I started my new sun direct dth connection with annual (12 month pack) subscription from past January 2019 with detailed Enquiry and conformation. The pack validity is from January 2019 - January 2020 (what I received from service provider message)but they changed my validity to eight months and also stop some channel's too without prior intimation .if they give service for eight month only means, why not they refund my four month subscription charges ? Trai must regulate and fix those issues and provide suitable guidance to all services providers .save consumer basic rights and our esteemed money .hope my complaints resolve!

We are from andhra Pradesh, west godavari, nidadavole we have done a recharge but channel are not streaming on and please send technical support to resolve this issue
It's been 4 days since my sundirect connection has been disconnected and I got it recharged but it's been 4 days it's not working I am trying to reach customer service they r not at all picking the calls. It's very disappointing even after reaching I am not able to watch my channels. I hope it will be resolved at d earliest.

    Sundirect dth no. [protected], one year offer given, now some channels are not coming and i am trying to contact customer care for 2 day nearly 10 hours, but i unable to contact, mentally i upset,
    One year plan i paid full amount, suddenly sundirect dth stopped the some channels without any information, if any necessity to stop, they have to called me and take some action to manage the situation, i tried many times through their customer care number unable to contact, i waited nearly 10 mins in call, please do the needful
    Issue: - 1) some channel disconnect in my prepaid one year plan without information
    2) unable to contact customer care (Trying 2days, 10hrs)

      Hi i have done the recharge to my smart card number with 500/- and my monthly subscription amount is 460/-. Since morning i have been trying to contact sundirect customer care and the lines all busy. Is it that no one is available since morning to attend the call or ur customer care is shut down permanently.. Hope u understand my frustration.

      Worst service of line not getting connected.

          [protected] smart card number. I have taken three months package which valid until 4/4/2019. Due to new trai rules they reduced validity to 21/3/2019. And stopped telecasting for telecasting i have to contact customer care but not a single customer care number works all are unreachable their mail i'd won't won't.

          According to new trai rules changed packages without notifying customers. they are actually cheating customers. if i ask them why you converted to hindi package if i reacharged telugu. they replying according to new trail rules. and again asking me to recharge if i want telugu.

            I am govinda samy. I am using Sun direct more than 10 years but nowadays so many problems in dth. I recharge ₹.294 this month but some channels are disconnected. So morning onwards trying to your customer care number but no one should not attended the Call.please response the customers. Give the correct details to the customers. Regular channels are missing in my dth

            My Sun direct DTH service smart card no r[protected]. Located at madurai. Rechrged on21/11/2018 for Rs 777.So Valid up to 19/05/2019, with extra balance of Rs 19:00. But from 18/02/19 most of the channels not telecasted. Unable to contact customer care also.
            I recharged sun direct recharge money also cut from my account but recharge was not done.i tried all customer services numbers no number is responding what the hell is this.poor customer support.

                    I recharged 198 rs for tamil basic pack. But bengali base pack got activated. I need to change to tamil pack or i need to add tamil sun networks. . Even customer care number is not reachable. . Kindly support at the earliest. Smart card no. [protected]

                      Without any information some of the channel has been stopped you must give explain and restore the channels which has been stopped. You have taken 6 months money rs 1350.00before hand with assurance that said channels will be given now you are violating the consumer rights

I recharged my wallet with add on package my amount deducted but my wallet was shows zero balance. customer service didn't respond to my call and I recharged it on 16/02/2019 but I didn't get any response from sun Direct. how many days I could wait and their services were really unfair. please respond to my complaint and solve my problem as early as possible . is it necessary to give my smart card number.thanks sir/madem

                              I had recharged last year january 2018
                              As 1year package on sep i called customer care and asked for telugu cinema club channel he told recharge at Rs.250/- after recharged converted into 6months package . similarly i maintaining a credit balance in my sun direct app
                              My validity is up to 28th FEB 2019
                              But on 24 he automatically changed the pack without any intimation.Now i called customer care he told we can't do anything you have to suffer wat i recharged automatically that's all.

                              Pls look into the matter

                                Sir sun direct dth card no [protected] old plan is expired on 18 feb 19. After that i had tried to approach operator for new tarrif plan info many times through helpline nos but customer care never attended my call till date/time even at once, i had call details to prove this fact. I had also reach to sun direct app to get new tarriff plan as my choice but in that app no any choice based channel option available in their base pack. Instead of consumer choice, operator provided their own choice packs/bouquet that is cheating against consumer. Sir till date im unable to migrated on new tariff plan due to operator zero feedback r lack of choice based chanel selection option option be in their catalogue.

                                  My problem started on feb 21 2019. More than 70% percent of the channels got cut off on feb 21. The customer care pesons (He is a team leader and he said his name was senthil) said that trai asked sun direct to reduce the channel that came with 3 months recharge. I recharged my pack with 3 months recharge on jan 11 2019.
                                  First of all, its your mistake to let me recharge for the 3 months pack on jan 11 2019 when you are completely aware that my service will get cut off in feb 2019 mid. Now you cut off channels and want me to pay off for the channels pulled? Seems like a perfect day light robbery!!
                                  The customer care mageshwari did not give any proper information and after several request she transferred her call to senthil the team leader who is a pakka fraud who wanted to get rid off me for that time saying that they cannot refund fully and said that their only option is to change my pack to fta 1 basic + addon channels. He activated it. Now to my shock i see that more than 95 percent of channels which was available on feb 21 morning just vanished and only could see the addons i chose (Hardly 8 channels were asked by me as addon). Please note that this senthil guy never ever told me that when i switch to fta 1 basic i will lose channels.
                                  I brought this issue again with the senthil guy after thw excruciating process to reach the customer care after waiting for around 5 hours. He promised to reach me on feb 23 2019 after verifying with the records. But never called me till now. When i myself reached out to them after waiting for 6 hours they disconnected the call after hearing my voice.
                                  Now just for your greed for money, i have wasted almost 24 hours trying to reach you and put up with your lies and excuses.

                                  I am considering to terminate sun direct due to your false info and poor customer care personnels and fraudulent schemes of yours.

                                  Pleae take. Action against senthil (Team leader), mageshwari and the guy who disconnected my call instantly after hearing my voice (He took my call around 9:40 pm at today (Feb 23 2019, saturday).

                                  Today I rceived a call from Ms. Vishali. She did not provide any resolution and keep on saying that she will call back later and asked me to disconnect. After my firm decision that I won't disconnect without getting a proper resolution, she transerred to team leader Mr. Praveen who is equally arrogant and incompetent. He was keen on cutting me off saying he will call back me later. I asked him to transfer the call to his manager or higher official he said the manager is not available. I asked him to provide his managers official email id or official number to reach him out he said won't disclose as he is afraid of being caught and even dared me to escalate him as he dont cares. Moreover, he did not gave me the name of the guy who disconnected my call yesterday as he is his friend and again dared me to i include this in the escalation mail.

                                  He(Praveen) asked me to disconnect the service with sun direct as he and his team are not competent and capable to solve my issue.

                                  @NodalOfficer, what is happening in your company guys!??
                                  Are you thinking that you are the boss of your customers?
                                  This kind of attitude and inabilityof your team wont take you anywhere

                                  Recharged in September 2018 for one year pack but suddenly so many channels are not coming from today tried to reach customer care but none of the numbers are working. If this kind of service I will change to other provider

                                    My sundirect month plan has been completed now i recharged my card from netbanking with 230 now i have balance in my card is 213 but am unable to watch the channels in tv please activate immediately smc number [protected] contact [protected] please solve it as soon as possible am waiting to customer care number many times but not responding very bad customer care services this sundirect is creating headache for me very late response i suggest not to use sundirect...                                       Yesterday i login to my sun direct account and made a package selection and proceed to pay for it, the total amount was 230 rupees for a particular tamil channels package and i choose to pay using upi app, then through by means of google pay i made the payment. Once the payment is done it was not reflected into my account, moreover from yesterday i was trying to contact sundirect through its different mobile and toll free customer care numbers which are either busy or not working always... I mailed sundirect where there is no response from them.. My smart card number is [protected] and mobile number is [protected]
