This is the third time sun direct increases the payment. Initially it was 259 after 2 months it changed to 269 now its 280. Customer doesn't give any intimation regarding the increment. When we try to make the payment with the last paid amount then also we got the information that the amount is increased. Also didn't give any information regarding the purpose of increment or what are the additional features provided by them....

some channels not displaying - no use even after inspection of service engineer - unethical behavior of customer care

I am an user of sun direct from past 18 months. Form the inception the service of the provider is less than worst. Recently i have done my recharge for 3 months. From then the problem is raised again. Called to customer care as usual irresponsive answer. Called local distributor, charged amount and the same problem repeating from 2 days. Customer care busy distributor not picking the phone. Very very worst service providing by the sun direct....

From 19 th of july 2018, there is no channel streaming on my sundirect dth connection, because of ota upgrade, which is pathetic and dth keep on restarts itself continuously. I have recorded the video for the reference. I have repeatedly contacted customer care for resolution, however nill response from them. signal problem and customer care problem

It's very irritating in the case if signals... If we give any compliant to customer care they are ready to take compliant... But it's not useful... If we go to service center they will do little work of 5 minutes and take money... Or they will say simply to take another card and setup box which is costlier... Worst signalling service I hav ever seen...

I used to watch hd channels earlier in 2016. But i have changed to sd channels for some reason. Now again i want to upgrade to hd channels. But you customer care executives says its mandatory to change my set top box by paying 699rs + visiting charges, otherwise i will not get hd channels.

I did not understand this at all...

getting extra amount for setup box

In the sun direct office we bought new setup box the original rate of the setup box is 350 and we subscribe for tamil value pack of rupees 300 for 3 months. We had changed the lmp in the dish it cost of rupees 150. Their service charge is 350 rupees. The total amount is only 1150 but they have bought 1500. They also asked 50 rupees for remote.. Lwe want the remaining amount 400 rupees....

sun direct ota issue - looting public with faulty devices and forcing to purchase again new device

From[protected] onwards, set top box started giving a message of ota upgradation and will restart automatically. Its been 4 days now neither it is getting upgraded nor working fine.
