Worst support team!!

I tried to recharge an addon to my account via sundirect.in web portal and it requested for password, since its my first time login to portal i don't know the password so i contacted customer care to know the password or reset it.

They suggested to try "password'/"password"but neither of them worked. When i said its not working, just showing"password is invalid" then they said it should work try again and ended the call.

I even tried contacting nodal officer but they don't even pick the phone to receive customer queries.

    Called customer care to know some information, customer care executives weren't polite and they didn't know anything, i repeat, they know nothing. And customer care number gets connected after trying at least 100 times and even if it gets connected executive's won't be clear. I know more than those useless executives and don't know why company is paying them. May be because company has earned some money through illegal ways.

    Executives say that information provided on sundirect website isn't updated by company but by TRAI, LOL. How can TRAI update its own info on some other websites? meaningless, isn't it?

          Hi sir/madam, i am consumer of sun direct, as trai norms feb 1 2019 i selected some channels. But sun direct doesn't explain about the channel prices at any way like site also. In sun direct site it shows on individual prices doesn't show bokey prices. The sun direct costumer care says it will shows after feb 1 2019.

            My sundirect dth monthly subscription expired on 15.1.2019. I have requested them to provide me the pricing of channels under the recent directions of trai so that i would subscribe to channels of my choice. Their response to my telephone call was that they have no information yet on the new pricing and that i should go for renewal as per the existing tariff. The service provider is violating the directions of trai in the matter of providing choice of channels. They want me to buy their packages which are expensive and contain many channels which i do not watch.

              I bought new sun direct dth connection this month. But i noticed that some famous tamil channels are missing which was offered by cable tv operator.

              1. Polimer tv

              2. Polimer news channels

              3. Pudhuyugam channels

              4. Carton network in tamil

              5. Nickelodeon in tamil

              6. Pogo in tamil

              7. National geography in tamil and

              8. Some muslim devotional channels are missing.

              I think i took wrong decision by choosing sun direct dth. Please add this channels and satisfy the customers need.

                  Hi,
                  My smart no: 103* and i have recharged 6month malayalam cinema+sports pack. Most of the important channels (Like sun tv, surya tv, comedy central, vijay tv and much more) are not displaying after three months of recharge. This issue occurs every three months and i appoint a service guy from sun direct to fix for which i pay 250rs for every service done and this is the fifth time i am the issue. This is the worst customer service and dish tv i have used. Do resolve the issue or please disconnect my service.

                    Sun direct people is cheating me, i am from hyderabad, i had paid one year annual subscription telugu sports and cinema hd ultra package on 22- april-2018, today got message from sun direct your sun direct subscription completed. I have another 3 months are there, but sun direct people is cheated and i called to customer care people no one is responded and replied harshly and useless replied to me, not solved my annual subscription problem.

                      My name is padma. I have recharged my account for 1 year from the original website of sundirectv in 2018 july 18 th of amount 2700 rupees.. After my recharge the local operator activated and iam able to see my channels only for 3 months later it got deactivated, again i contacted the local sundirect operator and he activated... But now my account got deactivared in month of jan 2019.. When i contacted the local operator or customer service toll free number, both failed to solve my problem and they say they have no issue with them and in return asked me to pay additional amount... Which is o[censored]nfair as i already in loss of 1400 rupees from sundirect recharge... Worst service by sundirect network people..

                            Connection in respect of my smart card no.[protected] was to expire on 8.1.2019 when a sum of rs.132/- was in credit to my account. On 10.1.2019 morning my connection has been disconnected. As a matter of business ethic and fact, it should not have happen when credit balance in my account was there.
                            Now i wish to know as to how to use credit balance amount available in my account? There is no facility to recharge after deducting the credit balance amount and that the said credit amount has to be refunded to me. I shall provide my bank account number for crediting the amount to my account, on hearing from you.

                              Sun direct service most of the channels got missed due to signal not coming or going under searching mode. Called call and provided the error code 48-32/ 52-32, they have give procedure for correction (Manual searching mode), the issue not got resolved and conveyed, the customer care person conveyed that rs150 required for sending technician. The problem of sundirect on signal issue, how customer bears the amount?

                              Futher servicenot available from[protected], the sundirect is not caring the customer/ simply asking money. Self is the customer for last 10 years.

                                  Subscribing sun direct tv hd service for a long time. On 21st oct'18 re-charged the subscription for 3 months. On 5th jan'18 abruptly they terminated the service & saying subscription is over!

                                  When call center is called, all the call executives i spoke are very rude, rash & in great hurry. No professional behavior. Didn't even listen to the problem correctly. One guy (Rahul?) even said, money would have been returned back! What a joke!

                                  When i asked them to connect to their senior, they abruptly disconnected the call.

                                  Managed to raise a case sr[protected]. They agreed that in their system they goofed up in entering the correct validity date. Firstly they said it takes 24 hours to rectify their own mistake.

                                  On 6th jan'18 - it wasn't done. When i called back again & managed to get to a senior call-center guy, he said it takes 48hours, just like that. He was admant & wasn't talking like a customer executive at all.

                                  Overall sun direct tv call center experience is horrible! Best avoid their service.

                                      We had purchased a sundirect connection on 18/05/2018, At the time of installation executive told 6 months free at a cost of Rs .2100/- after 3months it had disconnected when we called customer care she told ur period is over, after that we are recharge monthly, Now we observe in MY SUNDIRECT app my profile details are also different .

                                        I have recharged for 2 months but pack is activated for 1 month. I called to customer care for asking this they are saying packed is activated for 1 month so i asked i have done payment for 2 months but it is activated for 1 month so he saying that y u have done for 2 months.
                                        Its my wish weather i need to recharge for 1 r 2 r 3 months. The way is talking is very rude. I am fedup with sundirect behaviour.
