Today morning around 8:40am there was some auto update happened, now every thing screwed 90% of channels gone. Mostly auto search happens for considerable seconds now when we give auto search it closes before full search. I am not saying its also not visible in menu its also not displaying in tv all (All channel in one menu) instead of 212 channels now showing may be below60. Useless stupid screw up update. Now instead of solving they say 150 charge they would send uneducated tech.

Its clear the mistake is due to some software update glitch from their side and whether its accidental or intentional i don't know but 21 night they simply said to do manual scan and it dosen't worked and they said tech is needed to solve and pay 150... and i refused later 22 night i was clearly pointing the error once again which is by the auto update they simply denied and 23may they again said to do manual scan and it worked so its simply a diversion.

Problem is solved
But Note:"21may when i explained it to customer care they said to do simply manual scan and it dosent worked and they said tech person has to come to solve and cost 150++", "23may morning they came via call and are saying the same manual scan and the problem is solved", Guys be vigilant if you see any updates happening in sunDTH check the channels immediately, Its creates errors whether its intentional or developers mistake I don't know but if you are not vigilant you will simply have to pay the tech for mistake they made.

    The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.

    Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called and mailed so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.

    Kindly pls look into this.

      M using SUN DIRECT dish connection.Every month we recharge Tamil economic pack for an amount of 240. But the free channels like puthiyathalaimurai, polimer and other free channels are not broadcasting.We have tried to contact the sun direct customer care/toll free numbers but there was not any proper response.We request your good self, to kindly make necessary arrangements to broadcast all the free channels.

        If we need to rechange through ala carte, its a two step process.
        First we need to add some amount and then do the recharge.

        When ever the amount is added they charge a gst amount. And again gst will be charged when i am actually charging a channel with the amount added.

        So if want a add a channel though ala carte i need to pay the gst twice.
        A direct charge option is not given.

          As I recharged yesterday but the channels didnt start yet and I have spoked to many of your customer care people and they are literally unworthy...The problem is regarding E50 32 error I want the resolution as early as possible are else take off your connection immeditely worst experience i ever had.So send me your technician by the end of the day i need the immediate resolution.

            I have upgraded to hd set up box couple of years ago and i was trying to recharge a hd channel yesterday and it says i can't recharge. I called the call centre today and they told me to contact dealer and i have to purchase another. Setup box. I already purchased a setup box in 2016 and i am not going to buy another setup box. If you can't replace my setup box that i can add hd channel without any charges please cancel my subscription and refund the full amount. I will find another service provider. This is ridiculous asking money every 2 years to upgrade the setup box.

                I had been calling the sun direct team since weeks and after the ivr they do it get me connected to the representative. I’m highly unhappy with this.

                I purchased Sundirect HD, from the day one complaint on dth hanging, very poor quality and unprofessional behavior with the customer care service.
                No response for the customer complaints and blocking the phone numbers.

                  I did a recharge on 12th may for tamil dpo pack 3 for 1 month.
                  Pack value is : rs.278.81 + 18% gst.

                  I paid rs 329 as final amount incl gst 18%.

                  But when i received payment confirmation sms, i received as below :
                  "topup done for rs.329 (Incl gst 18% paid by company) for smc no … + my cust no and transaction reference number."

                  Why is that the message mentions "gst 18% paid by company"!. When the 18% gst was paid by the customer (Me).

                  Can you please clarify?

                        I had recharge 200rs on sundirect dish but sundirect wallet was not updated please verify the transaction and refund my money or update my sundirect wallet

                          All of sudden sundirect channels stopped working.customer care useless. Only outgoing calls no incoming so that customer will be suffering with bad service.but they don't worry. This kind of issues are happening frequently lots of complaint raised but not resolving .They arranged several technician visit but problem is not with installation.it is the network issue of sundirect which they don't resolved it. Hope at this forum it get resolved

                            Sun direct dth is one of the worst. It struck in the opening ad page itself and unable to view any channels properly. Its hd set top box and if we select hd channels then it will not show the channels properly and will struck nothing can be seen after that. At the time of connection they told long term validity pack will not be affected and all channels visible. Then they changed the dpo pack without intimation and looted all the money saying nearest dpo pack. Customer response also very poor. No compensation policy also. Without providing proper service they are taking prepaid payment of huge sum. Even if the box is not functioning there is no way of compensation for lost days without any services. Felt being cheated with the product and service provided the sun network.

                              Recharge for my sundirect dth at sundirect official website via citrus payment using upi option then i received one message click the url on the message and upi app open then pay amount, money debited but not recharge my dth account. After contact sun direct customer team he say money not received. Please check the status for transaction no[protected] on may 3 and amount is rs 199.

                              I have recharged 2 times till it was showing that i was never recharged. So I tried for costumer care number it shows like invalid number. I don't know how to watch TV to whom contact with. But I know one this was the worst DTH ever in the world. Seems like fraud company.
                              I don't whether these guys are studying this reviews and all.can any one give a valid customer care number my impatients is in peek stage right now.i should show who i am.

                                I'm using sun direct and they are not allowing customer to select the channels. Ie channel selection is possible. But at checkout it says insufficient balance. And to recharge, it allows to recharge the predefined packages which has more unwanted channels. And on recharge, it activates the predefined package and not the set of channels user selected. They are cheating the customer. No way to subscribe for the selected channels. None of their customer care numbers are accessible. If you have questions on the above said concern, you can login to sun direct portal and check the same.

                                    I have been using the sun direct since 8 months and recently i have rec harged my sundirect account with rs.272 as my monthly subscription is about to expire on 04th may 2019. Hence i have recharged on 03rd may to avoid any interruption in the connection from their official website that have redirected me to a payment gateway. To my luck, it happend, i have recharged and the transaction was sucessful and didnt get the money in my sun direct account. I tried calling all the numbers listed in the official website of sundirect and none of them were actually connecting to a representative. Finally after hours of struggle i was able to register a complaint and the person said it would take 48 hrs to resolve the problem. Today is 08th may (Morethan 96 hrs), no one has called me till now and i am the one who repeatedly calling them and asking them to help every day. The response from sundirect is so horrible that the representatives are not at all bothered in resolving a issue. The only reply i m getting from them is that ": we have registered the complaint please wait till you get a call from our side".
                                    When i have made a payment in advance even before the expiry of my subscription is this what i get in return??. We have decided to shift to another provider because of this stupid people.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      We would like inform you that we have purchased sun dth and it is being observed that some times signal issue & some times few channels not coming with telugu dpo pack1 @ 212.

                                      We are suffering issue from april-19 on-wards and we are calling to customer care number and we have raised numbers compalints against signal issue / dth not working but solution is not upto the mark.

                                      Against sun direct no: [protected] but still issue not resolved.

                                      Note: there is not service call report from the engineer against complaint closer.

                                      Whenever I call, call gets dropped immediately.
