Irresponsible service

Today morning I was subscribed Telugu dpo 2 with an amount of RS 225 through sundirect app.but still now it was not activated .this is not first time, every time they r not resolving the problem.when they r taking the money why they r not providing services to the customers.pls take action against sundirect ....

Payment successful but recharge status pending

I hav recharged for 197.30 rs for tamil dpo1 pack but amount not reflected in sundirect account
I also contacted customer care they said amount not credited to sundirect

I m complaint about setup box

I have sun direct connection .The set up box is not working from morning, I tried every possible ways but it's not at all on .we checked with the tv also thought of tv have problem but it's working fine, The setup is only having problem it's not getting on .

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible...

Taking more gst while recharging

Hi my name is Suresh and my email id and phone number is [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]. I have recharges with 500 through amazon pay but i got only 424 i dont know why this much has been deducted even thought it was. Gst. I need a clarification and refund and my smart card number is [protected] even when i did with dealer they are not taking more than 5 rs with the existing pack. I need a response asap...

Base pack of Telugu starts at Rs 225

Please examine the SunDirect packs which are not meeting the Guidelines of TRAI. If we want to see Telugu channels only, they are changing Rs 225 and forcing us to watch other language like tamil which we can't understand. They are saying that these are free. Kindly act upon such undesired tactics which hurts the interest of consumers and defeat the guidelines laid by govt. Please act on SunDirect....

14months old Set top box is failed to boot due to OTA Upgrade issue. we never asked for any OTA (Over the Air) Upgrade from Sun Direct. This is the feature/upgrade pushed from Sun Direct and device was not capable to download this update for reason not known to anyone. Now we are forced to shell out Rs.425/- additionally to get new set top box with account details transferred. Additionally these set top boxes doesn't have reset button which...

Unable to add free channels

I am unable to add free channels in MY FTA Pack. Called up customer service but they are reluctant to activate free Chanels, Instead they are mis guiding me to recharge expensive packages.

Please help activate free channels....

Actually my amount is debiting from my account. I didn't subscribed to anything. But monthly once 50 rupees will be debited by sending the SMS like the amount debited for SUN TV. I didn't have any subscriptions. Solve this problem....

Sun Direct sun direct ota issue - looting public with faulty devices and forcing to purchase again new device

From yesterdayonwards, set top box started giving a message of ota upgradation and will restart automatically. Its been 24 hours now neither it is getting upgraded nor working fine. Until the mentioned date it was running smooth and fine. When i contacted customer care they assigned a technician. Technician is now saying that the set-top box is not getting upgraded and said to purchase another set top box on a cost of rs. 700/-. When i inquired...

Connection stopped

My sun direct DTH, HD connection was stopped TODAY BY 7 PM even though recharge was made on22.12.2020. Recharge of Rs.1756.56 was made through India tab from SBI, kalamassery vide reference number 'IGAKCKYZB4'.

I'm planed to subscribe Rs 999 special offers Tamil DPO 1 pack but Kanada pack is activated. I don't know.
I need not Kanada pack. I need Tamil DPO 1 pack Rs 999. Kindly Please activate this pack. If you don't do this. Please sorry I change another DTH service.....
