Have recharged my account for base pack for last month twice.

130/- and later again including the gst for 153/-.
Both the amounts are not reflecting on the account.
With so much of technological advances there is very less implementation on the company’s working.
Every time you recharge you need to make a call to enable the recharged amount to work on the set top box. How so stupid can people think?!

Nor is it reflecting on my account nor the customer service number is reachable to call from the time the dth services underwent a change.

Reason i heard from a service men associated with the provider is since there were so many queries they have stopped answering on those service numbers.

Now with this the monies are also gone nor there is anyone to address any issue.

      Such a # services, the person gave me connection disconnected and switched off mobile soon after.
      None of the customer care numbers given in WWW.sundirect.in or in google is not working. All the numbers are disconnected.

      I was promised free dish connection for 1 month in all channels. But soon after taking the connection i get only few channels less than 100.

        I have recharged yesterday (04/03/2019) for tamil dpo1 pack on sun direct app @200rs and my sun direct card number is [protected]. It reflected on app also. But no any channels running. I have tried to reach them but theirs customer care numbers are not working properly. I have tried to reach them by call for 170 times. But 3 times connected they told like it will come before two hrs. But now i waited up to 28 hrs but no any action taken and no channels are displaying. Validity for dpo1 is 28 days only. Already one day completed without using that pack. Pls take necessary action on them.

            I was frustrated by the service provided by the sundirect in andhra pradesh. Whenever i done a recharge through my sundirect app, it will not activated within 2 days and the customer care didn't respond to my mails as well. And seriously the number they provided for support is trash, it won't work at any time. I was thinking to skip this service.

                Sun direct one of the best fraud dth providers which i used, i want only telugu channels in my connection but after they billing me only 37 channels 850.00inr

                Do you think this is the best trai and govt of india provides to their citizens, after they club govt& dth provider.
                One of the worst services which i used in my life.

                Renewed my regular pack in Jan 2019. your CS executive I spoke to (1st week of Fed) said no need change pack and old pack will continue till it expires. now all channels have been deactivated, none of the tel nos are working neither is your website of any use.

                Once reached for 6 months plan after 1 months we changed the plans and it is shorted to 2 months ..how can u change that once the recharge for 6 months had donee so provide our plan for 6 months other wise we will report and file a case on sun DIRECT it is not at all FAIR ...even no notifications given...

                  1. For basic pack - rs. 154
                  2. For addon - rs. 154

                  Issue 1:
                  Sundirect webpage do not allow you to recharge the exact amount for the addons. They hv preset values only. I had to pay rs. 147 but i am forced to select rs. 154 which was the nearest value.

                  Issue2:
                  Instead of activating the requested addon, they have increased the validity to 2 months. I...

                  I have my plan subscription till 1.04.2019. So, i recharged my smart card of sun direct with renewal of another 6 months after that also my services are not being descrambled. My global services are scrambled but my internal smart card services are descrambled. After changing my base plan to rs.194.41 also till now i have not received my services. On contacting the customer care also there is no response.

                      I recharged my pack of rs 1600 as on jan 15 which is valid for 6 months. Nw without any information all the channels has been removed eventhough they dint even sent an sms to us this pack has been migrated.. I called to customer care after saying the problem he said i will renew the pack sir all the channels will be available as per earlier but after 1hour i checked channels are not coming.. I don’t know what u think about ur coustomers. No correct response.. Give solution for this.

                          This is irsath. My connection number using personal number is [protected].. I have taken sun dth connection on aug 2018 for rs 2000 for 1 year. Today morning i got a message like 'your plan is migrated and expires on 03/june/2019 as per the trai rules. I called and asked the customer care person, he is answering me very cool and very lethargic. I asked him to retain the old pain but he said that we cannot change it as per the trai. Did trai owe all the dth companies? More over, he says that if you want to see the channels like old plan, you have to recharge again. Why the hell i have to recharge before plan expired? Don't go for any dth channels, they are simply stealing the money in the name of digitalization, better go with local cable channels at least they might develop... Go to hell sun dth... Tha

                                I have recharge top up for zee kannada in my account but still I am not getting it
