Payment successful but recharge failed

When I tried to recharge for my card the payment was successful but the recharge fails. They don't offer any support or refund in this manner and just say the card is invalid....

Cheating of Excess installation charges and first' recharge of 6month

Sun direct company charged Rs.3400 and is showing only Rs.2750 in app...the distributor or agent is also not responding ...I have call several times to customer care number of sun direct ... again and again after hearing all the matter the tele caller said that we will call you back...but never ever called back...I am also sharing my distributor number ..his name is Ram mobile no [protected]......

I have a new connection of sun direct...my sun direct app is showing Total of Rs.2749 as first time installation and package charged for 6 months...BUT... company's distributor or agent has charged Rs.3400 for the same..he has told me that balance amount of[protected]=Rs.650 is my profit, because Sun direct is not giving any commission or incentives to him so he is charging extra amount...he also said that ...IF I WISH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT...

Signal is not coming

No signal is coming. e52-32 searching signal please contact service provider for further information this matter is coming on the screen regularly the defect is attending temporarily. still same is appearing on the screen....

I made my payment for sundirect recharge of 294rupees subscription pack around 11:47am through sundirect app using upi transaction from phonepay. The transaction was successful but not reflected on sundirect app and showing got failed. And channel was not displayed. Please notify this problem and make a solution as soon as possible. I have tried to recharge my account. But failed twice. Rechrge for 3 months deducted 630 deducted from account. Ie 2times 1260 deducted. Rechaged not yet.i tried to log in to get back my amount but failed. Please add my amount to account. Or send it to back to bank account. This happened 3rd feb evening 5.35...

Money got deducted but recharge failure

I have made recharge for additional two channels on sun direct website on Feb 01 20121 at 7:30 pm. My money from the account got debited but it was showing recharge failure and I am not getting those channels.
I cannot contact sun direct cause they are not available it says. I want my money back or I want channel to be streamed....

Gst charging more in sundirect

If i recharge of 500 to sundirect the balance will show only 430. If i subscribe for any pack the additional gst will get charge, how many times gst will charge for the same amount...

I done recharge to sundirect DTH TV broadcast service through Amazon pay on 29 November 2020 of amount 2999 but amount not credited to sundirect DTH account and showing nill balance. I approached both sundirect and Amazon pay customer care but didn't solve my problem.they telling Amazon pay we have done recharge successful and sundirect send us operator reference number BT[protected].so sundirect not recharge your account.they told your problem...

Recharge /Payment routed to different account number

I have recharged 1199 package using my phone number [protected] and it got routed to some other Sun Direct Account. This happened twice and lost money.

My Sun Direct Account : [protected]

My Phonenumber [protected] is tagged to other Sun Direct account : [protected]. This is causing problem in my rechage and lost amount twice.

Kindly check and reverse the amount on priority....

Failure of subscription payment through Google pay

I did payment subscription of 3months in sundirect app through Google pay and shows as payment was completed and money was deducted. But didn't recharged and transaction was empty in sundirect app....

Free to air channels not offered

Sir/Madam, I am a new subscriber of sun direct dth...my CDSN no is [protected]. Basically I belong to Hindi speaking family...Now the FTA channels offered to me are mostly in South Indian languages, which is not compatible to us...I am feeling trapped...I also called Sun direct customer care number ...but didn't get any response...Also in App installation charges including 6moths subscription showing Rs.2550 for Bangla HD Connection...but...

Money not refunded

My subscription was expired on 20 jan 2021... i paid 199rs through google pay. . money was debited from my account. Bt subscription not added.. again i recharge through amazon pay rs192. . This time too money was debited from my account. Bt not subscribed. Again 3rd time i recharge and subscription added.. i called their customer care centre. But they didnt solve my issue. There is solution given till now,
