sudden some channel cut, without information

One year plan i paid full amount, suddenly sundirect dth stopped the some channels without any information, if any necessity to stop, they have to called me and take some action to manage the situation, i tried many times through their customer...

Hi i have done the recharge to my smart card number with 500/- and my monthly subscription amount is 460/-. Since morning i have been trying to contact sundirect customer care and the lines all busy. Is it that no one is available since morning to attend the call or ur customer care is shut down permanently.. Hope u understand my frustration.

Worst service of line not getting connected.

they are not activating my package I paid money but not telecasting

[protected] smart card number. I have taken three months package which valid until 4/4/2019. Due to new trai rules they reduced validity to 21/3/2019. And stopped telecasting for telecasting i have to contact customer care but not a single customer care number works all are unreachable their mail i'd won't won't.

I am govinda samy. I am using Sun direct more than 10 years but nowadays so many problems in dth. I recharge ₹.294 this month but some channels are disconnected. So morning onwards trying to your customer care number but no one should not attended the Call.please response the customers. Give the correct details to the customers. Hi my name is murali, i have recharged my sun dth plan on 17th november for 6 months (1600) and my package suppose to complete on 12.05.2019 but without any prior information some of the channels are not getting telecasted, when i called customer care, they are not giving proper answer and they are saying we cant do anything... Its coz of troi.. So i want all channels to be telecasted or i want refund amount....

As 1year package on sep i called customer care and asked for telugu cinema club channel he told recharge at Rs.250/- after recharged converted into 6months package . similarly i maintaining a credit balance in my sun direct app
My validity is up to 28th FEB 2019
But on 24 he automatically changed the pack without any intimation.Now i called customer care he told we can't do anything...

The customer care pesons (He is a team leader and he said his name was senthil) said that trai asked sun direct to reduce the channel that came with 3 months recharge. Yesterday i login to my sun direct account and made a package selection and proceed to pay for it, the total amount was 230 rupees for a particular tamil channels package and i choose to pay using upi app, then through by means of google pay i made the payment. choosing free to air channels regarding

According to trai's new regulation, customer has the complete freedom to choose 100 free to air sd channels of basic pack. But sun direct is providing its own basic pack and not offering customers to choose the 100 free to air channels. The least base pack rate is 130 rupees which has unnecessary channels which i do not want to watch.
