Worrong smart card recharged

We are having two sun direct stb .we have to do recharge for cdsn number based box but my mistake done recharge for smart card based.need to change this recharge from smart card number.called customer care regarding this issue they told if recharge done through sun direct website or app only they can modify the recharge .I used paytm for recharge.sun direct customer care informed me to contact Paytm while contacting Paytm they told amount...

every time I recharge I have to call your worst customer service agents to acticvate....

Top up option required-reg.

I have recharged my SIM Card No.[protected] online with Rs.949/- as available in the amount options provided thereon without details about the packages on[protected] through My sun direct app. Till now no telecast received. When enquired customer care, they told me to top up with additional Rs.60/- and they would activate Rs.999/- for 7-months scheme. Kindly do the needful.

Sun direct is not broadcasting few of the channels which are included as part of plan recharge

Sun direct is not broadcasting few of the challenge like Sony set pix, movies now, star movies and many other.

At the time of activation of plan these channels were included. After recharge I am entitled to view this channels. But they failed to broadcast.

If I check the broucher, many list of channels which are showed in the broucher were not able for viewing after recharge.br...

Recharged malyalam plan instead of kannada plan

I have mistakenly recharged malyalam 1month super pack instead of kannada dpo 1 month plan.
And recharge is successful. So i want to exchange it to kannada plan. Please do needful soon...

I have recharged my dth through sun direct [protected] for Rs. 230. The Money was debited from my account through google pay but the recharge is not reflected in my account. I called customer care too but they are not responding. I want to get it recharged or get credited in my account.

Payment not reflected in past transactions and channel not activated

I have recharged 3 A-LA-CARTE channels namely StarSports 1, Comedy Central and Colors Infinity which cost me Rs 34.21 at 12:04 PM, May 02 2021. But still, channels are not activated, also the transaction is not being reflected in the past transactions section of my account. Please look into it as soon as possible and resolve it.
PS: The transaction Id is IGALBFGTP3....

Double recharge

I double recharged my sun direct on may 1st, i didn't get any notification, so i recharged twice .so now what to do how can i refund the money bank says they cannot do anything, only sun direct can refund amount.any solution for this...

DTH service is not activated even after successful recharge

My sun direct DTH is recharged with Rs.225/- on 29th April2021. Amount also debited from the bank account. I have contacted customer care and given all proofs through email. But even after 2 days still it is not activated....

Channel and Recharge issue

I had credited INR 1352 to Sun Direct account
Account had expired the very previous day.
And after recharge, not only the full amount was not credited but the channels are still not available...

I recharged my sundirect account by QUICK RECHARGE through phonepe . Transaction was successful but recharge was failed.

I recharged my sundirect account by quick recharge link( CR-ID is CR[protected] and REF[protected] through phonepe (Transaction ID- T2104291341086714557212) . Transaction of 351/- was successful but recharge was failed. Money got deducted from my bank account.
When I contacted customer support they mentioned they are not responsible for money deduction.
So please look in to this issue and provide refund....
