I was recharge 6 months validity 1380 to my old set of box no. needs to be transfer into new set of box no. yesterday i given a complaint to sundirect customer care, today again if i asked they simply told date of recharge is mentioned so complaint was closed, please raise a new complaint, ridiculous response from customer care representatives, sundirect dealer is giving new set of box for every time recharge because of offer he told, that also looks like big scam hence old set of box no. still active more than a year. very poor customer support

        I, Krishna Mohan Addepalli was a valued customer for Sun Direct DTH since 6 years with Smart card no / CDSN [protected]. My Registered Mobile No is [protected].

        I recharged with Rs 199 through quick recharge on 16/05/2021.
        I raised a request for my FTA and Zee Telugu pack on 16th but till today it was not solved. I raised a complaint with SR[protected], SR[protected] and SR[protected]

        I call nearly a hundred times to customer care to have a solution for the problem. Yesterday company represent called me for the fist complaint and told me your required channels will be activated with in 15 minutes and our supervisor will call you and close the SR. There is no call from any one and my SR was closed with out solved.
        Yesterday i raised another complaint on my login Balance and validity errors.

                    I have paid the bill in sun direct app through g pay wallet the amount has been deducted but the recharge is not done I have complained in customer care also if not solved plz repay the amount. Y we have to wait for the recharge for 28 to 48 hrs we did any wrong In recharge plz take action if not plz give money back I have attached the reference of g pay

                                    I have two accounts of sun direct network. First one account is not using due to set-up box problem, and we taken another HD account in sun direct network.

                                    Regularly/monthly we are using second account and recharging also same account.

                                    I have requested many time to sun direct customer care regarding removal of my first account but they didn't responded.

                                    Today i done my recharge to first account instead of second account by mistake.

                                    Confused due to not removed my first account and i have tried many time to customer care numbe not reachable. and due to chat with a coustomer care exicutive Mr. ROHITH S harassed me through all his chat,
                                    Please refund my money rs.344/- (Including gst)
