I made recharge 225/- for 1 month subscription renewal on 30.01.21, but channels not activated till evening, i made a complaint at 7 pm on the same day but issue not resolved, again called to customer care on 31.01.21 at 11.45 they said will be activated in 1 hour, again called at 7.26 pm they told the same, but issue not resolved,

Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The team contacted me said, it's not possible. My question is why? As per Trai, I can change channels at any point of time, and it's a violation of terms.
