Greetings Sir / Mam
We are using the sun direct for more than 10 years. From 25th Nov. onwards we are not able to watch the sun direct. So we made a complaint and your people also visited and checked and rectified it on 31st Nov. But within an hour the connection failed and informed and they said to change the box. One person came on that day itself and try with nex box but later said that the new box also a bad one. so he said that he would come next day that is 1st Dec to clarify it. But still he is not turned up. we called him the next day he said that he was on some emergency leave and gave his manager number . From that day and the next day onwards we keep on following the manager but not worked out and he spoke rudely too. For the past two days he is not picking my line which is very disappointed. if you are not interest to continue with us we can go with another connection. After getting partial amount for service priorly and not responding and not to the work is ridiculous. Please take the necessary action and do the needful.

    Channels are not coming after recharge

    Address: besageri, Heggodu Post, Thirthahall

    I have recharged my sun direct 11 days back. Since then I'm not getting channels mentioned in the pack. Only some free channels are coming. I have complained about 20 times this with customer care and distributors. They are not helping. Costumer service is very bad....

    On 1/12/2020 I have recharged for Rs 387/- pack, base pack Telugu HD A2 .
    The recharge is not yet updated. i am receiving the sd channels only . i was charged for HD channels but viewing SD channels.

        My local sales representative told me that I would get all Hindi channel if I subscribe to DP3 package. I paid Rs 1100 for this along with having to replace the channel box for Rs 900 in order to get Hindi channel. After a week I still did not get the Hindi channel and when my local rep came to fix it, his customer care center tells him that Star plus, Zee TV and other Hindi channels are no longer part of the package and the number of available channels have been reduced. This is deceptive practice as neither the local sales rep nor I the customer was made aware of this change. If this is not resolved I will take my business elsewhere and Sun Direct will have lost a long time loyal customer.

              I complaint that sun direct for buffering channels and attained the complaint for sun direct persons and it did not correct and it became more, then the sun direct customer called back and asked how it was and we told that that was not corrected and the boy call the number:[protected] he talks some rubbish words on us and he talks very arrogantly, please talk to him and take action on him, please reply me the name of the person
              This is very bad of sun direct!!!

                I have done my recharge unknowingly to my old sun direct dth account (Smart card no : [protected]) which was not in use for around 10 years. Now I need to transfer that recharge to my existing active account (Smart card no : [protected]]). I called sun direct customer care on 11/11/20 and register complaint of "wrong recharge" and followed up many times with sundirect representatives but they are telling me that it was approved for transfer and will be activated within a day. Now 4 days passed, no activation yet. I'm helpless right now
                I also gave my complaint through mail but no response yet.

                Transfer my recharge to my existing account/card no. [protected]
                or if you found difficulty to transfer, kindly refund the money.

                I paid 1059/- recharge through sun direct website using SBI debit card
                My complaint no is SR[protected]

                Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                9 days passed, no solution yet. Sundirect customer care representatives called me twice, keep promising that it will be sorted out within 24 hours. 3 days passed, they never keep their promises. Never see such pathetic service...They don't have any commitment to rectify my compliant.

                  Sunirect service is in Bangalore wrost technicians will not fix proper installation with in 10 days have to call customer Care and have to pay service charges I don't suggest for other users.

                    Respected sir/Madam,

                    Myself, Ajith kumar, the user of a Sun direct DHT subscription having the smart card No. [protected]. Recently when the company, after TRAI's instruction reduced the package charges for free channels, I tried to change the pack to the pack which cost ₹58(inclusive of tax) last Friday, But could not recahrge. It was not accepting. In pursuance to that I contacted the customer care to enquire the same. They could not give a valid reply for that.
                    Then when I tried to recharge for packages costing more than 200/month, it was accepting. Then I understood that they disabled the recharge option for smaller denominations. Again I contacted the customer care in the last Saturday. They informed to recharge for ₹60 from any shop and inform the customer care, they will convert the package of ₹58 within 48 hours.
                    Yesterday, when it was yet not rectified even after passing 48 hours, I contacted the customer care again. The customer care personnel told that it will be resolved by the evening today.
                    Today again I contacted the customer care asking the reason for not resolving my complaint. They say again that it a technical problem and it will take time to rectify that.
                    Sir, I strongly believe that they are doing the same to make customers to recharge for a higher amount package when it finds difficult for them to recharge for a small amount.
                    Sir, the so called technical issues will be prolonged unless and until your office interfere.
                    Hence I request your good self to intervene in this matter and help us to resolve the problem faced by customers like me in time.

                          Rechaged on 25may2020 for 1229rs.. my validity is upto 24th of Nov but by now 08.Nov.2020 validity ended.. complaint raised on 22.10.2020 by me like wrong validity but still no response at all.. after paying money I couldn't get my actual validity... Very very worst response

                            Hi Sir,

                            I'm not a customer of sun direct ever and I'm using my mobile number for more than 15 years. Recently I'm receiving a lot of anonymous messages from sundirect that many of my accounts are expiring which I never had.

                            How are you people allowing to register a unknown mobile number that too for many accounts. Today I just tried and could see my mobile number is registered for multiple accounts which I have never authenticated by any means. Either it could be a bug in ur system or some crap made by your staffs without validating anything.

                            Attached are the nonsense accounts linked to my mobile number which I have no connection with these.

                            Please take necessary action to block these and untag my mobile number from it.

                            Implement some better security feature with basic sense to validate before.

                                I recharged my DTH 2 days ago and it still hasn't recharged. I did a recharge of 377 from the app via phonepe.
                                The amount is deducted from my account.
                                Sun direct customer care is telling me that the amount has not reached them and the phonepe customer care is telling that the amount has reached the merchant.

                                  I have recharged my dop1 plan but they are activated another useless plan and if we call to customer care center thay dont know any thing and they told me different different answers any time they are telling us to we make complaint complaint but they are not resolved so plaese take a action on that sundirect plaese

                                      I recharge sun direct with Rs. 2000 via sun direct android app with UPI as payment option.
                                      Once i gave my upi id of phone pe, i received request to pay amount of rs. 2000 to SUN DIRECT TV PRIVATE LIMITED from phone pe for which i switch to phone pe app & completed the transaction successfully and when i switched back to sun direct app it showed "Illegal Approach".
                                      But amount of Rs. 2000 is already debited from bank account & not reflecting in my sun direct account.
                                      Please refund my amount of rs. 2000 as soon as possible.
