I recharged my sundirect account by quick recharge link( CR-ID is CR[protected] and REF[protected] through phonepe (Transaction ID- T2104291341086714557212) . Transaction of 351/- was successful but recharge was failed. Money got deducted from my bank account.
When I contacted customer support they mentioned they are not responsible for money deduction.
So please look in to this issue and provide refund.
