I have paid the bill in sun direct app through g pay wallet the amount has been deducted but the recharge is not done I have complained in customer care also if not solved plz repay the amount. Amount deducted from my account but recharge in failed status. Amount not received back yet

Recharge done 2 times and amount got deducted from my account. But recharge status was failed. This is done by may 8th and failed transaction amount is not yet back in my account. Tried multiple times to catch customer care people but no luck yet since always its telling all customer executives are busy.

Base plan expired

I am trying to contact customer care via call chat and email but I am not getting any response. Whenever I am trying to recharge other channels it is showing me error as Base plan is expired kindly renew. I have already recharged it till 25th of June. PLEASE HELP...

Recharge issue & Bad customer service

I have two accounts of sun direct network. First one account is not using due to set-up box problem, and we taken another HD account in sun direct network.

Regularly/monthly we are using second account and recharging also same account.

I have requested many time to sun direct customer care regarding removal of my first account but they didn't responded.

Today i done my recharge to first account...

I have done recharge of 269 it was credited from my account but status showed failed. But money was not refunded yet...
