I recharged for my sundirect account on 9th May 2021 at 2 pm, for the first recharge the account has not got recharged and my account still shown inactive, no message has been shown as amount debited also, so I recharged it again, in the second recharge my account got active after which I got a message as amount has been debited twice from the account with 2 sms from sundirect at 2.48pm and 2.51pm.
I want my 229 rupees which has been debited back if there is no queueing for recharge is there, in the account it is showing only as 1 month recharged, please refund my money which is debited twice, I have added photos showing money debited twice .
