I am a user of sun direct for last two years. My smart card no is[protected]R. I am not getting all the channels paid for and the first complaint was made to SUN DIRECT EXECUTIVE on the 6th September, 2010 for dish re-alignment verbally over phone on their number 39407575 wherein their server was down and I could not get a complaint Number. Then onwards every time the answer is their technical staff will get in touch with us within 24 hours.
THREE months passed TALKING and TAKING complaint numbers from SUN DTH executives and following are some of the Names of the Executives and the Complaint Numbers given to me:

These Executives deny giving the Telephone numbers of their superiors or their Head Office / technical staff / distributors and every time a new customer support executive will attend the call.
Please let me know why I should get a poor service for what I have paid for during the last four months.
I think many people are facing the same problem.
I request the authorities concerned for Consumer Complaints and take this issue very seriously for not fooling the public by giving false promises like saying 24 hrs time and not attending even after 3 months.

When called the first number, they asked me to call after 1 hr.
When called the second number, a lady had attended the call and gave somebody elses number and asked me to call that person who did not attend my call.
No response from third person.
The dealers or distributors reponse is very very poor.
Now am really wondering whether I should go for sun direct.
