again nedless to say, nothing happened. Then thay provide their dealer's no.[protected] and asked to call them. Called the dealer and she is committed that their technician will visit on the same day. I am following up with them for the past 5 days but the result is zero. Meanwhile, I received a call from Sun Direct mentioning that I should recharge as the validity is over eventhough my validity is till Aug 2011. This was confirmed by SUN DTH customer care executives also.
    Now, the dealer is telling that I should contact Sun Direct only. Sun direct is telling that they will look into this only after Pongal. This is the type of Service provided by Sun Direct DTH to their customers.

      I am having SUN Direct connection since 2007. The service is so bad in Karnataka that one wonders whether Sun direct does nothing but advertise their product. They have moved to a new server and their technical staff are supposed to visit their clients and realign the dish so that we can receive signal. It is 4 months now since I have been requesting for this to be done but to no avail. I have been talking to people at 39407575 for the past four months. I am given a new complaint number each month and oral promises that things would be set right. My smart card id number is r [protected] and my last complaint number is 134536 given on 17th November. After this every day I call, I am told that their technical people would be calling me within 24 hrs. Still that 24 hrs does not seem to have come. SUN TV seems to be cheating people at alrge with their advertisements.

            Past 3 months we have been suffering with this useless dth of sundirect, we have to told that technician will come and realign for the satellite issue and from 30th october 2010 till today there is no response my smartcard no is[protected] and complaint no is 1-[protected].                 I have registered a complaint with sun dth call centre on 11.11.2010 under sun direct 221. I have purchased the sun dish during April 2010 under smart card No.[protected] R. There was non receipt of signals for two times and I have to pay Rs.100 every time to set aright. Now the transponder problem has cropped up and info exhibited that signals were stopped unless we have contacted the dealer and get the realignment. Is your duty ends there and is it not your responsibility to see the consumers get the signals without any disturbance due to your technical snag. You must have arranged the shifting in such a way that consumers are not affected. In spite of your advertisement that the realignment will be done free of cost which is your basic duty the dealers are openly demanding Rs.100 and Rs.150 for realignment. It is the duty of the service provider to protect the interests of consumers who purchased your product. You are not at all worried about this and as we are not able to see we have to contact your call centre daily and spend money for our benefit. Is it justifiable in your consumer forum. I was simply informed by the call centre that the realignment will be done and after some days i was asked to contact the dealer vidial vision who had no responsibility at all and simply gave the engineer's name and phone and we have to make arrangements to contact them for realignment. Is it the way a big organisation like yours have to behave. Is it proper on your part for keeping silent for more than 45 days. Your have no control over your dealers who has to be instructed to do the realighnment on a war footing basis. Even their engineers have not at all responded to our requests and we have to run behind them. Even though I have registered a consumer complaint I was contacted by your consumer department on 26.12.2010 i.e. after 5 days of receipt of complaint just to inform that it will be taken up with the technical department. Your call centre has refused to give me connections to the higher officials to speak. I want to know whether you will be adjusting the subscription for the period for which your signals are not beamed to our dish and we have not utilised the services of the dish due to your utter failure to attend the realignment in time without putting the consumers into difficulty. As you are collecting the subscriptions in advance it is your boundan duty to adjust the subscription for the period for which you have not provided the service due to your technical snag. In my case from 11.11.2010 to 28.12.2010 the realignment was not at all done by your engineers or your dealers engineers. I have to get hold of some private person by paying Rs.200 for realignment. This charge had also to be borne by your as the technical snag is yours and the service is refused to us without our fault. I would like to get clarified whether you are going to extend my subscription period by 45 days or not. After my attempts to get the realignment done at my cost your service centre and the technical department call on my cell phone whether realignment is done or not. So far you are unable to contact me and give responsible answers. You have no good follow up procedure to avoid complaints. I am seeing too many complaints about the poor service. But your organisation is not at all interested in rectifying the procedure. You are receiving the subscription in advance and we the consumers are put into difficulty and you are enjoing the benefits. How far it will go and it is time for you to raise and rectify the procedural defects. I hope I will be getting the subscription for 45 days extended beyond that the expiry period and an intimation will be sent to me by e mail or by post. I hope at least you will respond to this immediately

                Sundirect — non realignment

                i have complianted the non realignment [rocess not done to their customer care department simply they said within 48 hrs it will be rectified and also sometimes they disconnecting the phone by coneecting the music i hope this was not a good treatement for such a big company make this compliant as public issue and get remedy for the same. because like so many customer seeking the remedy

                    The broad cost of TV channels has been stoped due to tech issues in SuN direct 15 days before.

                    and we have been informed that the Tech people will come and do the dish alignment.

                    But even after so many compliants raised through Email & phone calls to customer Service there is no response from their end.

                    on Each call they informing it will take further 2 or 3 days.

                    But evern after15 days its not resolved.

                    I had bought the SUN Direct TV Product, receipt number 1300 from SUN DIRECT Dealer Company(AV Associates, Pattom, Trivandrum) on 12th May 2010. This is information to you that the product is defective due to their satellite position change and my numerous verbal complaints to their personnel have yielded no results.

                    None of their number will not work! Only call center person will pick the phone! As you know they have same answer to you every time.

                    I have never been let down by SUN DTH in the past four months

                      Such an useless and worst customer service. I have been following for the dish alignment for the past 2 months and till date no response.
                      Why the hell the sundirect is giving ads for the new connections when they are not able to service the existing customers.
                      Their service is comedy and the ads they give is also a comedy keeping baffoons in the ad.
                      at last giving up the hope on this idiotic service channel, i am throwing the sundirect dish and the setup box in muncipality dustbin and going for another service immediately.
                      If any one in the world want to give worst customer care awards, sundirect deserves this.
                      Al the best for sundirect to die in the market very soon[protected]

                        Since last one Year I am watching the Sundirect DTH - Actually my renewal Date is 25th December 2010,I recharged Ten day before for the watching purpose of Ten Cricket - India Vs South Africa I test Match, TEN Cricket Live Telecast, I purchased and Scratched the 110 recharge card for sun tv local channels and again two 25 Rupees Card . I watch the Ist Test Match very Happily and customer care promised me that no need to recharge again on 25th December again, After Ten Days i.e Christmas Morning 6'0 clock I came to know that 25th Morning sun direct telecasting was stopped to me My card No. [protected] then i registered the complaints through customer care. They promised me to rectify the deactivation into Activation within 48 hours. But i unable to tolerate that why they punished me because i recharged for 110 sun local channels + two 25 rupees card before 10 days then why they put into deactivate, More Than ten Times I register the complaints to customer care Department - the Staff everyone says simply said the word sorry for the Inconvenience and wait for 48 Hours. I got frustrated and still i am not getting the connectivity for watching the Ten Cricket Live. So i hereby asking the question is i renewed ten days then why i have to wait for 48 hours. Still it is gone around 60 hours but still i am not getting the connection from sundirect i.e. Ten Cricket. so realize my tolerance but what i did yesterday afternoon I purchased another 110 recharged coupon and i activate sun local connections with customer care. Try to understand my feelings i lost all the programmes of Christmas and Stars - Director function on 25th in Sun Television and all. I need a compensation for my loss on that particular day and still i am not getting my Ten Cricket

                        Kindly do the needful and i need the compensation for my loss of energy and Entertainment on that particular fulldday

                          Sun Direct — channels transmission

                          Dear Sir,
                          Except gemini channel there is no transmission of other channels like Maa TV, Gemini movies, ETV etc., I had called customer care and they said that due to satellite change we are facing this problem and the request was taken 3 weeks back for proper satellite transmission, but till date there is no response. I had called customer care yesterday i.e. 13th Nov 2010 and they have comfirmed that by today the problem will be resolved but still there is no response. Request numbers submitted are- [protected] and[protected]. Very very bad service by Sundirect. If we dont pay on time channel transmission will be stopped but after paying for channels most of the channels does not work.

                            I have been a customer of Sun Direct with Smart Card No. [protected] for the last two years. Recently, Sun Direct changed their satellite for which our DTH should be realigned. They said Sun Direct Officials will visit our house and align the dish if I register with Sun direct Head office, Somajiguda. I registered with the customer care office at least two dozen times since October, 2010 onwards. The Last complaint register Number 7596 is given to me. After registration and an assurance which they give us within 24 hours rectify the complaint. So far no person has tern up to my house.

                            SUN DTH -BAD SERVICE- NOT WORKING PAST 4 MONTHS
                            I had bought the SUN Direct TV Product, receipt number 1300 from SUN DIRECT Dealer Company(AV Associates, Pattom, Trivandrum) on 12th May 2010. This is information to you that the product is defective due to their satellite position change and my numerous verbal complaints to their personnel have yielded no results.

                            None of their number will not work! Only call center person will pick the phone! As you know they have same answer to you every time.

                            I have never been let down by SUN DTH in the past four months

                              I am the customer for Sun Direct, past 2 moths i could not see any channel. It was informed disk allignment has to be done. I technical people will come in 2 days. Aleady 2 months over. I these people could not do the proper serveiwe what hell they provide the service. I have call customer care around 10 times but poor response.

                                We have been complaining and asking the sun direct customer care for correcting their issue. The customer care, always has only one answer that they will send their people in 2 days. Since I paid a 1 year subscription i feel i have been put to last in their list. They lack technicians and genuinity.

                                I now a days never recommend people to take up sun direct.

                                Sun Direct — unavailable service

                                sir,
                                with due respect i would like to inform you that , the DTH service of SUN DIRECT is unavailable from last 2 months. I called the servive 4 times but they didnt reply once .

                                There was i free trial period for the re installation of the sattelite, but the free period is over and till now no one has come to recover it.
                                So, it is my earnest request to the authority concerned to please take care of it and take a necessary action to it .

                                Sun Direct — Service Not Available

                                I have complained 3 times for Not getting Sun Direct Sevice, They acknoldeged that this is a technical issue . But they are not resolving it and meanwhile they are reducing the account with out giving the service.
                                So this issue needs to be addresses as a customer I am paying without getting any service.

                                  Sun DTH never bothers about their customers, they just what to show numbers.All this stunts are for converting their huge black money to white. So they are not bothered about customers leaving.They will say "" we have moved to new satellite and your dish need to be returned to the new satellite" Distributor of dealer will do this at free of cost" But in reality NO ONE will never come to fix your Dish .

                                    I am a customer for sun direct DTH Service. The sun direct DTH service is not working from last two months. Now it is totally nil. Even the info channel is off. The customer care center says that the box has to be tuned for the new satellite, as there was a change in the satellite services from sun direct. We are requesting for the required service from nearly last two months and have lodged the complaint many times, but till date no service call nor and service is been done for the same. Even, in spite of repeated calls, no reply for any type of service.
                                    Yes this worst product, they want to make money for that this people wants make us fool no service at all i have called more that 1000 time no response from them. end of the i called one of my friend his working for a Cable Networking i came & Rectified my problem. this way this people are working chumma they want to put ad to make money.

                                      I Suresh have a sun direct DTH connection. I have been complaining for realignment of my dish from last two months but nobody has come to do that and every time when i call to the customer care they says next two days your problem would be solved.                                         My Name is Satish and availing service of SUN DIRECT DTH from last three years on address : - Village Bhairapur, Post: Rataul, Dist: Baghpat, P-201101, landmark : Near Primary School. On 10.12.2010 i did the recharge of monthly channel pack of Rs.133.


                                        Also contacted your customer care - but no resolution had been provided yet, as per customer care - some technical executive will visit my place to rectify my problem but no one turned up.


                                        Rather than this - i m getting charged for every day although i m not getting services from SUN Direct DTH Service.


                                        Request you to kindly look into the matter or request you to kindly provide the higher management detail so that my issue get resolved ASAP.


                                        Since 10.12.2010 to till date i.e:23.12.2010 i m on same problem.
