One of the worst customer service, i never seen like this till now, please provide proper training to your customer service executives before placed to work, and also worst materials for making antena, set of box, please improve their quality,
And one thing defenetly i am going to remove sundirect dish from home after the current pack ending time, sorry to say the above things but you should improve this kind of things

Installation done by 6pm on 25/07/2019. Activation not yet done even after lapse of 48 hours. Continuously calling customer care and installation staff. No response from your side. Very poor service comparing to other DTH services.
Kindly cancel our DTH and refund the amount. (Rs.1075).
