Sun direct has one of the worst customer service. Nothing responds.. Throw all the customer care numbers to dumpyard. I am not getting service even after waiting for 1 day after recharge. My pack validity is getting decreased. Customer money is not valued in Sun direct. I am expecting Sun direct to immediately activate the service and respond to this request...

sun direct dth recharge done wrongly rs.198 instead of 199

Hi, i have recharged sun direct dth for 198 instead of 199. So bengali pack is activated for me. Actually i have 100 rs in my sun direct account balance. Please change my plan to 199 (Tamil dpo pack1)

Also my existing plan is valid up to 19-feb-2019. But the existing plan is stopped and bengali plan is activated once i recharged.

This is to inform you that I am facing issue in recharging my sun direct dth. I have recharged my dth with 399 amount and still it has not been activated, my amount from account has been debited. The customer care is not responding as well after numerous calls.

Account balance is now 175!! What happened to the 25!

And best of all i don't see any channels on tv!!!

I called the customer care service and waited for 12 minutes for a person to say hello and hang up on me.
Tried using the chat service on sundirect portal, no one replies even after 30 minutes of wait time!

We tried contacting sun direct customer executive but no luck. Customer care number is not getting connected and the chat bot responses are too slow.

No response! Service is cut! No body is responding.. Toll free number is not working and the sun direct office in chennai is not picking the phone.. No response to emails... Very very poor service.. No been able to watch tv because service being not provided.. Tried to use the toll free number several times to connect but all in vain.. Wasted lot of time! Service not provided even after the payment made.. Will contact consumer court to deal...

I tried to recharge the sundirect account even though account balance is 251 its shows as insufficient balance for the recharge amount of 199.customer care never picked my call and also they are charging amount for the every recharge from my bank account. I recharged for 200 however I got only 174 on my sundirect account. They are literally cheating....

I tried recharging my dth for tamil dpoand odia dpo got activated on 9th feb, 2019.
We have been continuously trying to reach your customer care to solve the issue. We were never able to reach and when some executive luckily picks our call, they simply disconnected the call saying voice is not audible.
