I paid six month subscription on 21/11/2018 but before validity you cut the channels 26/04/2019. Evidence is enclosed.

Last two days i called customer care it not works and also mailed to sun direct customer care but no acknowledgement and no rectification.

Kindly resume the channels or we should take legal action to them

porting to other dth provider

Why sundirect can't give complete freedom for selecting channels to their customers. Why it is providing all language packages in a single language selection. For example i want to select telugu channels only but sundirect provide tamil, maliyalam, kannada, gujarati ect in telugu dpo pack. Why it is not following trai rules and regulations. And trai also not taking necessary action against it....

about not following trai rules and regulations

Sundirect a dth provider can't follow trai regulations.
As per trai, the dth consumers can select free to air channels or pay channels or both in a single window. For example i can choose 100 channels of basic package including fta channels and pay channels as per trai regulations but sundirect not allowed it to select free and paid channels at a time....

Amount is credited to upi id citruspay@axisbank.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted bhim they said recharge is sucessful from their end.

customer care people talk ignorant even after recharging multiple time

When i talk to customer care they ignorantly tell it will come after 2 hours and disconnect the call even after calling multiple times they are not bothered to resolve
Strict action has to be taken on these people and refund all my amount

I recharged for rs. 210/-. Into my sun direct account no: through sun direct website where payment is payed via citrus payment online banking on 17/04/2019. But the amount is not credited till now. Recharged again through shop it was been charged and channels are visible but the earlier amount is not yet credited in my bank account.in-fact rs 420/- is gone for charging for rs 210/-.
