I have an Sun Direct DTH Connection and my Smartcard Number is [protected], I am residing in Jodhpur, Since last may I am facing signal problem. I have raised complaints for the same, the complaint Numbers are as follows: Complaint No.1:[protected] dated 18 May15, No.2:[protected] dated 26 Jun 15, No.3:[protected] dated 12 July 15. In May I waited for more than 15 days and went for a vacation to my hometown and returned on 23 Jun 15, after coming back I have recharged for 6 month subscription for Rs.1100/- after recharging also it was showing signal error, so I raised a complaint with customer care of Sundirect on 26 june. after repeated calls to customer care also nobody has come from sundirect for rectification of my problem. On July 10th they have automatically closed my complaint without rectification of complaint. again I lodged my third complaint on 12th July when I came to know from customer care that my complaint has been resolved without my confirmation. I have sent many emails to Nodal Officer of Sundirect, Rajasthan but till date no body has visited my place or rectified my complaint. Money is also deducted for the above period when there is no signal

    Dear Sir/Madam, I have recharged Sun Direct DTH today morning with smart bearing no. [protected] thro' my debit card (Central Bank of India, Vellore CMC Branch). I requested to recharge for Tamil-Basic of Rs.175/- and I also furnished the details correctly thro' online banking. The amount was debited in my savings account and my DTH account balance was not credited and also not activated and I called your customer care executive immediately but the reply was not satisfactory to me. He told me to contact the bank's customer care. The problem is with your side, could you please look into this as soon as possible and also kindly activate my DTH for tamil basic immediately. I am also herewtith forwarding the transaction failure message for your kind perusal. Please do the needful at the earliest. Waiting for your positive reply soon.        this is shailesh k shah residing at mehsana, gujarat.  the smart card no. Is [protected]. For the past 3 weeks, i could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, e48, etc.) i have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected] . No one responded for first 2 weeks. While i enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week i got the direct consumer service line and i have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 10 calls (Both from my landline and mobile) . Also, i've informed them that i'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

        Sir, My Sun Direct Smart card No. is, [protected], and the connection is not working for more than a month. I have made complaint several times through [protected], from my mobile number, [protected] on 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 17th July 2015.All those days the customer executives replied that 'your complaint has been registered and the complaint number will be sending by SMS'. So far no SMS, no complaint number, nor the problems rectified by the company. Actual problem is that the dish position is changed, due to that it is showing as 'E48-32 No Signal' in the TV Display.

        Please do the necessary action

          I have made an attempt to recharge of SMC no.[protected] consequent on SMS from sundirect on 3rd July 2015 through internet banking and the amount transferred to No.[protected]CITRUS and debited my account. But the recharge not effect. Consequent on this I again recharged it through a third party. The amount debited in my account so far not recredited to my account. Immediate action may be taken to creditg Rs.175/- to mt account Lissamma

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am a customer of sundth my dish smart card no is [protected], from last 15 days my tv displaying massage e 48-32 no signal due this no channel is working.several time i complaint to sundth customer care they told me that your problem resolved within 48 hrs but till today no technical person or call came from sundth.every day i call in sundth customer care but solution come yet. With have great estimation on your service (consumer complaints) I humbly request to take some action on service provider the service effectively and also to grant the compensation for the lost period.               sun direct DTH connection.my card no - [protected]. i am getting only a few channels on my TV since June last week after a heavy rain over here at Rajkot. i have been calling a no of times since 3rd July 2015. the customer care service person told that technician would be contacting shortly all the times i called.last time when i called the customer service person even said she wont let me call them again for this issue. technician has never called me inspite of calling 5 times and no response was given from the company side.the worst service i have met with in my life.

                My card no is [protected].I recharged my account on the months of June and July for Rs 200 as per the pack.We should get almost all tamil channels.But we are getting only four Tamil channels screened for the same pack.I been trying to reach out to you people for almost two months but there is no response.If this go one continuing like this I will go upto am extent of disconnection.Please be responsible enough to clear our enquiries

                  I am a SUN DIRECT customer since 2009 and my SMC is [protected]. My subscription world tamil pack at the rate of Rs 250/month expires today.I have a balance of Rs239 as recharge balance till today19.00 hrs.Today I have done a topup of Rs 139 for Tamil Economy Pack Subscription through a mobile shop ( Ref[protected]. After few minutes I have received message stating that my balance is only Rs 128.54. Nearly Rs 111 is taken from my account without my knowledge and though I opted for Tamil Economy Pack Subscription with Rs139 my subscription is renewed as Tamil World Pack with Rs 250 per month without my consent.I request you to rectify the defects as soon as possible .                   They(sun direct)called me over phone from 914433667777 and enquired about the complaints in detail.They informed that only after the expiry of the sundirect subscription we can change over to other packages ie for eg:if the subscription for Tamil World Pack expires on 1.7.15 on the same day we cannot recharge for Tamil Economy Pack and on 2.7.15 we can recharge for Tamil Economy Pack.However they have changed my supscription to Tamil Basic Package and remitted the difference amount to my recharge A/C.They responded immediately and resolved the issue amicably

                    I am PP Kurian, from New Delhi. My smart card No. is[protected], My sun direct is not working from23 Jun 15. The TV shows No signal (E48-32). This fault happens frequently and the mechanic from Surya Enterprises, G-1805, New Delhi visit my house and charge Rs.150/-for every visit. The fault is still existing. We have great loss due to non operational of Sun direct. I have given complaint on 26 Jun 15, but no action taken so far. Request to repair my immediately without any cost. I am facing a lot of problem

                        My smart card No. is[protected]. Sun direct not working since 23 Jun 15 and it shows No Signal ( E48-.32). This problem of not working Sun direct is happens periodically and the representative from Surya Enterprises, G-1805, MB road, New Delhi used to attend and rectify the fault for few days and charges Rs.150/- for every visit.(Cash Receipt No. 2111dated 15/05/15 is evident). No permanent solution given till now.Presently we are not in a position to see the news through Telecast. Request to rectify the fault permanently with out charge or other wise permit to go to consumer court for our loss. My Mobile No.[protected]

                            21 june 2015 i rechaged through myrecharge.co.in online Rs.100 and another hundred(Rs.100) . total 200 . one 100 balance is recd in my sundirect balance . another one 100 balance not yet receive. smt card no.[protected] recharge amt 100 date 21/6/15 time 10.32.45 transaction id[protected]. recharge successful with myrecharge give operator transaction id RB[protected]. sundirect customer care said there is no balance received.

                              Hi Team, Generally most of the customer care nos are toll free. But your's is not, don't know why? If it is not toll free, then at least it should get connect to agent in short span of time. But it took me 15 minutes to connect to customer care agent. I was charged 40 rs. who will pay this mobile bill to me? Secondly, after recharging the TV, why is that we have to again call customer care to get it recharge. When consumer selects his package and does the recharge it should activate in quick time. This is not happening, he has to call up customer care and talk to the agent to get it done. This is pathetic. What is the quality of service you are giving to consumer, Pls look into this seriously, else it may effect your organization badly in the long run.                                 Hi, I am Sudhakar from Bangalore. I registered an online complaint(SR# : 1-[protected]) stating that the Sound and picture were freezing. After 4 days, Finally!!! technician reached home. At the first he mentioned there is some problem with Tv.. then with the electrical circuit.. then set up box.. then audio/video plugin...!!! Basically he is not a technician.. !!! I asked him to replace the STB as I believed there was something wrong with that. He replaced with service box and the connection was proper. But he took the box and again started saying there is something wrong with the audio/video plugin. He was not at all listening to me. It is just 6 months that I got the connection and the so called service is very great.!! He left without even responding to me properly. After few minutes, I received a message stating that complaint has been rectified. I called up the 24hr customer service and when I was explaining the adamant behaviour of the technician, he hung up the call !!! Just like that. What type of service is provided to us from Sun Direct !! They are not replacing my STB as the warranty is still on. They would have replaced if that had expired and asked me to pay for it. Contact me at my registered mobile. I prefer Tamil.

                                  1. Sun direct number [protected] was recharged in Nov 2014. Since then response from customer care was Technician would attend in a day. Umpteen number of calls & same reply with NONE turning up for weeks & months together. Now I have shifted out to Bhopal, Madhyapradesh from Chattisgarh, MP. Reactivation request was placed daily & numerous times. Same reply as " in a Day or Two" as ever. No individual visited nor the line was established. 2. To utter dismay recently Customer care calling inquiring about connection. And daily messages !!! Wondering why ??? Due for Recharge in June after 6 months. 3. Is this what customer service? Just collect charges and don't deliver any?

                                    I Manjunath, have taken sun direct connection on 20.06.2015 with smart card no.[protected] with paying Rs.2100 through customer service. Further, before installing they assured it will be activated within 1 hour after installation, but even after nearly 17 hours it has not been activated and on calling customer service no proper response as per assured and tell us it will take 48 hours to resolve the problem. On the other hand they are misleading the customers by improper information and misguided the customer. So please take necessary action immediately and help us. Manjunath S V

                                      Really very Worst & Poor Customer Care and Network SUN DTH All, if you are planing to go for DTH - Pleasse dont go for SUN DIRECT..., You will get Better options in the market but plz don't try Sun Direct. really you have to get hurted by their worst customer care. Its been almost 2 months now and even after repeated followup's "NO response". Whenever we call the customer service they ask us call later or no is busy or silent call went wastage I Am really frustrated... I would take all the possible steps to sue Sun Direct coz its a cheating - FRAUD! Company
