Hi,
I am a SUN DTH consumer. SUN DTH has been moved to some other satellite due to that almost all channels are not available and in the same regards comapany has issued free service for DISK re-alignment. I have logged multiple complaints for the same.I called customer care, nearest dealer and even AP Nodal office, i sent couple of mails also inever get any response from anybody
More than 2 months have been passed but there is no actions from SUN DTH. finally i made it from some private technician he charged Rs200/- me for it and i missed all channels though i paid for them in that period i wanted to get back all these(money + 2 months subscription)
We need your favour to get it resolved.

I talked to your customer care executive "Sundirect will extend subscription for the period for which i didn`t get any channel"
I have done the receiver re-alignment with help of some private technician (Non Sundirect) he charged me Rs.200/- for that and you have to pay the same amount back to me either in terms of subscription extension or cash

I am a sundirect subscriber (Smartcard : [protected]), call many time to customer care to send some technician to re align my receiver, I am hearing same reply (We will align your receive in 24 Hours), I am getting same suggestion form Nov 6th , even i booked a couple of complaints tooo
I am not getting even a single channel (except DD)
I called Bhadrachalam Distributors(near by) too, they were also saying same thing (for sure we will aign that today) but the task was not yet finished till now
can you please follow it up as early as possible
Since a month alomost, i am not able to see any of the channels,

cannot acsess channels
Dear sir
I am using sun direct when sundirect launch their dth, since last three months i cant acsess any chanals through my connection, i made the complaint vary next day when i lost the channels, i called there customer care more than 3 times per weak, there is no responsible from their side, I already paid the amount without receiving the channels, they have refund my amount or extend theri period, mysmart card number [protected], and connection holder Anandakrishnan
