basic charge + gst amt extra round off amount

I recharged for basic pack rs.130+18% gst and the amount for the basic pack free channels are 130+23.4=rs.153.40. But sun direct is charging 0.60 paise extra as rs.154. But they can reduce 0.40 paise less and to be charged rs.153 for basic pack. I'm also using airtel dish also they only charged rs.153. And the other example is i planned to active hungama channel also, its charge is rs.6+18% gst, so total amount is rs.6+1.08=rs.7.08, but they...

charging money and not providing channel in sun direct dth

I have choosen the my channel pack from sundirect but they are not providing me channels i am trying to call there customer care service but no one is lifting the call
Sundirect is charging 130 rs for hindi telugu pack and not giving maa movies hd and they are saying it is not applicable
And for etv hd pack they are charging rs 29 they are saying 6 channels are not applicable

being careless with customers

Have called them repeatedly and no one gives interest to solve the issue. I have recharged add-on pack but the selected channel is not activated. Hi, i recharge my sun direct for the amount of rs 198/-. This traction is just by mistaken. Because actually i want to recharge tamil dpo pack1 fr the amount of rs 199/-. Otherwise again i recharge rs 5/-. My account is activated bengali dpo pack... But i want change my pack to tamil dpo pack.. I tried to call customer care.. But no one pick my call.. Wat can i do.. How to change my basic plan......

I've recharged my dish but channels are not coming. I called customer service and call is not connecting. I've tried from morning still no response. Why their keeping customer service then if their call not connecting. It's showing in app that recharge is done and last date in next month. unable to activate the plan

My subscription got expired on feb 10th 2019. So, i recharged it for 500 rupees and tried activating the pack through app but it asked for smc password which we are not aware. Tried calling, chatting and email to customer care support for almost 2 days but not bothered to respond. Customer support numbers doesn't work. After lot of struggle, password has been reset by customer care executive.

very poor service and support

I'm unable to recharge my dth in their, always error showing insufficient balance or try again later when trying to recharge with more sufficient balance. They are having vy vy worst customer care support in india i think. No response and nothing from through phone call, chat support and twitter. I think i'm going to throw up this antenna and go for better one, who can capable to listen and satisfy the customer feedback....

I have called today to sundirect customer care and i got the details that when i change the base plan already paid amount and variation amount will get credit to my account back. I tried to recharge an addon to my account via sundirect.in web portal and it requested for password, since its my first time login to portal i don't know the password so i contacted customer care to know the password or reset it.

They suggested to try "password'/"password"but neither of them worked. When i said its not working, just showing"password is invalid" then they said it should...
