Recharge process

I am not able to view the channels for which I paid money. Paid through sundirect wallet. Reduced wallet amount but not able to view the channels. Also another Amount of 255 is deducted from my bank account but it neither reflected in sundirect account nor amount refunded. Please attend to my complaint urgently....

i have done a successful recharge of rs 1469 today dated 28 th april 2021 but i am unable to view the channels as it shows that the service is currently srambled .hence i request for a speedy resolve of my problem.I have tried to connect to your customer support number but no operatior is available hence in this critical stage of lockdown i need a speedy recovery of my account...

The money debited from my account and showed transaction failed.
Till now the recharge not done and the money didn't refunded.

Paid bill 2 times but channels not coming

Hi team,

I paid recharge from phone pay two days ago. Money got deducted. But the following screen shot is appearing even after I paid money. So, I paid again after 2 days please, find my transaction details for two times. Money fot deducted but no change in the screen. We are not able to view any channel. My subscription is not activated

Today in the morning I subscribed 3 months basic telugu economy pack. The subscription is not activated till now. When I consulted the helpline they did nothing and told me that there is a problem in the set top box . Actually Zee telugu pack is running now. The telugu economy pack is not activated, The screen shows that I should subscribe the pack. What should I do now? Unless return my subscription money and I will move to another service....

Tax on top up

When I top up of 100₹ in my sun direct account only near about 85₹ credited in my account. I contacted customer care they told me it's tax. To confirm again I top up / recharge with 25₹ same % of tax deducted again. They are neglecting trai rule. My smart card number is [protected]. We are being cheated by this company. I Should go to consumers court....
