I have recharged my sun direct with smart card id ([protected])but in tv no channels coming and showing that please call call centre to activate and i called customer care and then he told that you have made an hd recharge but yours one is normal set up box so I ask to convert to normal he agreed and told that it is done and it will be activated within 15 mins to 2hrs time and it's still second day there is no response and in television displaying same like please contact call centre to activate

      Today morning when i switch on the tv it is showing that please check the cable...like that its shown. After checking all the things I found nothing missing and after that I have done Factory reset and now also it's not working and its showing as in picture.

          I am using Sun Direct since 6 Years. I have continues issue with signal lost. I logged a complaint against the issue. Technician called me and asking for 150 Rs for service charge. I am using Act Fiber net for my interest connection If there is any problem facing they will direct come and provide free service. Why Sun Direct DTH failed to provide service free.               Recharge is not reflecting

              I had recharge the Sun direct on 14th July 2022 through Ptym and the amount is also deducted from my account but sun direct app is showing transactions pending.

              By mistake I had recharged my sun direct number twice so how can I get that back

              I had recharged the my sun direct number, & my brother also did recharge on same sun direct number .
              So how can I get my money back or recharge done can active when first one will expired . Please let know, that when will I receive the money .

                Some channels are not coming -reg.

                Some sports channels aren't coming in the pack and it shows that please check your cable connection. But when other channels are working why should I have to check cable connection.
                Am having sd tamil channel pack
                In this some sports channel like star sports tamil is not coming......

                    I have 6 months plan for sun direct DTH and from last 10 days most of the channels are not coming which are mentioned in the plan as part of their service and showing E32-48 error code No Signal.

                    When I called customer care and they will raise a complaint if I am ready to pay 175 to the technician

                    This is very bad service as they should be giving to the customer as part of their plan which we bought. Issue is not from my end and they still want to charge customer.

                    Sundirect called me today and asking money as service charge for technician visit. This is very bad service. DTH is service provided to the customer and in my 6 months plan channels are not coming because of their signal issue and asking me to pay the money to fix it. Please take corrective action against this service as so many have reported this kind of issue.

                      E161 / E161_0 error in loading CA package issues

                      I have posted a complaint some 11 days back
                      the complaint is as follows
                      problem 1
                      E118-4 Reserved smartcard return code has been displaying on the screen of our TV since many weeks
                      we have complainted related to issue many times to customer care
                      no one has responded positively and solved
                      for everything they are asking 175 to 200 to repair.
                      its a worst experience we are facing every timebr...

                      I have posted a complaint some 11 days back

                      for everything they are asking 175 to 200 to repair.
                      its a worst experience we are facing every time
                      .
                      as a part of this complaint sun direct team asked us to change setup box so we have changed it to new hd setup box
                      now the real problems have started
                      we spent 699+175 on box
                      problem 2
                      we got problem like display is getting struck in between every time.we raised again a complaint then technician came and replaced new signal receiver and took 250 again
                      problem 3
                      now since 3 days it started getting error code E161 / E161_0 repeatedly
                      as a result we are not able to view even a single channel
                      again raised complaint technician came did something after 12 hours the same problem repeated
                      again complaint raised sin Direct team refreshed account it solved
                      again since yesterday evening the same problem has come (error code E161)
                      it's been 7 days to keep complaining.we spent almost 1500 in this week .
                      so i[censored] can't able to solve issues please refund my amount back i will convert to other DTH
                      worstttttttt experience ever

                            Recharged twice by mistake

                            My sun direct account [protected] has been recharged twice by mistake this month. It was recharged on 01/06/2022 with Tamil Value Pack by my mother. As I was unaware of that, I recharged again today (05/06/2022) with the Tamil Economy Pack. I need to cancel the Tamil Economy Pack which was recharged by mistake...
