I have done payment with ₹ 639 to recharge the plan (Tamil). After I got to know that another family members had done recharge for 6months (Telugu). To to avoid double recharge, cancel my recharge and give back ₹ 639 which I have done with my debit card. Please give back money.

          Amount deducted from bank account and they didn't recharged and not showing the transaction details in their app. I try to call them through customer care, they are not taking calls and don't connect the calls to the customer executives

            I have recharged my base pack . I am not able to put add-on channels it says the base pack is expired even though i have recharged few days back. Android application is not working proper and the is no sequence in the app. I was to add add-ons because we just watch the add-on channels, not the channels that are put in the base pack

                I have recharged for 1005 rs to Sun direct from Google pay but amount debited from account but it is not reflected in the sundirect account. I have recharged at 2.49 pm on May 16 2021. I tried to call the customer care they are not responding. They are just rude. I feel like it is the worst service. I am regretting for choosing sun direct over Airtel DTH. Screen shot attached below.

                        Hi sir,
                        Service wont get resume after recharge, it takes minimum a day to get refresh and back to normal,

                        And we could not reach their customer service as well its still stating that kindly recharge. This is not expected from such a reputed brand.

                        Problem is they consider the date of recharge during billing instead date of service.

                        Failing to provide the service is first mistake then charging for that day with no service is 2nd mistake,

                        Will you please take this complaint forward and put some fine on them...

                            I have recharged for Rs231 for dth sundirect but recharge failed. Money has been debited from the account. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible.                                 I am the user of this sun direct. I want to give an complaint regarding the changing of my packages because today morning I recharged my sun direct package bt most of the channales are not working after that i called many of the customer care number no one is picking.
                                After few hours again I called then one of the male person picked up the call and he told that our problem will be resolved after 2 hours. But after 4 hours now also problem is not yet resolved. Again I called then one of the lady pick the call again she is repeating the same thing problem will resolved after 2 hours. And she is not responding correctly to our questions also.

                                So plz call me one of your senior so that i can tell my problem in detailed.
