Charged for HD pack but viewing SD channels

On 1/12/2020 I have recharged for Rs 387/- pack, base pack Telugu HD A2 .
The recharge is not yet updated. i am receiving the sd channels only . i was charged for HD channels but viewing SD channels....

Dish network package

My local sales representative told me that I would get all Hindi channel if I subscribe to DP3 package. I paid Rs 1100 for this along with having to replace the channel box for Rs 900 in order to get Hindi channel. If I top-up 500 rs they cut 18 percentage gst. Before recharge they cut 18 percentage. After selecting channels and after also we need to pay 18 percentage tax...

Buffering of channels

Not resolving my complaint no. SR201111001703

I have done my recharge unknowingly to my old sun direct dth account (Smart card no : [protected]) which was not in use for around 10 years. Now I need to transfer that recharge to my existing active account (Smart card no : [protected]]). I called sun direct customer care on 11/11/20 and register complaint of "wrong recharge" and followed up many times with sundirect representatives but they are telling me that it was approved for transfer...

Respected sir/Madam,

Myself, Ajith kumar, the user of a Sun direct DHT subscription having the smart card No. [protected]. Recently when the company, after TRAI's instruction reduced the package charges for free channels, I tried to change the pack to the pack which cost ₹58(inclusive of tax) last Friday, But could not recahrge. It was not accepting. In pursuance to that I contacted the customer care to enquire the same....

Not getting sony tv channel available in my activated package

I reached multiple times to customer care to resolve the issue . But everytime I am unsatisfied with the service provided and my issue is not yet resolved....

Validity period issue

Address:13 kandan street vadugapalayam pollachi

My subscription number is [protected]

Rechaged on 25may2020 for 1229rs.. my validity is upto 24th of Nov but by now 08.Nov.2020 validity ended.. complaint raised on 22.10.2020 by me like wrong validity but still no response at all.. after paying money I couldn't get my actual validity... Very very worst response...

Recharge amount deducted but not recharged

I recharged my DTH 2 days ago and it still hasn't recharged. I did a recharge of 377 from the app via phonepe.
The amount is deducted from my account.
Sun direct customer care is telling me that the amount has not reached them and the phonepe customer care is telling that the amount has reached the merchant....

I have recharged my dop1 plan but they are activated another useless plan and if we call to customer care center thay dont know any thing and they told me different different answers any time they are telling us to we make complaint complaint but they are not resolved so plaese take a action on that sundirect plaese...

Once i gave my upi id of phone pe, i received request to pay amount of rs. 2000 to SUN DIRECT TV PRIVATE LIMITED from phone pe for which i switch to phone pe app & completed the transaction successfully and when i switched back to sun direct...
