Sir/Madam, I am a new subscriber of sun direct dth...my CDSN no is [protected]. Basically I belong to Hindi speaking family...Now the FTA channels offered to me are mostly in South Indian languages, which is not compatible to us...I am feeling trapped...I also called Sun direct customer care number ...but didn't get any response...Also in App installation charges including 6moths subscription showing Rs.2550 for Bangla HD Connection...but the distributor in my area has charged Rs.3400 and said that you càn complain about me. The company (sun direct) knows all these things they are not getting any incentives from company that's why they're making profits...plz help plz help...

    My subscription was expired on 20 jan 2021... i paid 199rs through google pay. . money was debited from my account. Bt subscription not added.. again i recharge through amazon pay rs192. . This time too money was debited from my account. Bt not subscribed. Again 3rd time i recharge and subscription added.. i called their customer care centre. But they didnt solve my issue. Again i mailed them. Bt they didnt rply me. Kindly refund my money

      My CSDN NO.[protected],
      My original plan Kannada DPO was changed to oria pack.
      I have raised complaint on 06/01/2021,
      My complaint number is SR[protected].

      I have done 3 fallow calls to resolve my problem,
      There is solution given till now,
      I experienced very bad customer support from soundirect team.

      I request to Sundirect to take up this on top priority and solve my problem.

        Today morning I was subscribed Telugu dpo 2 with an amount of RS 225 through sundirect app.but still now it was not activated .this is not first time, every time they r not resolving the problem.when they r taking the money why they r not providing services to the customers.pls take action against sundirect .

                I have sun direct connection .The set up box is not working from morning, I tried every possible ways but it's not at all on .we checked with the tv also thought of tv have problem but it's working fine, The setup is only having problem it's not getting on .

I have recharges with 500 through amazon pay but i got only 424 i dont know why this much has been deducted even thought it was. Gst. I need a clarification and refund and my smart card number is [protected] even when i did with dealer they are not taking more than 5 rs with the existing pack. I need a response asap

                      Please examine the SunDirect packs which are not meeting the Guidelines of TRAI. If we want to see Telugu channels only, they are changing Rs 225 and forcing us to watch other language like tamil which we can't understand. They are saying that these are free. Kindly act upon such undesired tactics which hurts the interest of consumers and defeat the guidelines laid by govt. Please act on SunDirect.

                        14months old Set top box is failed to boot due to OTA Upgrade issue. we never asked for any OTA (Over the Air) Upgrade from Sun Direct. This is the feature/upgrade pushed from Sun Direct and device was not capable to download this update for reason not known to anyone. Now we are forced to shell out Rs.425/- additionally to get new set top box with account details transferred. Additionally these set top boxes doesn't have reset button which was present in old sun direct set top boxes. hence it is clear case of open looting by Sun Direct team from public by issuing devices with out reset button and also this perennial problem is only with Sun Direct and not with Tata sky, Airtel and Dish TV networks. Technican says that OTA issues are more prevalent with Sun Direct.

                              I am unable to add free channels in MY FTA Pack. Called up customer service but they are reluctant to activate free Chanels, Instead they are mis guiding me to recharge expensive packages.

                                Actually my amount is debiting from my account. I didn't subscribed to anything. But monthly once 50 rupees will be debited by sending the SMS like the amount debited for SUN TV. I didn't have any subscriptions. Solve this problem.

                                  From yesterdayonwards, set top box started giving a message of ota upgradation and will restart automatically. Its been 24 hours now neither it is getting upgraded nor working fine. Until the mentioned date it was running smooth and fine. When i contacted customer care they assigned a technician. Technician is now saying that the set-top box is not getting upgraded and said to purchase another set top box on a cost of rs. 700/-. When i inquired with the technician i got to know that the same ota upgradation is successfully done in some other set-top boxes and working fine. And the saddest part is technician said the he is not going to give any service report/device inspection report like what is the problem in device, whether it is resolvable or not, if it needs to be replaced with new what is the cause for such replacement. And he also confirmed that there is no such policy from sun direct
                                  Now confirm me why should i pay rs.700/- for another set-top box where there no mistake of mine
                                  1. Because of the ota push form the backend the technical error occured and now the box is not working
                                  1. I have not asked for any upgradation on my existing set-top box
                                  2. There is no intimation regarding ota upgradation and no one asked me whether upgradation required or not

                                  Without my intimation without my knowledge sun direct company has thrown some ota upgrdation to the set-top box due to which the set-top box is not working now and asking me to purchase another set-top box.

                                  Please answer me in this regard and i'm going to consumer forum based on your reply

                                        My sun direct DTH, HD connection was stopped TODAY BY 7 PM even though recharge was made on22.12.2020. Recharge of Rs.1756.56 was made through India tab from SBI, kalamassery vide reference number 'IGAKCKYZB4'.
