Recharge transaction successful in upon payment but sun direct account didn't get any recharge

I recharged my sun direct account twice on 09-03-21, through upi my transaction status showing successful. The amount was deducted but my sun direct account shows that it has to be recharge.please give me backy amount

I booked new connection request for sun direct DTH connection, after that i have cancelled it as i got some good offer from local sun direct supplier but i did the payment through internet banking (Application number: [protected]).

Many channels not displayed

My Sundirect customer ID [protected]
For past 45 days many subscribed channels are not displayed and for this everytime (multiple times in a day) I use to do either Auto scanning or Factory Default settings. By doing this I use to get back those channels.
For this you should find a solution.
From today (06th March 2021) evening many channels are not displayed and the remaining displayed channels are not with...

I made payment for recharge to my account around 1:30PM today through phone pay and the payment was successful and debited from my account and also shown paid status in phone pay. But the balance is not reflected in my account in sun direct app under my account menu or transaction report.

I've a SUN DTH connection (SmartCard / CDSN No - [protected], CR-ID - CR[protected] with a pack called Malayalam DPO-1 that costs RS 219 including GST.

The above specified pack has couple of Paid news channels such as NDTV, CNBC etc (Attaching the list for your reference),

Since I'm not interested in those news channels, I've requested a swap to those paid news channels with WION news...
