This is sebin xavier. My sun direct connection numbser is [protected].. I have recharged sun dth pack on dec 2018 for 6 months. From april first week onwards, my connection got inactive. When i contacted customercare they have informed me that my plan got migrated as per the trai rule. But as per my understanding trai rule is to provide option to the customer to choose the required channels. But here in my case sundirect forcefully migrated me to some of their pack without my knowledge. I would like to retain the orginal pack which sundirect aggreeed to me when i have recharged on december, or else please refund my amount so that i can choose the required channels as per trai rule.

Some are working but never get a custome acre agent, will ask to wait for 10 minutes and later call drop.

    Hlo sir/madam i recharged my sundirect dth on 5th may 2019 with 212rs but they said recharge amount is not credited to their account but i have transaction i'd and upi reference id that i have recharged and this was done through sundirect app the customer care service is worst and they are not properly responding to my complaint i provide you the screen shot of recharge so please consider my request...

      When i'm calling customer care they are not picking up the call... This is not fair.. They have to answer the call as early as possible but they are not doing like that... They are making customers to wait in call for a long time... So please take an ammediate action.. Actually the problem is i can't able to watch tv because of this stupid signal by sun direct (Dth) it shows that... There is no signal please contact customer care and when i'm trying to call they are not even responding for my call.. Some times they will but they will pick up the call after making me to wait for more time... This is not the way to treat the customer... If this problem is not resolved i'm going to change my dth... Please verify this request and take action against customer care who doesn't even pick the call...

        I paid six month subscription on 21/11/2018 but before validity you cut the channels 26/04/2019. Evidence is enclosed.

        Last two days i called customer care it not works and also mailed to sun direct customer care but no acknowledgement and no rectification.

        Kindly resume the channels or we should take legal action to them

          I have recharged my account with 179 rs on 30th april 2019 around 11 to 12 pm but its not topup to my account and money is detected i called and chat with sundirect great customercare stupid operators chat people tell and ask so many non-sense questions and customer care people are too great ki after taking the all # of info they cut the calls not for once i talked with 4 people as they dont have any idea whats going on account they simply cutting the calls. I am tracking with them for 4 long day still no proper response.
          Waste network y dont you upgrade your software..
          This is second time i am facing the recharge issue.

            Fraud done by executive need to track down,

            I have requested to change of set top box for card no. [protected], but after 24 hours i got call from one person called phuleshwar yadav (Sun direct executive) with mobile no. [protected], he requested to close the complaint before sending engineer to my residence,

            Three time complaint raised complaint no that raised :-

            Today raised again, pls track the executive first who give the false confirmation of replacement of equipments.

              I'm a subscriber with customer id [protected] who opted for sun direct kannada package paying advance subscription for one year. However the company taking undue advantage of the trai guidelines has unilaterally adjusted and appropriated the amount in my account subscribing for many unheard channels in oriya, bengali, assamese etc etc which we never think of viewing on our life time leave alone subscribing for these channels. While the personnel at customer care centre never bother to reply our calls, i'm only harassed by the company which is making me to listen for only recorded messages from umpteen numbers, thus ruing my decision to put for sun direct which operates with only a single motif of looting gullible subscribers

                I paid rs 650 on 30.04.2019 by third party topup and same day acvited for monthly renual as follows:
                1. Zee hd hindi bouquet-zee all in-one pack hindi hd package
                2. Sun - gemini movies hd, gemini music hd, gemini tv hd. (6 channels)
                3. Star-telugu hd premium (19channels)
                4. Etv-hd family pack (7channels)
                5. Etv plus, etv life, zee cinemalu, etv cinema, etv abhiruchi, ntv.
                Next day (01.05.2019) i opted for (1) gemini commidy (Ch no.159), (2) gemini life (Ch. No161) (3) telugu cinema club (Ch. No.162) (4) maa movies (Ch. No.168).
                But when i was activated on 01.05.2019 four channels still running only.
                Mentioned above 1 to 5 all hd packs & sd channels deacvated from 01.5.2019 10am onwards
                I talk several times with custmour care for the above problem but no one not rectified.
                I request you kindly verify and rectify my problem as early as possible.

                      Why sundirect can't give complete freedom for selecting channels to their customers. Why it is providing all language packages in a single language selection. For example i want to select telugu channels only but sundirect provide tamil, maliyalam, kannada, gujarati ect in telugu dpo pack. Why it is not following trai rules and regulations. And trai also not taking necessary action against it.

                        Sundirect a dth provider can't follow trai regulations.
                        As per trai, the dth consumers can select free to air channels or pay channels or both in a single window. For example i can choose 100 channels of basic package including fta channels and pay channels as per trai regulations but sundirect not allowed it to select free and paid channels at a time.

                          Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted bhim they said recharge is sucessful from their end.

                          Set top box is not working since last two days. There is no electric connection available in the set off box. Only red line showing and thereafter immediately dis-appearing. If HD set off boxes are available for change of existing set top box kindly inform the cost for the same. Please provide nearest consumer cadre number.

                              When i talk to customer care they ignorantly tell it will come after 2 hours and disconnect the call even after calling multiple times they are not bothered to resolve

                              This sun direct is just a fraud company doing fraud to people like me
                              Attached below the screenshot
                              They say they provide zee kannada hd channel and 25rs has been charged also can find the channel in the list of the package but when called to customer care they talk so rude and say there is no zee kannada hd channel
                              Please take strict action on this big fraud

                                Sun direct irritating me. Sun Direct is failure to provide good quality service. At least once in a week I call to the customer care, because of channel failure. After that they replay that they will take complaint, the service team will reach me, and ₹150 is the fees for the service. Please help me.
                                We r using sun direct Malayalam . We used to recharge Malayalam pack for rupees 235/-every month. In the last week of May onwards Suddenly Asianet channel not getting so we again recharged before the expiry date even we r not getting Asianet also some other Malayalam channels. Kindly do the needful.
                                Sundirect channels are coming after recharge, by difualt its activatated marati pack, but need kannada and telugu channles, customer care number always not work, no responds for live chat, no replay for E-mail, worst service from sundirect

                                  We are using sun direct dth connection.After 10 days of election announcement we are able to see only sunt.v, sun news, adithya, vijay, zee tamil and few.but we are not able to see news18 tamil, sun life and some channels.so please take action to solve this issue. dth no:[protected]

                                    viewing is temporarily blocked

                                    Channels are coming. But video and audio not coming. It's showing an error "Viewing is temporarily blocked". My smart card no. Is [protected]R. The issue is continuing for a day. I called customer care many times. They are saying that it will be resolved in 2 hours. But didn't resolved. How long I have to wait for this? Kindly do the needful to resolve this....

                                    Without our permission channels had been removed and activated different pack and now no one is feeling responsible for it and no one is lodging complaint. We had recharged 272 telugu dpo pack.. But in that past 2days zee telugu and zee cinemalu is not coming... What kind of pathetic service it is.. No one is ready to raise compliant. Executives have no information about the product, how to react with customer, so i need an explanation regarding this...

                                      I recharged for rs. 210/-. Into my sun direct account no: through sun direct website where payment is payed via citrus payment online banking on 17/04/2019. But the amount is not credited till now. Recharged again through shop it was been charged and channels are visible but the earlier amount is not yet credited in my bank account.in-fact rs 420/- is gone for charging for rs 210/-. Have complained in sundirect customer care, no solution found even the complaint number is not visible in the system. Very irresponsible staff and sun direct is cheating customers always by deducting their money and say that within 3 hours it will be credited after 3 hours they say within 24 hours it will be credited.
                                      Please do necessary action to get my amount back as early as possible.
