missing channels and irresponsible customer care

Hi,
This is siva, with contains smart card number [protected].
Tried calling customer care about etv hd channels missing in my list, however i have paid 29 rupees for all the channels.
Your customer people not able to answer the questions which i asked and taking worst wards with other customer service people like (Chikka chikka ga mataladuthundau).
My question is do you think customers are fool's or what charging...

not able to see channels and not able to choose any package

Unfortunate sun direct has stopped most of the channels i have subscribed
Iam trying to call them from past 15 days there is no response in their helpline
Their local agents are saying that i need to pay rs 175 for activation
This very unfair not justified

Took sun direct dth recently. Recharge 2 times in this month. Complaining about channel pack activations and no support from customer carenot activated but balance shows in account. Also there is 0 support from customer care. No one pick up a call to their customer care number. Sun direct service seems to be very poor and pathetic. They are very unprofessional. And no respect for the customers....

24th january 2019, recharged roi pack with rs 850/- for 3 months. Again they recharge telugu value plus pack on 25th january 2019. Who gave this rights to change the plan. From 6th march 2019, no channels are coming. All of them were disconnected. It means for the period of 24th january 2019 to 6th march 2019, they charged rs 850/-...

I am having a sun direct connection taken last year with 100% advance payment for 12 months. I got the connection enabled on 29.3.2018 and the validity expires only on 28.3.2019. The pack chosen was full hd pack.

They had automatically migrated my package without my consent (Message received shows that - as advised by trai) and they had put me in to the basic pack after removing all the hd channels and...
