I have recharged Rs.561 on 08.05.2021 but channels not showing and wallet balance also not showing I am Continuously talked with customer care but not solve my Problem

Recharge issue and customer care services oa

Amount deducted from bank account and they didn't recharged and not showing the transaction details in their app. I try to call them through customer care, they are not taking calls and don't connect the calls to the customer executives...

Not getting to add one channel

I have recharged my base pack . I am not able to put add-on channels it says the base pack is expired even though i have recharged few days back. Android application is not working proper and the is no sequence in the app. I was to add add-ons because we just watch the add-on channels, not the channels that are put in the base pack...

Amount deducted from Google pay not showing in sundirect transaction history and amount not reflected

I have recharged for 1005 rs to Sun direct from Google pay but amount debited from account but it is not reflected in the sundirect account. I have recharged at 2.49 pm on May 16 2021. I tried to call the customer care they are not responding. They are just rude. I feel like it is the worst service. I am regretting for choosing sun direct over Airtel DTH. Screen shot attached below.

Service is not resuming after successful recharge

Hi sir,
Service wont get resume after recharge, it takes minimum a day to get refresh and back to normal,

And we could not reach their customer service as well its still stating that kindly recharge. This is not expected from such a reputed brand.

Problem is they consider the date of recharge during billing instead date of service.

Failing to provide the service is first mistake then charging...

I have recharged for Rs231 for dth sundirect but recharge failed. Money has been debited from the account. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I wrote a complaint yearlier but I have written the amount debited wrong. Earlier I wrote Rs219 which was wrong. Changing my package

I am the user of this sun direct. I want to give an complaint regarding the changing of my packages because today morning I recharged my sun direct package bt most of the channales are not working after that i called many of the customer care number no one is picking.
After few hours again I called then one of the male person picked up the call and he told that our problem will be resolved after 2 hours. But after 4 hours now also...

DTH recharge not reflected

I have made payment for sundirect rs 500, and rs 100 around 08:00am today through sundirect app using Paytm upi. The transaction got successfull . But the balance is not reflected in my account in sun direct app under my account menu or transaction report.

Double recharged

I recharged my sundirect of 199Rs pack but it was not activated after that I recharged Kannada value pack ...It was activated but after sometime 199 pack was activated and Kannada value pack was deactivated I don't want 199rs recharge please refund it and activate Kannada value pack...

After recharged tariff but no pack Activity

Hi, I am from vizag and my sun direct smart card Id: [protected] and reacharged my previous plan with new tariff Rs.270/- but plan still not activity I called many times they replied always wait 2hrs so I un happy this customer service and sundiect network...

Not able to recharge and money transferred not showing in wallet
