Payment debited but recharge did not happen

I made recharge for 6 months of amount INR 1199 for No.[protected] using Gpay on 24Dec 2020. My amount got debited from my bank but the recharge did not happen.

Please resolve this....

E-162 Failed to Load IFCP image

In Last 6 months SUN direst settop box getting failed 3 times. Im not able to understand what quality equipment they are providing. This is the 3rd time Im facing set top box issue. We are recharging for definite days, due to this device issue we are losing so many days. They are not providing any grace period for such loss days. Why customer need to suffer due to non quality equipment. Logged a ticket with SUN direct awaiting for resolution.br...

About staff negligence

I have a complaint about the regional office of sundirect in kalpetta, the male staff working in that office have no commitment to customers as well as to the company, when I makes a direct payment for dth in yesterday but he didn't make the payment yet this is so irresponsible please take nesseccory action to him...

I have recharged for 230 on December 17 2020 @7.55Am through Google pay. Usually the amount will add within 5 minutes once I recharged. But today it took much time and my GPAY account shows amount paid waiting for confirmation.

Money was debited from my account but recharge failed

Dear sir,

I have done a recharge of Rs.199 by 12.12.2020 through sbi net banking amount debited but Transaction showed failed.

I waited one day, Again 13.12.2020 evening Tried recharge for Rs.196.93 through sbi net banking same problem occured but Amount debited then again tried the same amount in UPI it was same as transaction failed.

Totally 3 times failed

Total amount - 199+196.93+196.93...

Payment successful recharge failed. Where is the money?

While we tried to recharge through https://www.sundirect.in/QuickRecharge we had 1050 deducted from the bank account.
Card number: [protected]
We got the message "payment successful but recharge failed". In the transaction history cannot see details about this transaction. The money is not added to the sun direct wallet as well.

Customer call number is always sending to the automated message, which does not resolve...

Cash not credited in sun direct account

I recharged 25rs to sundirect account for subscribing a zee tamil pack through gpay, but the money doens't credited to the sun direct and also channel also not available.so please take the necessary action, thank you...

I recharged sun direct topup 50 rs in the sun direct website through net banking on 2/12/2020 around 11am. The transaction didn't redirect to the sundirect website page but the amount is deducted from the bank account and the message from the bank is transaction successful.

We are using the sun direct for more than 10 years. From 25th Nov. onwards we are not able to watch the sun direct. So we made a complaint and your people also visited and checked and rectified it on 31st Nov. But within an hour the connection failed and informed and they said to change the box. One person came on that day itself and try with nex box but later said that the new box also a bad one. so he said that...

Channels are not coming after recharge

I have recharged my sun direct 11 days back. Since then I'm not getting channels mentioned in the pack. Only some free channels are coming. I have complained about 20 times this with customer care and distributors. They are not helping. Costumer service is very bad....
