I have done the payment of rs. 25 from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app paytm.
The amount is credited to upi id citruspay@axisbank.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called and mailed so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.

Kindly pls look into this.

free channels not broadcasting in sun direct

M using SUN DIRECT dish connection.Every month we recharge Tamil economic pack for an amount of 240. But the free channels like puthiyathalaimurai, polimer and other free channels are not broadcasting.We have tried to contact the sun direct customer care/toll free numbers but there was not any proper response.We request your good self, to kindly make necessary arrangements to broadcast all the free channels.

double gst if we charge through a la carte

If we need to rechange through ala carte, its a two step process.
First we need to add some amount and then do the recharge.

When ever the amount is added they charge a gst amount. And again gst will be charged when i am actually charging a channel with the amount added.

So if want a add a channel though ala carte i need to pay the gst twice.
A direct charge option is not given....

As I recharged yesterday but the channels didnt start yet and I have spoked to many of your customer care people and they are literally unworthy...The problem is regarding E50 32 error I want the resolution as early as possible are else take off your connection immeditely worst experience i ever had.So send me your technician by the end of the day i need the immediate resolution....

I had been calling the sun direct team since weeks and after the ivr they do it get me connected to the representative. I’m highly unhappy with this.

Additionally i have to change my mobile number in sun direct from my old one to new one.

gst after online recharge - paid by customer or sun dth company-sms not clear

I did a recharge on 12th may for tamil dpo pack 3 for 1 month.
Pack value is : rs.278.81 + 18% gst.

I paid rs 329 as final amount incl gst 18%.

But when i received payment confirmation sms, i received as below :
"topup done for rs.329 (Incl gst 18% paid by company) for smc no … + my cust no and transaction reference number."

Why is that the message...

I had recharge 200rs on sundirect dish but sundirect wallet was not updated please verify the transaction and refund my money or update my sundirect wallet
Already deduction of money happens more than first time please do not mistake one more time and update wallet very quickly and also notice that your servers are very slow whener we make transcation s it happens...

tv channels are disappear

All of sudden sundirect channels stopped working.customer care useless. Only outgoing calls no incoming so that customer will be suffering with bad service.but they don't worry. This kind of issues are happening frequently lots of complaint raised but not resolving .They arranged several technician visit but problem is not with installation.it is the network issue of sundirect which they don't resolved it. Hope at this forum it get resolved...

set top box not working properly, without consent changed dpo package

Sun direct dth is one of the worst. It struck in the opening ad page itself and unable to view any channels properly. Its hd set top box and if we select hd channels then it will not show the channels properly and will struck nothing can be seen after that. At the time of connection they told long term validity pack will not be affected and all channels visible. Then they changed the dpo pack without intimation and looted all the money saying...

Recharge for my sundirect dth at sundirect official website via citrus payment using upi option then i received one message click the url on the message and upi app open then pay amount, money debited but not recharge my dth account. sun direct not allowing to select channels instead forcing customer to use their predefined channel set as a package

payment not received

I have been using the sun direct since 8 months and recently i have rec harged my sundirect account with rs.272 as my monthly subscription is about to expire on 04th may 2019. Hence i have recharged on 03rd may to avoid any interruption in the connection from their official website that have redirected me to a payment gateway. To my luck, it happend, i have recharged and the transaction was sucessful and didnt get the money in my sun direct...

When i contacted customercare they have informed me that my plan got migrated as per the trai rule. But as per my understanding trai rule is to provide option to the customer to choose the required channels. But here in my case sundirect forcefully migrated...
