SUN DTH provides wonderful fast and responsive customer service prior to Jan 2019, because of that I didn't opt for any other DTH provider.
This is the first time I didn't get any reply from them and my problem is not yet resolved.
I Paid one year Tamil Mega Pack in SUN DTH and now they changed my package plan to "Tamil DPO 3 Package Basic Subscription 6 Months Renewal" without giving proper information to the customer which is against TRAI rule.

My sun DTH some of the channels are not displaying which is already working. have two SUn DTH SIM card but the problem happens for the above Subscription ID.
1) Jaya TV
2) Jaya Max
3) Flix
4) Travel XP Tamil
5) etc... ( 15 +) channels are not working.
All the above list of channels are working fine till March 05, 2019 but now it shows the channel subscriptions are expired even though I have valid subscription till July 2019. Please note that I have opted Mega Tamil Pack and the validity expires only on July 19, 2019.
My question is
A) Why the above channel is not working? still, I have valid subscription till July 19, 2019, for all of the above-said channels.
B) No customer care number is not at all working. I have tried all your customer care number either the number is not reachable or no one is picking up. the call.
Tried to contact sun dth customer care via phone/chat/email/facebook/twitter and Tamilnadu nodal officer via email chain.
nothing works.
please understand whatever you are doing is against TRAI regulation
AS PER TRAI REGULATION - F. No.21-4/2018-B&CS
"(3) Nothing contained in these regulations shall affect any packs, plans or bouquets on offer before the
commencement of these regulations and all the distributors of television channels shall continue to offer the said
packs, plans or bouquets to all the subscribers till 31st January 2019.
Provided that it shall be mandatory for all the distributors of television channels to either discontinue or
modify all their existing packs, plans or bouquets in compliance with the provisions of these regulations after
31st January 2019.
Provided further that all distributors of television channels shall offer and obtain the option for
subscription of new packs, plans or bouquets from the subscribers in compliance with the provisions of these
regulations on or before 31st January 2019 and shall ensure that services to the subscribers are provided as per
the new packs, plans or bouquets opted for subscription by the subscribers only after 31st January 2019.”
HOPE YOU WILL RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST OR AT LEAST YOU COULD RESPOND / REPLY TO ME.
SUN DTH DON'T DETACH FROM YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.
