Hi Sir,

I've a SUN DTH connection (SmartCard / CDSN No - [protected], CR-ID - CR[protected] with a pack called Malayalam DPO-1 that costs RS 219 including GST.

The above specified pack has couple of Paid news channels such as NDTV, CNBC etc (Attaching the list for your reference),

Since I'm not interested in those news channels, I've requested a swap to those paid news channels with WION news by calling the customer care by[protected]:34 to their Toll free number ([protected])

The customer care executive rejected my request by claiming, the pack cannot be altered and I can only add Wion News by topping up and cannot remove NDTV (I've the call recording for the same)

I consider this behavior is against the trai rules which allows customers to enjoy full freedom in terms of paid channels.

Could you please register this complaint since I'm considering this DTH provider behavior against my freedom of selection of channels. I'm attaching the screenshots for the same.

I mean I didn't understand the clarification. My question is why I can't swap my pay channels ? Which is not clarified so far.

The team contacted me said, it's not possible. My question is why? As per Trai, I can change channels at any point of time, and it's a violation of terms.

        When I tried to recharge for my card the payment was successful but the recharge fails. They don't offer any support or refund in this manner and just say the card is invalid.

            Sun direct company charged Rs.3400 and is showing only Rs.2750 in app...the distributor or agent is also not responding ...I have call several times to customer care number of sun direct ... again and again after hearing all the matter the tele caller said that we will call you back...but never ever called back...I am also sharing my distributor number ..his name is Ram mobile no [protected]...

              I have a new connection of sun direct...my sun direct app is showing Total of Rs.2749 as first time installation and package charged for 6 months...BUT... company's distributor or agent has charged Rs.3400 for the same..he has told me that balance amount of[protected]=Rs.650 is my profit, because Sun direct is not giving any commission or incentives to him so he is charging extra amount...he also said that ...IF I WISH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS THEN I CAN DO ... NOTHING WILL HAPPEN...how can a company like sun direct and their representatives can CHEAT public in such a brutal manner...DEAR AITHORITIES YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE INTERVENE AND HELP ME AND OTHER CONSUMERS LIKE ME

                No signal is coming. e52-32 searching signal please contact service provider for further information this matter is coming on the screen regularly the defect is attending temporarily. still same is appearing on the screen.

                  I made my payment for sundirect recharge of 294rupees subscription pack around 11:47am through sundirect app using upi transaction from phonepay. The transaction was successful but not reflected on sundirect app and showing got failed. And channel was not displayed. Please notify this problem and make a solution as soon as possible. Here I am attaching transactions details

                    I have tried to recharge my account. But failed twice. Rechrge for 3 months deducted 630 deducted from account. Ie 2times 1260 deducted. Rechaged not yet.i tried to log in to get back my amount but failed. Please add my amount to account. Or send it to back to bank account. This happened 3rd feb evening 5.35

                      Today I recharge my sundirect account for Rs.1059 through Google pay by a request from sundirect app. My recharge transaction ID is[protected]. But in the Sundirect app, it is saying that recharge failed. When I called the customer care, they said that the recharge didn't reflect in their system and asked me to wait for one hour. Still now my recharge didn't get reflect in the Sundirect app.

                      I recharged for 630 RS yesterday, and my account also deducted in my account balance.
                      But it is not reflected in TV and customer care officials says that amount is not still added in ur DTH account.

                          I have made recharge for additional two channels on sun direct website on Feb 01 20121 at 7:30 pm. My money from the account got debited but it was showing recharge failure and I am not getting those channels.
                          I cannot contact sun direct cause they are not available it says. I want my money back or I want channel to be streamed.

                          Sun Direct is not at all responding for the problem. All their customer care lines are busy it says, customer care support through app is also so bad and this shows how negligent they are towards customer. My money got deducted at the very minute but there is no response still from 4 days. They as Fast in looting Money more than giving service to customer.

                            Gst charging more in sundirect

                            If i recharge of 500 to sundirect the balance will show only 430. If i subscribe for any pack the additional gst will get charge, how many times gst will charge for the same amount...

                              I made recharge 225/- for 1 month subscription renewal on 30.01.21, but channels not activated till evening, i made a complaint at 7 pm on the same day but issue not resolved, again called to customer care on 31.01.21 at 11.45 they said will be activated in 1 hour, again called at 7.26 pm they told the same, but issue not resolved,

                                  I done recharge to sundirect DTH TV broadcast service through Amazon pay on 29 November 2020 of amount 2999 but amount not credited to sundirect DTH account and showing nill balance. I approached both sundirect and Amazon pay customer care but didn't solve my problem.they telling Amazon pay we have done recharge successful and sundirect send us operator reference number BT[protected].so sundirect not recharge your account.they told your problem can be solve by trai. so please refund my money to my account or recharge with that money.so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
