I have recharged my dth with 6 months plan around 12th nov
My 6 months plan has been migrated to some other plan (Without informing and taking my concern) and my validity has reduced because of that.
I want my money back in pro database, so that i will select my required channels. Now i don't want all these channels.
Or
If you are going to provide the same number of channels i want my actual 6 months validity.

I called up sundirect in january regarding the trai new rules but the customer care clearly mentioned that the plan is not going to change till the validity after that i have to choose my own list of channels, but now with out any information they have subscribed all the channels in the previous plan and changed the validity.

I have called them today (08mar) as well, they are telling they can't change the plan now as it has already been activated.

Please help..!

        I have taken new connection on 27/06/2018 with annual package which cost rs 5999/-. Still i have three months validity but they have disconnected and asking to recharge again. When i call customer care they are just disconnecting my call after hearing problem. One of the worst customer care.

        I need my money back for three months or need to reactivate my channels for three months. Why i need to recharge again. How it expires on march, if i recharged for 12 months on 27/06/2018.

          On 24/01/2019 paid rs850 for roi for 3 months. On 6th march 2019 connection was barred saying balance is over. We talked to few customer care executives but no one took seriously and problem was not solved yet. According to them extra channels were provided but we were not informed regarding this and we have nevr requsted for extra channels.

          Kindly resolve the issue by extending tge period or refunding us the amount back.

            My sun direct smart card number :[protected].
            Registered mobile number : [protected].

            24th January 2019, recharged ROI PACK with Rs 850/- for
            3 months. Again they recharge TELUGU VALUE PLUS PACK on 25th January 2019. Who gave this rights to change the plan. From 6th March 2019, no channels are coming. All of them were disconnected. It means for the period of 24th January 2019 to 6th March 2019, they charged Rs 850/- for this short duration.when I asked customer care, they told that from 1st Feb 2019, TRAI RULES AND REGULATIONS HAVE CHANGED. So, we have to pay again for renew the channel by paying the amount again.

            If rules were changed from 1st Feb, then they have to charge a particular amount from 24th January to 1st February from Rs 850/-.

            And balance amount they have to credit again in our sun direct account. Without doing that, one side sun direct charged Rs 850/- for 3 months. And within 45 days, they disconnect our channels and digested our amount too.

            It means they charged Rs 850/- for 45 days. Vch is not correct.
            In ROI pack, we can see all hindi, TELUGU channels and business news channels etc.
            But at present ROI pack, less number of channels were in the list.
            Just we want that they can continue the subscription which we paid for.

                I am having sun direct dth with ID [protected].
                I am on basic package.
                I want only Malayalam free channel and Shalom TV, which is also a free channel.
                So my total monthly subscription should be 154 including tax. I recharged with RS. 500.

                Now my complaints are.
                1. Even after recharging for 500, my account is recharged only for one month with RS 154. I am asked to call back every month.

                2. Base pack I choose is valid only for one month and I ha e to select it again next month.
                They are forcing me to select other packs indirectly.

                3. I don't want other free channel. I want only Malayalam free channels and Shalom TV. They are refusing to remove other free channels from other languages. I know some DD channels are mandatory and OK with those.

                4. Customer care executive is rude... They have little knowledge. They disconnect the call abruptly, put the call on hold without intimating and refuses the call to be transfered to the supervisors. Since they cut the call after a long silence I called back and spoke to three agents and all three behaved the same way.

                  I had talen a HD connection november 2018 and paid for 1 year rs5490 and the pack was hd ultra telugu cinima sports pack. Now it was refused to august instead of November and I am not getting the channels as promised by you while taking the connection. So please respond as early as possible and resolve the issue in the intrest of law, if not I has to knock the door of consumer forum to have my rights as per our agrement while purchasing

                    automatically changed my channel list without confirmation from user

Now all of sudden, the number channels which i used to get was reduced and no confirmation or checking with me was done by company.in fact i had posted a query regarding how would my subscription be affected due to trai guidelines changes for tv channels in january 2019, but did not receive any response from them.                     I have sun direct connection till 17 oct 2019. But today 07/03/19 they stopped telecasting. Complained about it to the local sun direct store. No proper response. Say they do not know. When logged to the website and tried to select channels it is not working!!!?.

                      One of the worst fraud service by sun direct dth. Paid for tamil dpo 3basic pack for rs 330 on march 4. Still now except suntv none other tamil channels are coming. Tried to contact all the numbers, mails nt a single response i got still now. Nearly called abt 200 times. I[censored] cant provide the service we want then y ur adverstising like hell in the ads on tv. Very cheap attitude from the reputed network. I will never use sundirect again where no respect to customers.

                                  I have subscribed hd ultra tamil cinema plus sports basic subscription package yearly renewal on 13.07.2018 amount stored rs.5000 @ sundirect. 2 days back i have received one message from sundirect that my plan has been migrated to tamil hd dpo2 plan.in this i got more than 60 hd channels. But now i am receiving only 23 hd channels. For existing customer it must be exception as per trai regulations. We request you to provide existing plan as per my subscription.

                                    We don't know why u r running customer care, its merely waste no use for any customers, it just advertising the offers and not satisfying customers need. We can't able to contact the customer care to rectify our needs. I paid 230 dpo 1 pack through online but channels are not activating. Don't cheat customers by running these kinds of customer care. Dont waste ur time and valuable customers time and money also. I am really feeling why we using sun dth, its very poor customer satisfaction service

                                      I having a sun direct dth.

                                      I had recharged for 1 year hd package of rs 5000 (15/12/2018) and i got all the hd channels validity up to 15/12/0219

                                      Before implementation of new trai rule i call your customer care executive she told me that i dont want to select any channel i will get all hd packages.

                                      But suddenly yesterday[protected] with out any information you changed my plan to hd malayalam dpo 2 package. I call your customer care executive today he is not giving me proper answer and cut the call with out my permission. I dont want all those channels you selected.
                                      It is against the rule of trai.

I call your customer care executive he is not giving me proper answer and cut the call with out my permission. I dont want all those channels they selected.
                                      It is purely against the rule of trai.
