issue with customer care

Called customer care to know some information, customer care executives weren't polite and they didn't know anything, i repeat, they know nothing. And customer care number gets connected after trying at least 100 times and even if it gets connected executive's won't be clear. I know more than those useless executives and don't know why company is paying them. May be because company has earned some money through illegal ways....

My smart no: 103* and i have recharged 6month malayalam cinema+sports pack. Most of the important channels (Like sun tv, surya tv, comedy central, vijay tv and much more) are not displaying after three months of recharge. This issue occurs every three months and i appoint a service guy from sun direct to fix for which i pay 250rs for every service done and this is the fifth time i am the issue. This is the worst customer service...

dth channels got missed/ no help/ trying to make money by making

Called call and provided the error code 48-32/ 52-32, they have give procedure for correction (Manual searching mode), the issue not got resolved and conveyed, the customer care person conveyed that rs150 required for sending technician. The problem of sundirect on signal issue, how customer bears the amount?

Subscribing sun direct tv hd service for a long time. On 21st oct'18 re-charged the subscription for 3 months. On 5th jan'18 abruptly they terminated the service & saying subscription is over!

When call center is called, all the call executives i spoke are very rude, rash & in great hurry. No professional behavior. Didn't even listen to the problem correctly. One guy (Rahul?) even said, money would have been returned back!...

rude behaviour with sun direct customer care

I have recharged for 2 months but pack is activated for 1 month. I called to customer care for asking this they are saying packed is activated for 1 month so i asked i have done payment for 2 months but it is activated for 1 month so he saying that y u have done for 2 months.
