My subscription id is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected].
They are changing my base plan abruptly for whatever low base pack i ask they are not allotting me. I want 180 base pack but they are telling i can't change my base pack since i recharged for 250.

Then they told to recharge 180 to make that base pack. But it again went to 250 pack. They are telling to take 250rs pack like that. I want them to change my base pack or need my money refunded 250+180=430. I will change the subscriber and get the new connection since they are always cheating like this.

Not even 1 yr completed, I have raised more than 3 complaints, none was done properly. Concern, technicican call and ask first whether you will give service charger. I really got irritated of thier service. Don't anyone there to dare to against them?

    My name and mbl number is used by an anonymous for installing sundirect dth. and thus I get msg from sundirect dth company for a long period of time . Till the day I have ignored it and thought it was sent mistakenly but just now I visited sundirect.in site and amusingly found there is a fake account in my name though I have no sun direct dth ..plz block this account otherwise I have to take ligal action .my mbl no [protected]. I have attached the last msgs from the company .the call numbers also said wrong while I trying to call them.

      Sir / madam,

      I have recharged on 01.12.2018 in online sbi of my sun direct dth for 230 rs.

      My smart card number wrongly sent by me but the amount 230 rupees deducted by sbi.

      Message received is successfully recharged of 230 rs.

      Please help me the amount will refund or not. If refund is there how many days it will take plesae clarify my queries.

      I hope u refund the amount.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        2 days back on 27th Nov' 18 while watching TV automatically the setup box stopped working. I tried switching it off and on still I'm not getting any signal and I could see only black screen. I raised a complaint on the same day SR[protected] and the very next day I got SMS that the issue has been resolved without even getting a call. I called the customer care again to check and they says that a new complaint ticket has been raised yesterday SR[protected] which I will get a call back from the backend team within 24-48 hrs.
        No calls are yet received.

        I always had a bad experience with sun direct and such pathetic service I always gets from them.

        The Customer service officers also speaks harshly. While asked to transfer the call to there backend team or to the manager, they are not ready to transfer the call and ask us to wait for the backend team call which is never ending.

          I recharged sun direct for rs 519/- through my net banking on 20th november 2018.

          But the amount was deducted from my account. But the recharge was not taken place or amount was not returned to my account till today 26th nov 2018.

          I sent a mail to my bank they informed that the amount was successfully

          Processed. They asked to contact the merchant.

              I have recharged my sun direct subscription online this morning. But service is not provided! Your toll free number does not work at all... The office phone numbers given in the site does not exist at all! Very poor service!

              If the phone numbers are changed, kindly provide the new ones...!

                  service not given for particular recharge

                  Sir, Madam,
                  My dth smart card number is [protected]. I have recharged for hd prime Malayalam with sports pack for 1 year on 7-7-18 with 3700 rs from sun direct official site .On 29-10-18 there was interruption in signal.So I checked on sundirect site and came to know that my plan is going to expire on November of 2018 and the plan for what I made recharge was not applied and the plan running was o[censored]ltra HD pack.

                    On december 23rd of 2017 i had recharged my sun direct with an annual pack of 2600/- which they said it will last one whole year
                    And now from october 12th the service has stopped, and when i contacted the customer care they were arrogant and had skill in talking to a customer
                    They said because of the price hike in the middle they cut the subscription to short
                    This is just plain cheating, the service is terminated 2 and a half months before the said/given date
                    That is totally unfair, please take some action against such fraudity
                    There are many complaints on the same issue

                        Customer support person talks like a rowdy and even after telling him to slow down his voice and watch out his words. Unbelievable experience. They never sounded like trained customer support, this really needs to be investigated if they are genuinely qualified to be customer support as they will know the address and our mobile numbers. Last person i spoke to his name was prabhu and he refused to give his full name also he was not ready to connect to his manager when i asked him to.

                          Our setup box is not working for hd channels. We have contacted the customer service, got to know that the setup boxes are changed in recent past time and we need to change the setup box now by paying additional charges.

                          Why sun direct not sending any communication or intimation to their customers with prior notice for changing the setup box if it is needed. Is it customer demand or organization requirement to improve their business? When asking for evidence of customers, there is a standard template answer from sundirect stating the ticket is closed at your satisfaction. I strongly say that only sundirect is satisfied by cheating their customers.

                          Also, the customer center informed that sun direct team replaced (Or sent for delivery to distributors for free of charge) new setup boxes. If it is the case why it is not reached to customers? Is it trap to get extra business.

                          Why should customers pay when there is a change from organization business needs, that too when customers already having what they would like and afford.

                          One of worst and grate cheating for their exiting customers.

                          Thank You Sun Direct for the response and seeking the contact details. I have been share my contact details via email to you couple of times and it is hard to believe that your team is marking the issue as resolved by default.

                          I sincerely suggest you to at least try to give some good service. If you want to change any set up box due to your needs at least inform your customers well in advance and give the right information to them .

                          We really feel hectic and frustrated with your responses to our emails and calls. Realized not use Sun Direct anymore due to hidden charges and cheating manner. Shifting to new product :)

                              I have recharged for sundirect on 28th september 2018 of smart card number or subscriber number [protected] for Rs.800 . The payment is sucessfull and the amout of Rs.800 is reduced from my account but the recharge for sundirect is unsucessfull. So I reqest you to resolve this problem by refunding the amount or providing the sundirect channel to view.

                                Full description of the incident : I have received a message from sun direct on 12.8.2018 as " renew the subscription smart card no. [protected]".

                                But my smart card no. [protected].

                                I have recharged Rs.910/- on 12th august 2018 to wrongly smart card no. sent by you. .

                                Transfer : Rs.910/- transfer to my smart card no. [protected] from the wrong number [protected].

                                By mistake smart card wrongly mentioned [protected] instead of [protected]. Kindly refund the amount.

                                  Dear sod,

                                  Today i had to visit sun direct service office at kodungallur. My set up box was not showing signal from today morning. I enquired about the issue and the staff there, ms mimisha, was so arrogant and misbehaving. She was insisting me to buy a new setup box and was no caring about checking the issue with my box. I was not ready to buy a new set up box. Finaly she gave me a used set up box and charged me 300.

                                  Kindly avoid such stupid staffs in service centre. Please look into the issue.
