Complaint marked as Resolved Company did not respond to this quire, today morning i tryed again to costomer care toll free no, luckly i got connection .and after waiting about 20 minits continusly some of there person spoken to me and booked a complaint, and also they told me to re instal the settings and just now i tryed to reinstal as they discrbed now tv is working ...really sincecer thx to consumer foram all team members ...
Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
   Yesterday I reachared my sun direct a/C but still not activated my channel.if calling to sun direct no one answer the call.kindly activated my channel.
