Renewal for smart card 1049 4916 959R

Address:No 46. 2nd cross. Lakshmidevamma N gowda Enclave. Dombarahalli. Lakshmipura Post. Tumakuru Road. Bengaluru North. bengaluru-562162

We done the Renewal payment through UPI ( phone pe) on 25.03.22 at around 10.45 pm through Transaction ID NX22032522433380874585551 for our smart card[protected] R,
STill the same has not been activated .
Please resolve this issues...

Subscribed, highly viewed channel by us is showing this error. Rest all channels are coming. Only colors kannada channel is giving this error. If we called the customer support- it is always busy....

Recharge amount not refunded after fail

On 10th March, 2022 I tried to recharge Sun-direct DTH with subscriber ID: [protected] with the amount of Rs. 1554/-. I tried recharging twice(around 7pm) through the sun-direct website and both times I got a `TRANSACTION_FAILED` error message but the amount got debited from my account. And after an hour of recharge it was accepted(around 8pm and didn't receive any message just saw TV channels were working)

I have recharged my sun direct dth (smart card number -[protected]) for tamil economy 199 rs pack for a month on paytm.The amount was deducted but the plan was not activated to my account.Please activate the plan or refund the amount as soon as possible....

Refund/Transfer recharge made to old account

I have mistakenly recharged to my old inactive sun direct dish smart card (ID:[protected])which is now inactive. I am using sun direct new setup box and I supposed to be recharged to my new connection (ID: [protected]).
Both connection are under my Father name and I made recharge to my old inactive connection through PAYTM, Transaction ID:[protected] on FEB 23, 2022, recharge amount:240.
Customer care denied transferring my recharge...

Cheating customers on the name of recharges

I have recharged through sundirect app. Amount got debited from my account and credited to sundirect account. When I call the customercare they dont even bother about it and simply saying you have not recharged. I have provided transaction code also. Customercare people simply open some complaints and send false messages that your complaint has been resolved without resolving anything and they are showing rude behaviour through call. They...

Sun Direct display of scroll message

Address:Alex Jojo, Amamthuruthil House, Nakapuzha p.o, Nakapuzha. Pin 686668, Kerala

I have been notified by Sun direct to recharge my package. I also recharged my package but a scrolled message got permanently embedded on my picture stating that " Your sun direct expires in 3 days, recharge with tamil DPO so and soo..." this scrolled message appears in all channels for the past more than 2 weeks after my recharge. Picture in all channel appears but I cant make the scroll message to disappear.

Star sports 2&3 English commentary channels are not telecasting properly could you please solve the problem

Not able to view the subscribed channels from past 3 months

I am a customer for Sun direct from 2009 on wards.

Currently i had subscribed for "Malayalam Value Pack" which is valid till 25 April 2022 and also "Kannada Jodi Pack" which is valid till 09th April 2022.

But, i am not able to view few channels which are part of the above mentioned subscription packages.This issue is faced from last 3 months wherein day by day the number of channels which was subscribed is disconnected...

Once i gave my upi id of paytm, i received request to pay amount of rs. 59 to SUN DIRECT TV PRIVATE LIMITED from paytm for which i switch to paytm app & completed the transaction successfully and when i switched back to sun direct app it showed "Illegal Approach".br...

Sports channels are not coming what I have subscription and Add-ons

I have a SUN DIRECT Setup box and the problem iam facing is when I switched on Star sports channels and sony sports channels which I have subscribed and Add ons so, please solve the problems, the screen visible blank to all sports channels......
