Myself, Ajith kumar, the user of a Sun direct DHT subscription having the smart card No. [protected]. Recently when the company, after TRAI's instruction reduced the package charges for free channels, I tried to change the pack to the pack which cost ₹58(inclusive of tax) last Friday, But could not recahrge. It was not accepting. In pursuance to that I contacted the customer care to enquire the same. They could not give a valid reply for that.
Then when I tried to recharge for packages costing more than 200/month, it was accepting. Then I understood that they disabled the recharge option for smaller denominations. Again I contacted the customer care in the last Saturday. They informed to recharge for ₹60 from any shop and inform the customer care, they will convert the package of ₹58 within 48 hours.
Yesterday, when it was yet not rectified even after passing 48 hours, I contacted the customer care again. The customer care personnel told that it will be resolved by the evening today.
Today again I contacted the customer care asking the reason for not resolving my complaint. They say again that it a technical problem and it will take time to rectify that.
Sir, I strongly believe that they are doing the same to make customers to recharge for a higher amount package when it finds difficult for them to recharge for a small amount.
Sir, the so called technical issues will be prolonged unless and until your office interfere.
Hence I request your good self to intervene in this matter and help us to resolve the problem faced by customers like me in time.
