I tried recharging my dth for tamil dpoand odia dpo got activated on 9th feb, 2019.
We have been continuously trying to reach your customer care to solve the issue. We were never able to reach and when some executive luckily picks our call, they simply disconnected the call saying voice is not audible.
If customer care support is not accessible for one day it is acceptable but for past 6 days it has been like this and we have been fed up with your customer service.

    Just before i spoke to your person (Kishore)... Very irresponsible person... I have never seen that type of worst person in any customer service... He didn't gave proper response... Fist of all he doesn't know how to speak, convince and how to resolve the customer issue... He is not the right person to work in customer service... First you guys can listen the call recording then only you can reply... I just asked for simple query... That person told.. We don't have option to resolve this... I asked to transfer your call to your superior... He didn't did that one also... Too horrible and worst customer care

    Simply i have asked that person i want to activate etv family pack telugu... I have attached the attachment below... L have recharged 154+26 for that...

        I recharged for basic pack rs.130+18% gst and the amount for the basic pack free channels are 130+23.4=rs.153.40. But sun direct is charging 0.60 paise extra as rs.154. But they can reduce 0.40 paise less and to be charged rs.153 for basic pack. I'm also using airtel dish also they only charged rs.153. And the other example is i planned to active hungama channel also, its charge is rs.6+18% gst, so total amount is rs.6+1.08=rs.7.08, but they are charging it as rs.8 for this channel. They can reduce rs.0.08 and can charged as rs.7. But they had charged additional amount of rs.0.92 paise extra. Another example for malayalam zee channel their cost is rs.0.10 paise+18% gst. But the actual cost is rs 0.10+0.018= total cost is rs.0.011. But sundirect is charging its rs. 1 (One). Means rs..98 is extra. This the big cheating of customer and the trai regulations and also gst services. Im attaching the proof for the above mentioned details... I will plan to throw the sundirect infuture for the same cheating and cutomer care not connecting frequently. I sending complaint mails to trai and gst services this very soon

        This is not my issue, this is common issue I notified... according to other Dth users. My question is 0.10 paise+ 18% channel you are charging it as 1 rupee... why??

          I called customer care of sun direct on 11-feb-2019 as my add-on packs were not activated even though i paid sufficient recharge amount. My complaint no is sr[protected]. They said they would revert within 24 hrs to resolve the issue.
          Today i again called them to know my complaint status and they said it was closed simply stating add-on was not active. The customer care executive, she was even reluctant to resolve my issue and cut the call midway.
          I even mailed to their customer care on 8th feb 2019 but till now no response received.
          Every time i call their customer care number it says "busy", once in 100 times i would able to connect the call.
          I am sick and tired with sun direct service as still my issue is unresolved

            I have choosen the my channel pack from sundirect but they are not providing me channels i am trying to call there customer care service but no one is lifting the call
            Sundirect is charging 130 rs for hindi telugu pack and not giving maa movies hd and they are saying it is not applicable
            And for etv hd pack they are charging rs 29 they are saying 6 channels are not applicable

              Have called them repeatedly and no one gives interest to solve the issue. I have recharged add-on pack but the selected channel is not activated. Customer care people are so disgusting that they don’t even respond properly, they have so much of attitude to disconnect the call.No proper response and they are very arrogant, they don’t even listen what we are telling

                Hi, i recharge my sun direct for the amount of rs 198/-. This traction is just by mistaken. Because actually i want to recharge tamil dpo pack1 fr the amount of rs 199/-.                   I've recharged my dish but channels are not coming. I called customer service and call is not connecting. I've tried from morning still no response. Why their keeping customer service then if their call not connecting. It's showing in app that recharge is done and last date in next month. And customer service number not working it says that your call will be connected to our customer service officer but it won't connect. Then why ur keeping customer service

                    My subscription got expired on feb 10th 2019. So, i recharged it for 500 rupees and tried activating the pack through app but it asked for smc password which we are not aware. Tried calling, chatting and email to customer care support for almost 2 days but not bothered to respond. Customer support numbers doesn't work. After lot of struggle, password has been reset by customer care executive.

                    Now the 2nd issue, when we try to activate the pack it says insufficient balance please recharge. But the account balance is more than the recharge amount. Again trying to contact customer care, but no response. Its been almost 2 days but no luck.

                    One of the worst customer support i have ever faced. No words to express the anger. Least bothered to support customers. Pathetic service.

                          I'm unable to recharge my dth in their, always error showing insufficient balance or try again later when trying to recharge with more sufficient balance. They are having vy vy worst customer care support in india i think. No response and nothing from through phone call, chat support and twitter. I think i'm going to throw up this antenna and go for better one, who can capable to listen and satisfy the customer feedback.

                            As per the trai rules i have selected a eenadu television - etv hd family pack for 29 rs, in the pacs its offering 7 hd channels but with the service provider they only have one hd channel in that list and if i call customer care and ask them to change it to sd pack they are denied and disconnected my call and even blocked my number.

                            I have attached the sun direct website channel list and dth telugu hd channel available list.

                            Please kindly resolve the issue as this may be only one but channels may not be available with dth companies but they are taking money for what they are not offering, kindly have a check with all the service providers this may be one of a kind while everyone would be facing.

                            Please provide justice to us and value for our maney.

                              I have renewal my account 2 days back and i have contacted the customer care many times. Most of the times they are not connecting and even if they lift the call they are not activating the account saying that the server is slow and asking us to contact later.                                   I have recgarged for 1 year subscription of malayalam channels on[protected]Sun direct), and yesterday its showing my validity is over. I am also not getting any channels and there are 3 months remaining. I have contacted the customer care and they were telling that the amount by which i have recharged is for 6 months only, and some balance amount was there in my account, that is why i got the channels for 3 more months. But we use to recharge based on the information shown in site only. Now because the trai regulation has come, that thing is not there in the site too. I have searched in the net and it is also showing 2600/ validity 365 days. So disgusting.
                                  Now they are telling to send a mail to customer care, and they will refund the amount, if there is mistake from their side. (I dont know how long it is going to take). From customer point of view, there is mistake from there side only.
                                  And if the new rules have not come, how could have we believed in the integrity of amount and validity displayed in the site.

                                    I have called today to sundirect customer care and i got the details that when i change the base plan already paid amount and variation amount will get credit to my account back. So based on the information i received from sundirect i changed my basic malayalam (230/-) to ncf (130) and i made the payment online 154/-. I had the validity till may 2019. Now i lost the validity and i didnt receive the 3 months amount back to my account. Now they state that as i am a new connection taker, it is not possible to refund the amount.

                                    I am highly disappointed because i am loosing 3 months my payment (230 x 3 = 690/-) and e months validity. I would not have changed basic plan, its only because of wrong information provided from your customer care.

                                    I request you to provide either 3 months validity or please see that the variation amount credit back to my account.

                                    I got a call from sundirect after my second same complaint and later received a sms mentioning the issue resolved. Though it took 3 weeks time, Finally i received the variation amount back in my account. Thank you. Sundirect Service call no: 7601012345
