My Recharge Failed

My recharge got failed, I done the recharge pack for 199/- through the debit card in the sun direct app. My payment was successful and the amount also deducted but my recharge got failed, Why so?...

Recharge successful with 229 through amazon pay and not updated by sundirect

I have recharged sun direct with 229 through amazon pay but the balance is not updated by sundirect still its showing 3 rs as balance. I contacted all the customer care number even through chat but no response from them.

I Ajith kumar smart c. No- [protected] had charged with rs-119 /- in this month and not having our favorite channel Asianet. Earlier i was charging with 199 /-
kindly advise and provide my Asianet channel. Mob no- [protected]. Maybe by mistakenly happened. Kindly provide our Asianet chanel also
now yesterday i again charged 199 /- till now not activated.

Recharged with base plan for 58 inr and further added 100.

1. No channels visible
2. Unable to add add ons - says base plan not active.
3. Can't see 100 inr in the list of transactions....

Amount debited twice from my account

I recharged for my sundirect account on 9th May 2021 at 2 pm, for the first recharge the account has not got recharged and my account still shown inactive, no message has been shown as amount debited also, so I recharged it again, in the second recharge my account got active after which I got a message as amount has been debited twice from the account with 2 sms from sundirect at 2.48pm and 2.51pm.

There is no connectivity with customers and no DTH sundirect numbers connecting customer care
Weaste I planned to remove it...
Reacher also slow... amount is debited in my account but failed to reacher ... Still amount also not created return...

Cash debited from account without recharge

I recharged sundirect Malayalam for rs229. First it showed recharge successfull then it changed to recharge failed and money debited from my account....

Not able to add Free Channels

Hi

I am using sun direct from past two years. I never had any problem. But from last two days after i recharged Telugu economy pack i am not able to watch any of the free channels line NTV, TV9, Sakshi news etc.

Please activate all my free channels immediately....
