Complaint marked as Resolved Sun direct contacted me over phone to discuss the issue.
At first I got call from sun direct because of the email I wrote asking them to add the missing channels. But they not agreed add the missing channels giving the reason that those were the promotional channels and now they cannot broadcast.
Later, I got one more call from sun direct because I have raised the complaint in consumer complaint form. This time they acknowledge the problem and asked apologies for the in convince and add the channels and asked me to confirm that I am able to view the channels

Thanks for listing and responding to customer needs.
Now the complaint can be closed with a suggestion that in future please broadcast all channels as per the broucher at the time of recharge.
