Respected sir,
I got sun direct new connection on jan 2019 for 1 year subscription pack so it will expired on jan 2020. Now i recevied message through sun direct your connection is expire on aug 2019, and some channels are blocked so please solve this problem sir,,,,, so many times i cal to customer care number but they did;t pick the call... And no respose sir... My sundirect id number csdn:16694470.

1. Every now and then i get a stop service message. Called many times to fix this but no success yet. (Will you pay me back for the days i am not able to view; for this the response, i got from ms shameena floor supervisor is we can not give and we did whatever we can; nothing else we can do. You have to wait thats all.)
2. Its very difficult to get connected with call center. And even if gets connected its being disconnected by the agents when they run out of answers and solutions.
3. Looks like employees you have there dosen't carry any knowledge of issues and solutions apart from saying sorry.
4. Never got any permanent solutions for my issues.

I have recharged my sundirect telugu dpo pack 1 for 3 months with 591/_ through online by debit card. But the channels are not activated. I called to three or four customer care no's, but it is saying all lines are busy. I tried for many times. Please try to understand my problem and you are requested to activate our recharge as soon as possible

Sun direct has two customer care support numbers but never gets connected.

To speak with customer care representative, provided two numbers has huge waiting list and some time never connects, frustrating for customers and loosing of customers for sundirect.

Please provide additional facilities to accommodate the customer requests, need to wait 30 mins at least to connect your customer care support.

I am facing error in my set top box. I am complaining from 5-6 months.
I called customer care, every time they are telling clean smart card and reinsert again. How pathetic it is. They all are very well known about this error but still same reply.
If we registered a complaint one illiterate technician comes and without touching anything or troubleshooting simply says every time my set top is faulty and need to replace. What is this? At same time thousands of people's complaining the same, means all set top boxes are faulty at one moment.

I don't know why such a company making fool of their customer. This is only company transmission signal or frequency synchronization fault and they are forcing to customer for paying unnecessary charge for changing set top box. Why should customer have to bear this cost? Still i am waiting for any strict action of @sun direct.

Hi I'm pabbith my registered Mobile number is [protected] my smart card number is [protected]R I have done a recharge on 24/03/2019 an amount of 1059 mistakenly and I registered a complaint for refund on 30/03/2019 then sundirect deactivated the 1059 pack according to my complaint but the money is not credited my transaction ID is[protected] please refund my money

I booked a new connection on 30.03.2019. But till now installation not done. No service engineer came and customercare no not working. Kindly resolve the issue asap. One service person came on 30.03.2019 but he is not installaed and he told me that i will come tomorrow do the installation but he didn't come. If i call to that person he is not responding to my call. Please kindly take a serious action. I didn't expect this type of service...

Our amount not credited into the account...We complained many times to citrus solutions but they are not taking any action why you are not taking any action we have recharged through Sundirect app in the citrus solutions mode of payment for 225 rupees I said many times for you but you are not at all taking any action this is 3rd or 4th time I am requesting you for my amount how many time should I request you for my amount it's my amount why should I request you citrus solution is the worst mode of transactions ever and their calling and saying that the issue is refunded the amount but amount is not refunded always saying lies about that you thinking about us

Busy busy and when talking 30sec hold again recharge
It's ur mistakes wrongly adding the channels
And disconnecting the calls worst customer service
Why not answering the calls we are also a customer pls pick the phone and talk with me

But no answering from last three days who is the responsibility this mistake please activate my card as early as possible otherwise refund my amount and took away your equipment

I have made a topup in my balance so that i can activate new plan, but i could not do it. From today morning 8 am to 8 pm i try to contact the customer care but line has been continuously diconnected including miss call alert, toll free and nodal officer. Think that utter failure in customer service. But i have received so many reminders from sundirect to recharge but there is no customer services.

Better door dharsan shall start dish tv we can join them,

I have renewed my sun direct account.. And the amount was also paid. But the channels are not telecasting.. Calling to a customer care they are not responding..

Every time these customer care not responding... Even i also wrote a complaint in their website.. It also no response...
Now my money was also wasted..
In their website they are given the option chat with us... But it every time shows error..

I m totally fed up due to no respone...

Hi, i sun direct tv customer, i requested to customer care person to add on happy india pack 31 on 27 march 2019, but they were added different pack happy india sports 39. Then i immediately called to customer care but they can't resolve this problem. I requested to you please resolve my problem. I communicate sun direct customer care person 27 march 2019, 28 march 2019 and 29 march 2019.

I have recharged to sun direct through sun direct app by your payments in that i used upi copied my upion that it was directed into the phonepe then i was recharged to 225 rupees and my sun direct smart card number was[protected] to this number i have recharged but it was not and into my account since 6 it has been 6 days please do some work with my account..

Hii this is Rashmic I am From Karnataka, so i have recharged for 250 rs from my paytm account and i wanted to add tamil dpo pack 2 but it automatically activated bengali dpo pack 2 with balance 37 rs. I have contacted them through Costomer care, Sunshine Shine Store and Email But i have no Reply From Them.WHAT SHOULDI DO NOW ?????? HOPE YOU WILL TAKE SERIOUS ACTION TO THIS!!!

As per trai regulations, the customer can change channels whenever required. The sun direct app, is only allowing to add channels or packs. There is no provision to delete any channel once added. Pl. Note.in tata sky dth, addition/deletion is possible on realtime basis on line through app.in sun direct, we are forced to pay for channels once added. Their app must permit addition and deleting whenever required.

I am a active customer og sun direct. My sun tv pack was expired on 22nd march. So i want to use the app to recharge it online through sun direct app. So on 22nd march 2019 at 4.57 pm i successfully transfer rupees 689 through phonepe to [protected]@axisbank. I also confirm the transaction from my bank. But sun direct denies the same. Please give me justice.
