As seen on TV advertisement, recharged my SUN Direct DTH service for one year using the recharge card, but I have not got the free cricket channels as promised. Whenever I call the customer team, they are saying that as usual your monthly amount was cut from the recharge amount, so we can not provide, some say we will provide within 2 days and give complaint number, but nobody can find the resolution of complaints. This is the same problem faced one year back in March 2010 also. When I asked same about 2010 complaint, the customer team guy said that they didnt offer any free service in 2010, but hope everybody remember that in 2010, they offered free IPL for every one year recharge. Still the complaints raised in 2010 and 2011, all are open. This is a more disgusting and horrible service from the company.

i am sohelahmed from bangladesh feni chhagalnaiya two month ago buy sundirect box ..but till now i m not doing recharge card and do'nt doing on pakage ..change the case of that i dont know my password my card no...[protected]...and [protected]
sir i have to need my password .u write me ple how can i get my password .in my country more user of sundirect .i have a shope of desh accessories .i recharge sundirect all of the time .but the problem is password .how can i broke password would u write me ple
