Hi,
I have made a selection of channels and made two payments of 154 rs, one on 16th feb 2019 and 17th feb 2019, and till today the activation is not done, despite continuous attempt to speak to customer care service by phone calls, chat through the app and having being sent emails, no one has attended so far, and till today the account remains inactive

    As I have reacharged for zee prime pack two days before. It's not activated. I called so many times customer care also. But they are not responding. I don't know where to post it. Really sundirect response is really bad. I called almost 20times. But not even one time they have responded. I hope this issue will get resolved by now. Really please the way they are showing interest towards customer satisfaction is really bad. I hope the issue will get resolved by at least registering a complaint

      I have recharged with Tamil DPO2 pack. My smart card number is [protected].
      Sun direct has one of the worst customer service. Nothing responds.. Throw all the customer care numbers to dumpyard. I am not getting service even after waiting for 1 day after recharge. My pack validity is getting decreased. Customer money is not valued in Sun direct. I am expecting Sun direct to immediately activate the service and respond to this request appropriately.

      My service has been disconnected even i have recharged RS-500/- trying to call customer service not connecting. Luckily i got connected on 14 feb, They told that service has been activated plz check after 15mins, But still not yet activated. Trying to call customer service no use not connecting.         I am using sundirect since last 10years, everymonth ur giving surtain channels for some amount suddenly troy has changed the rules & regulations & sundirect company has giving adds & proms for certain channels surtain amount then why u adding additional channels from other languages on other religious language why can't u add only southlanguage separete telugu, tamil, kannada, marathi & north language separete hindi, etc... Why u charging additional amount from customers are you thinking we are fools to pay & to jet ur business topper

          I had called customer care it took me 10 to 15 min n after connecting no proper response n clarification and wen i asked abt hd channels to be recharged they told me tat hd channels don work in my sun hd set top box hw shocking i had purchased hd set top box frm sun direct 3 years back and wen purchased they had given me hd pack complementary fr one month bt nw they r telling me to purchase new hd set top box y sud i pay again fr hd set top box wen i had bought one n if it is nt supporting hd channels let them replace my set top box

            Hi, i have recharged sun direct dth for 198 instead of 199. So bengali pack is activated for me. Actually i have 100 rs in my sun direct account balance. Please change my plan to 199 (Tamil dpo pack1)

            Also my existing plan is valid up to 19-feb-2019. But the existing plan is stopped and bengali plan is activated once i recharged.

            We subscribed to sun direct DTH network in 2015.It was very good
            For the past three years.But from the past two months we doesn't getting the signal properly.It always shows searching for signal in evening.If you are doesn't respond to our complaint.we will shift to other network
            Smart card failure from 2 days. No one responding on any support numbers. Global support number soesnt even work. My foot kind of service. Very irritated
            Ota upgrade was initiated from sundirect, since 4 days TV is down. when technical guy came, he told software got corrupted and we need to buy new one ! if we corrupted the box, we are fine to buy new one, why should we pay if they did mistake.

              Hi,
              This is shekar sangam, sun direct hd no. [protected] @ dockyard road, mumbai-400010.
              My basic monthly packge was telugu basic subscription package. After completion of my existing package, basic tamil pack with an amount of rs.230/- per month was activated without my consent, quoting that my existing package was not available.
              I was trying to reach out to their call centre for the last two days but could not connect / speak to the executive once. There is no provision for changing the basic pack, online either.
              I tried all ways viz. Chat, email, phone, missed call, etc. Nothing worked for me.
              Is there any way out?

              I have recharged my DTH before 2 days i.e 09/02/2018 @ 8:18PM still I am not getting any channel this blady network one of worst and bad service of the and the helpline is like a hell which we can't go through shame on Ur network... go to hell by doing this ...

                      Account balance is now 175!! What happened to the 25!

                      And best of all i don't see any channels on tv!!!

                      I called the customer care service and waited for 12 minutes for a person to say hello and hang up on me.
                      Tried using the chat service on sundirect portal, no one replies even after 30 minutes of wait time!

                          Hi, i loaded my sun direct account with 500 rupees and subscribed for few channels. I see money is deducted but channels are not yet activated. Its been a day. We tried contacting sun direct customer executive but no luck. Customer care number is not getting connected and the chat bot responses are too slow.
                          We need to wait for 30min to get a word answer from executives and when i explain the problem they just close the chat without answering anything.
                          Every time sundirect has this problem, i don't understand why they aren't fixing it.
                          Please look into this problem.

                            My account [protected]. I have done recharge with rupees 235 today. By checking with sun direct app menu i have done 235 recharge which is for malayalam pack. I spoke to customer care person in the morning and based on my request she changed my pack to normal telugu dpo pack. But after 1 hr no channel is working. It seems all packs are deactivated.
                            I request you to please solve this matter and do one month telugu pack. I expect your earliest response and service in this regard.

                              I am not getting kannada channels even after recharging for more than 330 rs. My phone number [protected] is been registered for my sun direct account [protected]. All the time i am facing issues with sun direct i am not able to view kannada channels. I want to see kannada channels only but all the time they will change my pack. Either they refund my money or get me to watch the kannada channels. I will change the dth vendor itself.

                                Company did not respond to this quire, today morning i tryed again to costomer care toll free no, luckly i got connection .and after waiting about 20 minits continusly some of there person spoken to me and booked a complaint, and also they told me to re instal the settings and just now i tryed to reinstal as they discrbed now tv is working ...really sincecer thx to consumer foram all team members ...

                                  My name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. First of all, the numbers you have provided seems to be faulty or at least none of them get connected for a long time including the numbers of the nodal officer in hyderabad. I request that you remove all the numbers from your website or is it that you wanted to cheat the customers by providing fake numbers on the website, as i will take it to the consumer court stating that you are cheating the customers.

                                  I kept trying and finally when i was able to get in touch with a rep. (Her name she said was ms. Padma), even though i took the option '2' to speak in english, she insisted that i speak in telugu or she said i need to call back in a very rude way and also she said i could raise a complaint against her and no action would be taken.

                                  First of all i feel you are harassing the customer by providing fake numbers and over and above this you wanted the customer to speak in telugu only as if you could dictate terms to the customers and i feel is forcing me to learn your language and speak in your language even though i have paid for getting the channels.

                                    I have recharged for tamil dpo rs 168 but the service activated for malayalam dpo 178. I have been calling for a while but there is no response from customer care... Waiting a long more than 10 min to connect with customer care executive.
                                    Toll free number is working. People's what should we do... Thinking often to change on network.

                                      No response! Service is cut! No body is responding.. Toll free number is not working and the sun direct office in chennai is not picking the phone.. No response to emails... Very very poor service.. No been able to watch tv because service being not provided.. Tried to use the toll free number several times to connect but all in vain.. Wasted lot of time! Service not provided even after the payment made.. Will contact consumer court to deal with it now...
