sun direct service was worst

Sun direct didn't respond to my call and the customer care services are gives worst experience to me. They didn't accept calls from the customers from different users.. I complained about my balance deduction before 25days. They did not solve my problem. Once again i explained about my problem. I recharged rs 212 (Telugu pack), additionally rs 25 for zee network. My amount deducted but my wallet wasn't recharged. What is this service and...

tax on top up in sun direct account

Hi,

When i topup for rs 500 in my sundirect account, i see only 440rs balance in the account. When i enquired with customer service, they said, from january, 1, 2019, new rule came, which is, sun direct will take a 12% tax whenever we topup our account. I do not understand what kind of tax is this?
Is it the gst? If not, then what tax it is?
If it is gst, why do you need to cut 12% just for a topup (Which is...

free channels not provided

The free pick of channels to be viewed by the customer doesn't seem to success.. I think trai has to rephrase this as free pick according to the providers package availability.

Unfortunately, all the free channels which i had opted were not provided as they told that that had not been included with them.. I don't see any transparency on how this is implimented across. Seems its all according to the wish of the service provider....

particular channels disconnected

I bought the sun direct connection by nov.2018 with rs.4500 as full hd channels for the period 1 year.. Now the particular channels are disconnected.. However i got the sms stating that some channels are blneed to be paid he certainly disconnecting.. But i've already paid for all the channels.. Then why did u cut.. And i tried sun direct customer service several time.. It's not at all connecting.. Worst customer service i propose.. Resolve...

my sun direct dth got disconnected even though I paid for a yearly subscription

My smart card no is [protected]. I have done the annual subscription of 6300 for hd ultra mega pack on 15th sep 2019. But they disconnected my connection on 7th mar 2019 stating that they have changed according to trai and i paid on march 8th 2019 again for a month. I have contacted the customer care but they didn't respond properly. There are 2 womens in customer care and they were jayanthi and sivaranjini. They are shouting at me and laughing...

plan degraded. channels are not coming

My Sundirect TV plan got changed automatically, causing most of channels are not showing. Getting message, "Please contact our call center to activate".
This is redeculous that, plan got migrated to a different plan without notification.

My one year subscription is still valid till June this year, but all of sudden I am unable to watch 90% of the channels we watch.

If it is migrated as per TRAI rules...

I had did several request to their customer service but they are promising it will be very soon in to their platform, but almost one month is waiting to get this Chanel.

This was the complaint sent by email to sundirect and also contacted their customer support but no answers yet.

Kindly give me a reply as to why my existing account, smart card/cdsn no. [protected] with package 'hd ultra malayalam cinema plus sports basic subscription' with validity till 29/05/2019 was suddenly downgraded to some basic pack in the name of trai policy and given a validity till 25/04/2019 with limited no of channels...

my annual pack is changed automatically

Every person assisting every team is providing different resolution. I need this to escalate this concern of not communcating the technical issues, the behavioral issues and also the migration of packs as per rules. Customer is not being communicated in this process.

From past 10 days am not getting channels such as star sports-1 animal planet, discovery channel etc.
I learnt that these channels need to be subscribed.
I did subscribe once again and transferred money on line.
But the channels have not been activated.
Worst of all is help lines are not working

sun direct changed plan without informing

I was getting all the channels including hd as part of the plan "hd tamil ultra super value pack" valid until 26th may 2019. All of a sudden sun direct has changed the plan to "hd tamil basic dpo2 subscription for 6 months" valid until 05th july 2019

I have been trying their call centre but its not going at all. This is a very badly executed migration which affects me as well as million others. Now i am not at all able to see...
