Have recharged my dth through sun direct app rs.225 for telugu dpo1 pack.. Money was debited through google pay and amount not reflected in my account.. I called customer care too but they are not responding well.. I don't understand why it takes too much time to reflect in our account... I want to get it recharge now else i want my money back...

    Team,

    Please note when i added rs 500 to sun direct account gst was deducted and again when i chose a add-on pack gst was deducted. Why am charged twice for one benefit?

    I already raised a ticket and no proper response yet and this is happening second time and am sure it's happening with people doing online.

        I have done 6 month recharge through online on my old set top box which is damaged now. I have brought a new set top box from a nearby store and I want to transfer the amount from old set top box to new one. When I contacted the store they told me that since I had done online recharge this can be done only from Sun direct customer care. Kindly do the needful.

        Got a call from Sun direct customer care that the issue will solved in 48 hours. I have given the payment transaction id and other details to them. Now its 3 days since they collected the details from me but didn't solve my issue till now. Kindly do the needful.

          I have done my recharge to my old sun direct dth account (Smart card no : [protected]) which is not in use. Now i wanted to transfer that recharge to my new account (Smart card no : [protected]). I called sun direct customer care many times but they are telling it will happen in 24 hours everyday but it's not happening. It's been more than 10 days now but no solution.

          Either transfer my recharge to my new account or refund immediately i will recharge to my new account. This is hectic now.

          I paid 1059 recharge through sun direct website via amazon pay.

          My transaction reference number: 23510029

          Sun direct customer care is very bad while talking they are cut my call or sometime they are not picking my call.

          I also for my complaint through mail but it's also no response.

          Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                  I recharged in sundirect website for 1000 rupees on 18 august 2020. Transaction successful but recharge failed (I seen in window screen after recharge).
                  I made a amazon pay wallet payment in sundirect website.
                  More than 1 month going to over. But still not refunded given by sundirect to my amazon pay.

                  Sundirect is cheating my 1000 rupees by saying that they didn't have that amount.
                  But in my side, transaction is successful.

                  Payu very worst service and Sundirect also..
                  Sundirect should contact payu for immediate refunds. PayU is taking more time to refund my money. Yesterday only refunded.
                  30 days over.
                  Dont take this much time to refund money.. OK

                          Dear sir/madam i am residing in damarasingi village, pin-535217, vizianagaram (Andhra pradesh) and we are using your sun dth network for the past 15 years. I am facing problem with set top box no power issue by giving complaint to customer care center (Complaint no_ sr[protected] the problem is while we watching tv suddenly the setup box power is going off iam raised a complaint on 4th of this month and they have given me complaint no 1-[protected] they said that it would be cleared within 48 hrs, but till today they didn’t do anything and again i called and asked they said the complaint is kept open today they will clear it but nobody has come. Previously one who installed i called them and there that lady said today i will send by evening (On that day) but no response at all. Can you tell me the warranty period for the replacement the person who installed they said i month only and in call center they said 4 months so need have to pay for the replacement if it is under warranty. I told them just 2 months passed according to on that day. Which is truth i month or 4 months. Any how the service is very worst and this is the second time i am mailing you. Take action.

                            Company has offered recharge with Rs. 295, u get two months validity. I contacted customer care executives, they have guided me to recharge through sundirect app... N inform us. We will activate the plan. I did the same. But I did not receive the offer.

                                I with reference to above smart card # recharged for 6 months on 7 april 2020 for rs 1179/-, but i have received service for only 4 months ie till 30 aug 2020, when i started complaining the same, sun direct executives ignored completely.

                                  Worst customer service
                                  Giving sun direct customer service 1 is also too much. It has the worst customer service and representatives have zero knowledge. They hang up the call on face when u tell them your query.

                                  All the customer care number are wast

                                  You cannot change your pack by online. Only recharge you can do.

                                  After recharge it takes years to get the channel on tv.

                                  Worst customer service ever!

                                  No proper response nor proper network
                                  I’m using sun direct from past 3 years. A horrible experience. No proper customer service. Even if it’s recharged. It will take almost 2 days to update. Proper updation of topups should be displayed in the website. A little bit of wind and rain the network is gone. Even if we call customer service they don’t respond properly.

                                      Hi this is rajesh here. I would like to raise a complaint against sundirect dth for improper billing against my subscriber id [protected]. My subscription was ended on 22nd july 2020 and when i have recharged for 1 month then my subscription end date was 21 august (So it's clear that i lost 1 day of service). Similarly for the current month also. Here i am losing 1 day whenever i recharge every month.

                                      Overall i lost 2 days of subscription though i have paid the fees. I have raised a complaint over customer care chat but no response. Please resolve this on priority.
