Today morning around 8:40am there was some auto update happened, now every thing screwed 90% of channels gone. Mostly auto search happens for considerable seconds now when we give auto search it closes before full search. I am not saying its also not visible in menu its also not displaying in tv all (All channel in one menu) instead of 212 channels now showing may be below60. Useless stupid screw up update. Now instead of solving they say 150 charge they would send uneducated tech.

Complaint marked as Resolved Its clear the mistake is due to some software update glitch from their side and whether its accidental or intentional i don't know but 21 night they simply said to do manual scan and it dosen't worked and they said tech is needed to solve and pay 150... and i refused later 22 night i was clearly pointing the error once again which is by the auto update they simply denied and 23may they again said to do manual scan and it worked so its simply a diversion.
Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

But Note:"21may when i explained it to customer care they said to do simply manual scan and it dosent worked and they said tech person has to come to solve and cost 150++", "23may morning they came via call and are saying the same manual scan and the problem is solved", Guys be vigilant if you see any updates happening in sunDTH check the channels immediately, Its creates errors whether its intentional or developers mistake I don't know but if you are not vigilant you will simply have to pay the tech for mistake they made.
