Hi Sir,
I've a SUN DTH connection (SmartCard / CDSN No - [protected], CR-ID - CR[protected] with a pack called Malayalam DPO-1 that costs RS 219 including GST.
The above specified pack has couple of Paid news channels such as NDTV, CNBC etc (Attaching the list for your reference),
Since I'm not interested in those news channels, I've requested a swap to those paid news channels with WION news by calling the customer care by[protected]:34 to their Toll free number ([protected])
The customer care executive rejected my request by claiming, the pack cannot be altered and I can only add Wion News by topping up and cannot remove NDTV (I've the call recording for the same)
I consider this behavior is against the trai rules which allows customers to enjoy full freedom in terms of paid channels.
Could you please register this complaint since I'm considering this DTH provider behavior against my freedom of selection of channels. I'm attaching the screenshots for the same.
