      I recharged my sun direct account twice on 09-03-21, through upi my transaction status showing successful. The amount was deducted but my sun direct account shows that it has to be recharge.please give me backy amount

              I booked new connection request for sun direct DTH connection, after that i have cancelled it as i got some good offer from local sun direct supplier but i did the payment through internet banking (Application number: [protected]).

                My Sundirect customer ID [protected]
                For past 45 days many subscribed channels are not displayed and for this everytime (multiple times in a day) I use to do either Auto scanning or Factory Default settings. By doing this I use to get back those channels.
                For this you should find a solution.
                From today (06th March 2021) evening many channels are not displayed and the remaining displayed channels are not with good clarity and even after doing factory reset or auto scanning it's not working.
                Please sort as early as possible.

                14 months back I requested to include free telugu hindu devotional channels like Hindu Dharmam, CVR OM, Bharat Today etc but till now it's not included and not getting positive response from you. I am doubtful whether you will sort out my problem as far I have sent many correspondence emails to you which is futile.

                                      Hi Sir,

                                      I've a SUN DTH connection (SmartCard / CDSN No - [protected], CR-ID - CR[protected] with a pack called Malayalam DPO-1 that costs RS 219 including GST.

                                      The above specified pack has couple of Paid news channels such as NDTV, CNBC etc (Attaching the list for your reference),

                                      Since I'm not interested in those news channels, I've requested a swap to those paid news channels with WION news by calling the customer care by[protected]:34 to their Toll free number ([protected])

                                      The customer care executive rejected my request by claiming, the pack cannot be altered and I can only add Wion News by topping up and cannot remove NDTV (I've the call recording for the same)

                                      I consider this behavior is against the trai rules which allows customers to enjoy full freedom in terms of paid channels.

                                      Could you please register this complaint since I'm considering this DTH provider behavior against my freedom of selection of channels. I'm attaching the screenshots for the same.

                                      I mean I didn't understand the clarification. My question is why I can't swap my pay channels ? Which is not clarified so far.

                                      The team contacted me said, it's not possible. My question is why? As per Trai, I can change channels at any point of time, and it's a violation of terms.
